- Virginie (7/5): Très bon séjour avec plein de visites, et donc pas mal de marche. - La proximité de 2 arrêts de métro : celle de Castro Prétotio à 5 min à pied et celle de Termini (gare et métro) à 15 min à pied également et proche de restaurants dont 2 hyper sympa : Bramble Bar et Kitchen, Bed et Breakfast. Halle d'entrée très chic, belle réactivité des propriétaires, très à l'écoute et explication des sites à visiter avec un plan. Chambre propre. Le matelas et les oreillers sont un peu durs. Chambre et salle de bain, pour 4, un peu petits.

- Boryana (10/5): It was absolutely amazing - I was absolutely surprised by this place. The location is 10/10 - you have 2 metro stops near the place, Termini is 5 minutes away from it. I felt like I was in the heart of Rome. There are markets nearby. Downstairs you can find the best place to eat your breakfast served by amazing people; they are making incredible cappuccino, croissants and also cocktails and dinner. A&C much more provide incredible cleaning services, hospitality and good service. If I come back to Rome one day I would like to stay there again! -

Habitación descuidada, paredes sucias, mal pintadas, olor insoportable a pastilla antipolillas de Arcanfol, la cama de matrimonio se hundía por el centro, las literas bien, aunque nosotros sacamos el colchón de abajo. El baño regular también. En conclusión, lo que más me molestó fue el fuerte olor a las pastillas antipolillas, cuando llegamos del viaje, después de haber pasado por Florencia y Venecia, la ropa todavía olía.

Le changement des serviettes de toilettes tous les jours . La salle de bain, du moisi sur les joins, les portes et le pommeau de douche. Pas très hygiénique pour se laver. Vraiment dommage .

- Iulia (9/5): Appartamenti vicino alla stazione - La struttura è molto vicina alla stazione ed è molto pulita. Sono passati a pulire la stanza tutti i giorni, cambiando anche gli asciugamani nei 4 giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Chi ci ha fatto ol check in è stato veramente gentile. Tornerei volentieri. Anche la strada per raggiungere la struttura era sicura e tranquilla. Per il prezzo, i servizi e la gentilezza non ho nulla da segnalare. La struttura è un po vecchiotta ma per la grandezza della camera e tutto il resto è andata assolutamente bene.

- Walter (6/5): Accommodations were adequate, but better options are available. - It was walking distance to the Rome Termini train station providing convenient access to public transportation. The property was difficult to find since it was one of numerous tenants at that address. There was no sign and other businesses nearby were not helpful. I sent several messages through the app and WhatsApp and finally got a response after we had been looking around the neighborhood for over 30 minutes. I understand there was limited staffing due the holiday but we were already exhausted from traveling all day. There is no elevator for getting luggage upstairs. The room was quite small for the price, especially for 3 people, and no breakfast was offered.

Bed comfortable and good shower. Fresh towels each day. Security of outdoor door entry with code into the nice big building …and a key to another door to corridor to get to three different bedrooms. Host gave us two bottles of water on arrival. Small room but that is Rome. No instructions to find it… only the address .. after a long trip and arriving at Termini station we used google maps which took us south of the station instead of north. Wasted an hour finding it. Go east side of Termini onto Main Street of Via Marsala, ( not Giovanni Giolitti ) go left then turn right onto Vicenza then left onto Via Palestro…

- Richard (8/5): Close to the train station - This location has a number of great restaurants near by. It is also a 10 min walk to get to the Roma Termini bus station. We took the leonardo express from the airport then walked to the location with our luggage. The location had someone sitting at the desk up stairs on the 2nd floor. They let us into the room. We felt safe walking around the area at night. Only complaint is how loud one of the near by bars are. It was very popular with a lot of people. There were always people talking and yelling in the street. Remedied by closing the windows and ear plugs.

- García Baena (4/5): No lo recomiendo - Nada Viajamos mi familia de 4 miembros, tres adultos y un adolescentes de 15 años, contraté una habitación de cama doble y dos individuales, me encontré con una cama doble y literas. Literas para dos chicos de 1,90 metros. Tuvimos que sacar los colchones al suelo. Instalaciones viejas, limpias, mucho ruido exterior que impedía descansar. Era la primera vez que me alojaba en algo así, no lo volveré a contratar. El barrio súper masificado muy cerca 400 metros estacion Termini, pero muy lejos del centro histórico.

Our daughter had a diaper leak when sleeping and staff came and replaced sheet and cleaned mattress at no extra costs. Not overall clean. It's a tall bed, but plenty of dust underneath and also some dirt in the shower cabin. Writes there is a bath, not true, only shower. Writes there is sound insulated, not true, lots of noice from outside and neighbours. Difficult to find the reception.

- Ericalesam (5/5): NO REPETIRIA - Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación, al lado de termini, para ir a los sitios muy bien. Reserve esta habitacion porque decía baño privado. El baño era privado pero fuera de la habitacion, cosa que no se especifica, la privacidad del "baño privado" fatal, habitacion al lado de recepcion y entrada al alojamiento con lo que cada vez que querías utilizar el baño paséate por recepcion, entrada y otras habitaciones, no se que privacidad es esa. Descansar por la noche HORRIBLEEEE, dos ventanas en la habitacion, cada una daba a diferente calle, y las ventanas nada de aislamiento con lo que se oiaaaa todo de las calles,habia un bar al lado y te puedes imaginar, risas, cantos por la noche, de madrugada, etc, etc, imposible descansar. Para el precio que lleva, que no es barato, muy mal, no se como tiene tan buenas valoraciones.

Se dovete fare un viaggetto di poche notti E’ perfetto! Siete vicino alla stazione termini e alla metro in centro. Quartiere molto tranquillo a tutte le ore, locali nei dintorni per poter pranzare e cenare, fontanella acquedotto romano a pochi metri sotto casa. Nulla.
- karol (5/5): תמורה למחיר - סביר אך ציפיתי ליותר - הצוות היה קשוב לבקשות שלנו, יש בר ממול שניתן למלא בו מים קרים באופן חופשי, המיקום דיי מרכזי, יש תחבורה טובה לאיזור. כשביקשנו לנקות הגיעו לנקות ובנוסף יש 3 מפתחות עד הכניסה לחדר והרגיש בטוח.הצוות זמין בווטצאפ בכל שעה. היה מזגן עובד וטוב החדר לא תואם את התמונות באתר בכלל. לזוג קיבלנו חדר קטן וסטנדרטי עם מזרון וכריות לא נוח בכלל. הריצפה הייתה נקיה אבל הקירות והאמבטיה הייתה קטנה ממש (דוש) הכניסה ל"מלון" מאוד בעייתית, בכלל לא מדובר במלון אלא בבניין דירות שהוסב כנראה לחדרים המסדרון. המקום שהגענו אליו (דלפק קבלה) לא היה המקום שבו ישנו בסופו של דבר. היה פקיד שלקח אותנו וזה הרגיש לא בטוח... לא היה שירות חדרים יומי, היינו צריכות לחפש ולבקש שיהיה יותר נקי.
