• Gill (10/5): Fantastic Apartment with amazing views 🥰 - The apartment is beautiful, really centrally located and within easy walking distance to Ploce Gate...yes there are a lot of steps but we all coped better than we expected, even the walk back after a full day in the Old Town! The walk down to Ploce Gate only took a maximum 10 minutes. It's also not a long walk to any bus pick up points for day trips 🤩 The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could want, the beds were really comfy, bathrooms were modern and the kitchen was modern and well equipped, the lounge area had a comfortable seating area. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax for breakfast or a quiet drink in the evening, plenty of choice of seating areas and a gorgeous view. The cable car goes overhead but is so quiet you don't really notice it. Ana and Mladen were fantastic, communication from Ana from the point of booking was great. We arranged our airport transfers through Ana, the driver Stephen met us at the airport and brought us to Dubrovnik, where we transferred into Mladen's vehicle to take us to the apartment, his driving on the very narrow access road was remarkable! Our flights arrived early and left late, we were lucky that when we arrived at the apartment as the terrace overlooks the Old Town Mladen spent time explaining where everything was in the Old Town, pointing out areas of interest and things to do by which time the cleaners had finished early so we were able to check in early 🥰 We were also able to arrange through Mladen to look after our luggage on our last day so we could explore without lugging them around all day, he then asked lso arranged transferring our luggage to the taxi for our return airport transfer. He was so helpful 🤩 All in all a fantastic stay and we hope to return sometime in the future. There was nothing to dislike, it was great🤩

• Yvonne (10/5): Dubrovnik - We loved the apartment. Firstly Ana & Mladen were excellent to communicate with. Punctional for both our transfers. The apartment was very comfortable, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all good size was a bonus. But the highlight has to be the view of the Old Town. There walk down only about 10 minutes and was a very convenient location. We were all in our early 70's and managed the walk down and back easily. The cable car goes overhead but is so quiet you can't hear it. Nothing
• Sara (8/5): Make sure you can manage steep stairs - The apartment was nice. The facilities worked and there was always enough hot water. Having the outside spece was very nice although the photos flattered it a bit we thought. The owner was very helpful. It's not really a matter of not liking but having to climb 250+ steep steps up and down in the heat was a bit wearing. It made a difference to how we used the apartment (because we didn't want to do the climb back more than 2 or 3 times a day). So pleased we took the owner up on his offer to sort out taxis as this meant we didn't have to carry the cases up and down. I think the property description could emphasise this a bit more in the blurb.
• Ruth (8/5): Very good - Great apartment with fantastic terrace and view. 3 bathrooms were good for our group of 5 adults. Easy access to Old Town- the stairs didn’t bother us but they can be hard after a day of exploring and in the heat! Definitely recommend booking your transfer from the airport with them so you don’t have to take cases up the 15 flights. We struggled to connect to WiFi.

The host couldn't have been more welcoming and talked us through everything at the property and gave us some really helpful advice on places to eat/visit in the area.
• Caroline (10/5): Lovey apartment, lovely view, lovely host - This is a lovely apartment with high quality furnishings. The terrace has stunning views across the old town, it's well shaded and has plenty of furniture so you can eat outside or just sit and watch the boats come and go. The three showers (2 en suite) are all modern, clean and efficient. All the rooms have aircon along with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Mladen, the host, was very kind and helpful - he took us to the supermarket on our first day and gave us a lift to the ferry when we left - a really lovely experience all round. It's on a steep hill, so the steps down to the old town are inevitable - while this might be a problem for some, we viewed it as good exercise!

• Mikko (10/5): Amazing view, but be ready to climb up! - The terrace was nice! Toilets with showers were excellent. It was quite high with lot of steps. This was not problem for our group, but I think it should be highlighted in the description. This is not a place for you if you cant walk a lot.

We had an early flight so he kept our luggage and dropped us off in the Old Town & then picked us back up once the apartment was ready which he didn’t have to do. He then showed us around apartment to make sure everything was ok. Nothing!

I mentioned a product to him I could not find anywhere in Dubrovnik and he found it for me. The Apartment Chic Ploce: what a great place. Spotless, spacious with everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable beds. Washer and dryer if you need it. The View: Breathtaking. You can see the old town from the terrace. I highly recommend this place. There was nothing we did not like about this place.

The hosts were very responsive. 275 steps from Ulica Stradun. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner provided. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. No microwave. Written instructions to operate appliances would be helpful.

We had everything we needed for our stay Useful having 3 bathrooms I would recommend using their transport as apartment is on hillside with difficult access which normal taxis will not go. The owner liaised with transport and was at property ready to help carry cases and show us apartment. You need to be fit to managed steps back to apartment but worth it for the view and there is another easier route also.

The apartment is well equipped and the terrace beautiful. There are many many steps to get to it but if you know that and are willing to get a bit fitter during your stay you will be fine! There are steps all over Dubrovnik and as the description says there are stair to the apartment. 250 🥴. I was fitter on the final day. However this is not uncommon and much of the accommodation with this view will be the same.

• Mandi (10/5): Perfect accommodation and location as long as you can walk uphill for a fair distance! - The owner was very helpful from the beginning to the end . The apartment was perfect for six of us with three bedrooms and each had a bathroom. The patio has an amazing view and the cable car runs right overhead but you don’t hear it at all. I would highly recommend using the owner’s transportation otherwise you have to carry your luggage down 200 steps. Would definitely return!! Absolutely nothing.
