Nada más entrar olia muchísimo a humedad, el apartamento estaba sucio con telarañas en los cuadros y pelusas por el suelo y en las lamparas. La ducha estaba llena de moo. Al llegar a la noche al apartamento tanto las camas como la ropa que dejabas fuera se quedaban húmedas de toda la humedad que había en el alojamiento y ni hablar de si quieres que tus cosas de la playa se sequen. No tiene nada que ver a las fotos... la verdad que nos decepciono e hizo que nuestra estancia en Dubrovnik fuera desagradable.

• Kamsani (10/5): Lovely stay with very nice hosts - Good value and nice apartment in town of Lapad The owners Vedran and wife were so kind and helpful making our stay like home. The short walk to bus stop but the bus rides were so beautiful

Una de las mejores cosas el parking privado gratuito en frente de la puerta, lo que en Dubrovnik se valora muchisimo. • Cassandra (10/5): - Logement bien situé à Dubrovnik, bien équipé, des hôtes adorables. Je recommande ce logement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Une petite note à l'attention des hôtes français comme nous, il est écrit 2 canapés lit mais ils sont non dépliants équivalent à 2 lits simples en France Juste une petite amélioration à noter : le rideau occultant est plus petit que les fenêtres du coup la lumière passe beaucoup au réveil et le soir tout le monde peut voir notre logement depuis l'extérieur
• Evan Rubenstein (7/5): Comfortable but noisy - Quite conveniently located. Everything you need is provided including air conditioner and washing machine. Lots of switches, cables and power strips. Took a while to figure it all out. The apartment is right on the roadside and all through the night there are cars and noisy scooters passing by. Quite disturbing.

Will come back for sure!👏🏻 - I really liked the quiet location though the beach was very close, which I think is a huge plus, cause I don’t like crowds. Hosts were super nice and friendly, always ready to help. Apartment has everything for a comfort stay up to three people: hair dryer, washing and drying machines, a place to cook, air conditioner, TV. I wish the WI-FI connection to be more stable.

• Efe (1/5): This property should not be allowed as an accommodation - We left and got relocated from the property due to unhealthy property conditions and pest (ant) infested unit. This property should not be allow on any commercial platform as an accommodation due to awful health and safety conditions. It appears to be that the property was converted from a garage/storage to a dwelling unit. As a construction professional doing commercial dwelling unit conversions, I can comfortably say that the unit does not appear to be a legal conversion since it does not meet minimum standards of a dwelling unit. First thing you notice when you enter the unit is a damp and light musty smell. On the first day, we arrived late in the afternoon and thought that the unit was left without ventilation for too long. However, the next day we noticed the two windows in the units had walls as part of an adjacent retaining wall and upper part was also closed leaving no opening for adequate air flow in the unit. We also realized that the unit was infested by ants. We raised the concerns to the property owner. However, we were given one nearly empty Raid spray and Neopitroid chemical to use as a so-called solution to the situation! In addition, the towels we used for shower were still wet after 16 hrs hanging as there is no ventilation in the room. I also need to note that we kept the A/C running on dry mode hoping that it might help with the air quality, but it did not. We eventually contacted customer service. Since the property owner did not provide any corrective action or any appropriate alternative, we were relocated to another accommodation. On our phone conversation with the owner on the day of relocation, he simply lied to us by bluntly saying that this is the first time that someone is reporting the issues in the unit. We reminded them that we already read the past reviews with the same problems. They also implied that we brought the ants which was really pathetic. Such a shame for Croatian tourism. After all the beautiful places we saw in Dubrovnik this is just an unlucky disgrace.
