• Susannah (9/5): Very spacious, comfortable apartment. Perfect for a Tokyo stay. - The apartment was extremely spacious for Tokyo standards. It had a sunny balcony and everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were both lovely and it has the added bonus of a proper dining room with table as well as a tatami room. Perfect for our family of 5 with grown-up kids. The area itself is perfectly adequate - it has convenience stores just around the corner and two subway stations within easy walking distance. You can walk into the centre of Shinjuku within about 20 minutes which we did several times.

• Natalya (9/5): Great homebase for exploring Tokyo! - Great location, close to several subway stations, lots of restaurants and convenience stores, also a larger grocery store two blocks away. Very spacious, esp. for Japan. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. Was great to have a washing machine and space to dry the clothes out on the patio. Patio was lovely to sit on - great views of the city! The staff was very accommodating - we checked in early and were able to leave the suitcases for a few hours after check out. Thank you for a great stay!! Everything was great! Would have been nice to have a few kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc.

• Athena (9/5): Great location. Clean. Spacious. Great amenities. - The bathroom, shower, kitchen facilities were outstanding. Really spacious and a great place to be in Tokyo. The location was also very ideal. There were also small quality of life things like bin liners and washing detergent, drying rack and hangers. Make sure to bring earphones if u want to sleep well! It’s very noisy. Also the double bed is quite hard and uncomfortable. I hope they can change that.

The place was well furnished and supplies were in abundance. The area was a hotbed for emergency vehicle traffic so the nights we were there, there were a lot of sirens at night. The areas around it is bit sketchy, but the apartment itself was fine.

• YANINA (9/5): - Si planeas estar varios días en Tokio, estar en un departamento es una gran opción. El anfitrión fue super amable, nos dejo unos obsequios. Cercano al mismo hay varios markets. Hay lavarropas y cocina. No es tan cercano a la parada del metro, y a su vez tampoco en cercano a los centros turísticos visitados mas frecuentemente, lo que hace un poco engorroso el traslado.

• Milady (10/5): Rien à redire, le meilleur logement de notre voyage au japon. - Appartement très propres, spacieux et lumineux. On y était à l'aise à 2 couples. Super bien équipée pour les moyens/long séjours. Il est bien placé, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Shinjuku. Il y a aussi un bus à deux pas qui amène à Shibuya + un métro pas loin. L'hôte est également très réactif. Le canapé lit n'est pas de tout confort mais on y tout de même passé 2 semaines sans soucis.

• Sabrina (10/5): Tolle Wohnung mitten in Tokio - Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war hervorragend, sehr zentral im Shinjuku Stadtteil. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar, sehr nett und unkompliziert. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants auch zum Frühstücken. Eine tolle und kostengünstige Alternative zu den Hotels in Tokio. Würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Betten sind etwas schmal.

Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and trains If you're coming as a family and sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed, you have to wear ear plugs. The bedroom is not a problem at all. My wife and I were sleeping on the sofa bed, a little uncomfortable and we could here the noise from the streets all night. The walls a very thin. I managed with ears plugs but my wife didn't sleep well during our stay as she does not like wearing ear plugs

They were very helpful, prompted to respond every time we needed them, and also helped us by receiving our luggage that was sent from Kyoto in advance. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it.
• Jumana (10/5): Lovely spacious IKEA concept apartment - It was quite spacious for Tokyo standard and all the facilities and it was well equipped from the washing powder to the kitchen amenities. The towels were provided too which was really good cause we didn’t have to worry about bringing it. It could have been a bit closer to the station
• Amelia (10/5): Spacious & serene family penthouse overlooking the beating heart of Tokyo - After experiencing the more typical toybox-sized accommodation on offer in Tokyo - and paying only slightly less per night - it was fantastic to enjoy the space, separate rooms for us and the kids, multiple living areas and bathroom facilities of the Pent House HL701 apartment. We felt like we'd stumbled into a palace that was right in the beating heart of a super-fun part of the city - essentially Korea Town. Amazing food & action right on our doorstep but also a calm, comfortable place to retreat when we'd had enough for the day. Aside from the benefits of its large balcony, it featured an enormous, well-equipped kitchen which works really well for us as we have two teenage kids with disabilities who really like being able to snack in-situ and make their own food when the prospect of navigating a busy restaurant/cafe/market feels too overwhelming. The Home & Lounge hosts/property management team has a brilliant communication system via WhatsApp that included links and maps and photos to guide you to the property, great local info guides for what's nearby, and transportation tips to get where you want. On our first night, I casually asked if they could recommend somewhere easy & close to eat and they quickly sent through a bunch of great options with Google Map links and photos of the food/style on offer. We went with their first suggestion, Yakiniku Bien - a sweet little Korean BBQ place down a lane that we would never have known about. It was amazing and fun sizzling our own selection of prime meat cuts and vegetables right at the table. Kids loved it! That was just one of the many ways they helped and the apartment itself was definitely worth it after a week of snowboarding and living in a little room with wet jackets and socks hanging over the heater. Nothing to report... except a little trial and error required to work out where all the light switches were and master the array of technology/aircons/spa bath etc but that's a minor point.

Very central , 10 minute walk from the station , and 20 minutes walk from the 3D cat billboard and Godzilla roadyou have all the stores and ammenities downstairs . • Mikhailova (8/5): Very good - Apartment was comfortable for a group of three. Wardrode was rather big, that was a great advantage for me, as I always travel with lots of clothes. Location is pretty good - not far from Shinjuku, but not so much noise around. Host answered questions pretty quickly and didn't have any issues with our incorrect garbage sorting. It was a little bit cold in the appartment, so we always used air heater during staying inside

It was nice to have separate bedrooms rather than four beds in a communal room. No hair conditioner, no lounge, very late check in and early checkout without the option of flexibility

• Robert (9/5): Fun stay in shinjuku - There was enough space for 4 people and the beds were comfortable and the place was dark at night. A bit noisy at night as many ambulances went by. We are a family with kids so we didn’t go to the bars but this place was a fifteen minute walk to the shops

• Airin (9/5): It was a great stay. Thank you for having us! - So close to Higashi-Shinjuku station, washing machine, family mart and fruit store close by. The staff was also very helpful, we were able to drop our luggages in the morning. The bedding is a bit old.

Very responsive and helpful staff. - Very good location, close to everything: train stations - one within 5m walk another one about 10m walk, convenience stores, restaurants. The apartment is spacious and has everything we (family of three including a 2.5yo toddler) need for a few days stay. The staff was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Only suggestion would be for more racks for the towels.

• Esaf (9/5): Location Location Location! - Location location location! The location is near to train station and convenient store. There are many shops selling vegetables, fruits for us to cook. What delight us also is that, there is one halal groceries shop nearby so it is very convenient for us to get our halal food supplies to cook. Many shop offers fresh vegetables, seafoods etc.
