Solo pondría algo por fuera del alojamiento : el coche queda en la calle, estacionado en una avenida muy transitada y estrecha.

Vanessa and Gastón are amazing hosts and made our time very special thanks to their top notch recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and much more. They also helped us organizing trips and excoursions, which we appreciated a lot. The breakfast was really tasty and home made, we also loved that we could join them for a delicious Asado at home.The place is located ca. 15-20 min by foot from the center or a short Uber/Taxi ride. 100% recommendation to stay at Las Retamas during your trip to Ushuaia.

Wunderbares Fleisch, familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich klein und unseres zur Strassenseite hin sehr laut. Vom Zentrum aus sind es schon ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuss.

Te asesoran, te recomiendan cosas, te ayudan a buscar, nos enseñaron a preparar mate, nos ayudaron con los tour, nos permitieron dejar las maletas durante todo el día después de haber hecho check out y hasta nos recibieron después porque nuestro vuelo salía tarde. • Bram (10/5): We loved it! - Gastón and Vanesa were truly the perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived, there was a warm, family-like atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. They were always ready to help — our tours were arranged in no time, and even with discounts. They also gave us plenty of tips for hikes and restaurants, all of which turned out to be absolutely worth it! Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was more than satisfying. In short: highly recommended. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Desde el primer minuto nos hicieron sentir como en casa: son tremendamente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos ayudaron a organizar actividades, reservar excursiones, elegir restaurantes… ¡hasta los pequeños detalles los tenían controlados! Y qué decir del desayuno… es espectacular. Ellos mismos lo preparan cada mañana. Se nota que disfrutan siendo anfitriones, y eso convierte la experiencia en algo todavía más especial. Su B&B no es solo un lugar donde dormir: es un hogar al que apetece volver después de un día explorando Ushuaia. Unos anfitriones excepcionales. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

• Ana Luiza (10/5): Perfeito! - De tudo! Arisco a dizer que foi a melhor hospedagem em que já estive. De início, fiquei um pouco receosa em me hospedar em “B&B”, mas foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Tudo feito com muito zelo, carinho e atenção. Desde a recepção dos queridos Gaston e Venesa, ao jantar maravilhoso feito por eles (sim, tivemos um momento descontraído com os demais hóspedes). O quarto que ficamos é muito bom. Cama maravilhosa. Chuveiro quentinho e toalhas trocadas todos os dias. A Vanessa sempre atenciosa em deixar tudo limpinho e organizado para a gente. O café da manhã é muito bom e completo. Há proteínas. Tudo fresquinho e feito na hora. Enfim. O casal Gaston e Vanessa deixaram a experiência completa. Sempre disponíveis a nos ajudar e indicar boas opções de restaurantes e passeios. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Indicaria mil vezes. Nada. Tudo perfeito.

• Mario (10/5): Best place to stay in Ushuaia! - Gastón and Vanessa's hotel was the perfect place to stay at the end of our trip to Patagonia. Ushuaia is wonderful and has so much to offer. Gastón and Vanessa have even more to offer with their hospitality and kindness - the hotel is super cozy, super super clean (!!!), the bed is really big and confortable, the breakfast is delicious - always with fresh products and perfectly customizable, they will make you feel comfortable. They gave us fantastic tips on what to do, from hikes to tours (the visit/walk to the "Pinguinera" is a must! Hire Piratour). The hotel is well located, close to the center of Ushuaia and since we had a car, Gastón gave us his parking space. There are certain attitudes that are priceless, we really admire that. The hosting is charming, lovely and cozy. You can feel yourself at home. Gaston and Vanessa make sure beyond any expectations everything is ok. For example, Gaston volunteered to give us a ride to some of the treks starting points and cooked us food after the sheep trail. Nothing I can think of right now

The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great hot water. If we ever return to Ushuaia, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
• Svetlana (10/5): Nice place to stay in Ushuaia - Nice comfortable guest house in a good location. Main trade street and supermarket are in a 10 min walking distance, marine port is 10 min away by taxi. Hosts are helpful and easygoing. Our room was preheated by our arrival and all in all it was warm. Water and coffee are available on the kitchen, breakfast may seem boring to some people, but we liked it (the hostess makes tasty cakes). Cooking our own food on the kitchen also wasn’t a problem. More hooks in the room and shower gel would be great. Also the guest room is near the road and walls are not very thick, so if you sleep without ear plugs, that might be noisy.

Gaston and Vanessa were extremely helpful - from giving our personal recommendations to booking taxis or tours. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the busy day. • Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Gaston and Vanessa are exceptional hosts. They took very good care of us. Gaston recommended day trips and activities based on our wishes and the weather forecast. He also booked tours for is with a discount. The breakfast they prepared in the morning was delicious, with fresh eggs, cake, cereal, and sandwiches. Our highlight was the homemade barbecue Gaston and Vanessa prepared for their guests one of the evenings. The best meal we had in Argentinia! It was also nice to socialize with the other guests.

• Gilad (10/5): An amazing stay. - Gaston and Vanessa are an amazing young couple. Fun, polite and professional (and gay friendly). The B&B is their home. It's not a motel with a reception. Ironing will be done in the background while you are having coffee or make yourself lunch. I loved it. It's located about 15 minutes walk from main street and 30 to the port. A taxi would cost you a couple of USD. A minute away from the place are a grocery store, a bakery and a place that sells food to go. Breakfast in the house is great and you can have coffee all day long. The room was comfortable and was set each day. They will help you with whatever you need and will make you feel at home away from home. Don't hesitate to use their laundry service (for a fee) and definitely don't miss the Asado and wine night (30 USD). They are trustworthy and easy going. A tip, bring slippers or walk with socks in the house. No outside shoes. It was a delight to stay at their place.

• Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great B&B! 10-minute walk to Ushuaia's "downtown" area but out of the hustle and bustle. We drove and parked out front. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and other interesting travelers. Gaston gave us great hiking recs too. Highly recommend!

• Mike (10/5): Great hosts = Great time in Ushuaia! - It was a small family run B&B. Gaston and his wife were extremely hospitable and very helpful. They were a great source of information and provided excellent referrals for our excursions.
