La posizione è eccellente, a pochissimi metri dal Duomo; la casa è fornita di ogni cosa (stoviglie, pentole e padelle, asse e ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere ecc); inoltre sono presenti 2 bagni che rendono questo appartamento perfetto per gruppi/famiglie. Consigliatissimo! Gli unici "difetti" sono stati i letti un po' scomodi e il fatto che si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada.

• Petar (9/5): Incredibly clean, well equipped, helpful checkout (left suitcase in hallway for the day). - Absolute prime time location. Literally a few mins walk to the Duomo. Could not fault it. I wouldn’t say it’s a fault as it’s the price you pay for being so close to the centre. But it can be quite loud at night (like any other city) so if you’re sensitive to noise, be mindful of this. By no means a negative that is controllable.

The beds were very uncomfortable especially in the master room which made our sleep terrible.

O acesso ao apartamento no segundo andar, feito por escadas é penoso. Havia lixo dentro do prédio, exalando mau cheiro.

Il primo giorno del nostro arrivo, uno dei letti matrimoniali non era stato preparato: il materasso era pieno di polvere e capelli. Ho dovuto chiedere al ragazzo delle pulizie, che è venuto solo alle 23:00 per rifare il letto, di passare prima l'aspirapolvere sul materasso. ​Ho riscontrato pochissima disponibilità da parte del gestore. Avevo chiesto di poter lasciare un paio di piccole valigie per un'ora dopo il check-out, mentre venivano effettuate le pulizie, ma la richiesta mi è stata negata con la scusa di un early check-in. ​Sconsiglio questa struttura per l'organizzazione, la scarsa igiene, ma soprattutto per la mancanza di disponibilità nei confronti del cliente.

• Cristofaro (7/5): - La posizione è centralissima l'appartamento si presenta abbastanza pulito I letti sono impraticabili, nel divano letto è impossibile dormire una scomodità unica praticamente su 3 letti di cui due matrimoniali si dorme bene solo in uno. Manca.una finestra che si affaccia su l esterno l appartamento è molto buio, la puzza di muffa e altro per le scale dato che stanno facendo dei lavori, mancanza ascensore ma questo già lo sapevamo.

• Gregory (5/5): Apartment is ok but it is inaccessible except by a stairwell caked in concrete dust - The apartment itself was well equipped and spacious, especially the bathroom and bedrooms. My ratings are inclusive of the apartment itself, and also of the building itself through which access is possible, and many points are taken away as a result of the abysmal access. The stairwell access was compromised by “elevator construction” (apparently ongoing but no evidence of recent work) which left the entire stairwell covered in concrete dust that fouled our clothing, shoes, luggage wheels and hands and that also represented an added risk to ascending and descending the stairs as well as inhalation. That the building is not directly within the control of the rental company does not excuse it from insisting, as tenants, on some basic level of construction cleanliness from the building owner if for no other reason than to ensure safety and minimize inconvenience and mess for the rental tenants. The state of the building was not adequately disclosed on the Booking.com website for, if it had been, we would never have booked it. This lack of transparency is concerning.

• Kellie (9/5): Perfect spot to stay in Florence - The location was amazing. So close to the hot spots, restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms were very spacious. I appreciated how the owners worked with us to address any questions or concerns we had. I hadn't realized that there was no elevator to get to the place. For a family with small children, it was a little tricky carrying the stroller and luggage up and down the stairs.

• Melanie (7/5): It got the job done but with a few improvements could be better. - The bathrooms were nice and spacious The room is advertised for 6 but the pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable for 2 adults. Also, the wifi did not work really at all.

• Federico (8/5): Very good apartment centrally located and hosted by mindful hosts - The apartment is large and comfortable for large families (we were a group of 5). It's very well located, just 2 blocks away from the Duomo and from the Academia and a short walk from Santa Maria Novella, so if you are arriving by train, is quite convenient. The hosts communication was very good throughout the stay The A/C in the main bedroom was very very noisy. Fortunately, 2 out of the 3 nights we spent in Florence, the weather cooled off, and we didn't need to use it much during the night, so it didn't bother us much, but I can see how it could be annoying to others.

Would stay here again. - The property was within walking distance to all the main Florence attractions as well as great bars, restaurants & eateries. They didn’t have a laundry which would have made our stay a little more easier. Esp as we travelled with children.

The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a real plus. It was also convenient to have a grocery store nearby. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils, which I really appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a washing machine on-site, and the kitchen could have been a bit more spacious, Additionally, while we were aware there was no elevator, having one would have been much appreciated given the extreme heat during our stay. The staircase is under renovation.

Scaffolds inside locking half of the stairs making it hard to go up specially with luggage The apt smells like sewers The air conditioner has a terrible noise that wasn’t fixed Kitchen supplies are not in complete sets Beds are awful Noiay at night Towels cheap It is extremely expensive for what it is Don’t be fooled like us !!! Not pretty at all ! Location is the only advantage

The staff were absolutely b - The bunk beds were a bit squeaky but that didn’t stop us from Sleeping well and I was on the top bunk. Everything you need is there. The location is awesome! So close to the Duomo. Highly recommended! A lot of stairs. We didn’t know how to work the heaters.

• Kati (9/5): A family trip to see the Duamo and eat steak. - The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The location is outstanding. So is the parking garage, and restaurant recommended by the owner. Overall it was very easy to find, check-in/out and communicate with owners. Totally recommend.
• Shannon (9/5): Lovely place in the center of everything - I don’t think you could find a more walkable and convenient location. When you walk out of the flat and look to the right, you see the duomo and you look to the left you see the museum with the David. We walked everywhere and loved how convent it was. We were near everything with all the comforts we needed. It’s beautifully decorated too. We really enjoyed our stay. Some of the photos in the listing are of the other property. The photos have pictures of the two properties which are located in the same building but a little bit different.

• Katie (7/5): Comfortable stay in modern apartment in the heart of Florence. - Great location near the Duomo. Clean, modern and spacious apartment for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Beds were comfortable, good storage for clothes and was good to have 2 bathrooms. WiFi worked well. Felt safe with multiple locked doors to property. Easy check in process and good communication with host. No lift. Would have been good to have a washing machine.

Small bathroom shower was moldy. Staff sent plumber 3x but still not well. Mattresses need to be replaced. There are 2 different apartments so the pictures represent the best features but may not be the one you are getting.
