• aspiunza (7/5): - Fuimos a 12 No me gustó tener que recoger las llaves a las 16:00horas, habíamos ido a recepción a las 14:00 y tuvimos que volver a las 16:00. Nos podían haber dado las llaves, les digamos que no íbamos a ir antes de las 16:00, y nada, nos hicieron volver a kas 16:00

• Karolina (8/5): - Velký prostor, terasa, 2 koupelny, vše bylo čisté. Vybavení kuchyně. Umístění v historickém centru. Naproti 2 obchody s potravinami. Parkovací dům v bezprostřední blízkosti. Perfektní komunikace s ubytováním. Ve společné koupelně byl velmi intenzivně cítit odpad. Nešlo to vyvětrat. Nefungovala televize. V kuchyni by mohlo být více utěrek na nádobí - byla k dispozici jen jedna. Ale to je maličkost.

• margarida (7/5): - The location in the center of old city within 5-10 min of every important attraction and restaurants in the cuty. The appartment was very nice, with a good balcony and nive beds and bathroom/kitchen facilities. The facilities within the house (quality and amount of towels in the bathrooms, the amount of toilet paper were insufficient for 6 persons - only 2 towels for the hands/face and 6 small towels for the bath). An extra key of the appartment, so that we could separate the group of 6 friends and go out in turns, was never given to us, even though it was promissed. The information on the access to the WI_FI was not correctly given and we had to make several calls to arrange this access. There was a bad smell at the entrance of the appartment and in the bathroom

Showers & toilets were not clean & mould over windows,rang agents to complain on two occasions nobody came to look even though they said they would, the noise on street outside the apartment each night went on till 3 or 4 am making it very difficult to sleep so overall unfortunately not a good experience.

• Ojdana (7/5): - The location is great and the apartment is very spacious and modern. The view is also great. We had to make the bed for the fifth person (sofa) late in the evening when we arrived even though we booked for five. So have in mind that and let them know if you want the bed to be made. It could be better cleaned, especially bathrooms and around the sofa when you expect for a guest to open it.

Strong dirty drain smell they said they couldn’t repair as under floor (it was disgusting like rotten eggs) Iron faulty blew the electrics - never replaced as promised Ensure door stuck on floor (resolved after 4 days) Mouldy walls very dirty shower and sink Felt very dirty and unclean Air on/heating remote needed batteries in living room Covers on beds worn and pulled looked dirty & unclean Kitchen table very scratched covered over with place mats not value for money It needed re decoration and refresh staff weren’t friendly on arrival and very unresponsive I had to keep chasing for assistance with all our issues and disturbed my attempt to relax on holiday
• PILAR (10/5): Se puede mejorar - Camas y ubicación 1. Nos dejaron 1 sola toalla por persona para 4 días. 2. 1 sillas de la cocina esta rota. 3. Reserva era para 6 personas y la cocina tenía 5 sillas. 4. Tapa del inodoro estaba suelta. 5. Espejo dormitorio principal, descolgado en el suelo, mala impresión. 6. Falta alguna manta, aunque no pasamos frío por la calefacción, pero en diciembre apetece acurrucarse. 7. Lo peor para nosotros fueron las indicaciones para llegar, en esa calle hay dos números 4, muy importante poner el nombre del edificio, estuvimos buscando el portal por la noche, con maletas, lluvia y frío, pasamos un mal rato . La pena es que todo lo que he puesto, son detalles fáciles de solucionar, que marcan la diferencia de bien y excelente.

Spacious. 2 bathrooms. Excellent service. We also got a flat few hours earlier. Virginia super professional and helpful. Netflix didn't work the internet was not powerfull enough ? Not sure but for a week only Spanish TV was a problem :) no tea no coffee no salt etc. Tiny balcony. Horrible sewage smell from bathrooms but that not the host fault.

Må komme klarere frem. Det var det største minuset. Alt i alt fin leilighet, lite som skal til for å heve inntrykket

Fikk ekstra utskjekking time. Det var vanskelig å finne resepsjonen seint på kvelden, så lenge den ligget langt fra leiligheten.Det ene badet luktet veldig kloakk, men de prøvde å fikse det. Vi manglet noen ting på kjøkkenet men det ble ordnet raskt.

La posizione era impagabile: scendevi le scale ed eri in pienissimo centro storico, con tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Sergio è stato gentilissimo e super reattivo. Soggiorno perfetto!
• Silvia (4/5): Málaga preciosa que pena que el apartamento no estuviera a la altura - La ubicación era perfecta A pesar de que el apartamento era bonito y bien situado los baños olían muy mal. Tuvimos que cerrar uno de los baño debido al mal olor que salía. Espero que encuentren una solución ya que, era horrible el olor que salía de los baños.

• Serban (8/5): Gut geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub in Malaga - Das gesamte Zentrum, der Hafenbereich und der Strand von Malagueta sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt in der Nähe, ca. 50 m gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Matratzen waren im Mehrbettzimmer sehr bequem. Der Balkon und das Wohnzimmer sind groß. Die Matratzen sind in den Doppelbetten nicht bequem. Das kleine Bad/die Dusche sind sehr klein und eng.

Pues el tema de la limpieza, aparentemente se veia bien, pero los detalles habria que repasar: ej. Rincones de los bañis, bajos de sofa y camas. Aparte de limpiar cuando el huesped se va, alguien de la empresa deberia supervisar si se hace bien, son detalles importantes, mas que una critica, es una sugerencia.

• philshems (10/5): Great apartment in a great location! - A lovely apartment, well equipped and very well located. Sergio, our host, was very helpful and extremely friendly. The bedrooms are all a good size, the balcony is great for watching Málaga life, and the living room is huge and comfortable. The apartment building is clean and secure. Literally the only improvement I could suggest would be a draining board for the washing up. But I'm really struggling to think of anything really!

• Paweł (9/5): Piękny, czysty apartament w sercu starego miasta - Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i czysty , idealny dla grupy 8 osób . Kontakt z właścicielem jest bardzo dobry. W mieszkaniu znajdują się dwie łazienki co jest bardzo użyteczne przy większej grupie. Lokalizacja w centrum Starego Miasta jest idealna dla osób które chcą być blisko najważniejszych zabytków i restauracji. Dużym plusem jest też bliskość dwóch dużych supermarketów. Internet i TV działały bez zarzutu. Dużym plusem był duży taras i klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Polecam ten apartament Brakowało nam piekarnika i zmywarki w kuchni, lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta więc do najbliższej plaży jest aż 25 minut piechotą - miej to na uwadze rezerwując pobyt w tym apartamencie. Cena mieszkania w porównaniu do konkurencji była wygórowana.

• Anna (1/5): Extremely disappointing – serious issues ignored by host - Location We stayed here for 10 nights and, unfortunately, our experience was extremely unpleasant. From the very first night, we reported that the bed in the main bedroom was in a completely unacceptable condition — unstable, loudly creaking with even the slightest movement, and so wobbly it felt like it might collapse at any moment. It woke us up 10+ times every night and made restful sleep impossible. Despite our repeated complaints, the issue was never resolved. Someone briefly "tightened" the frame early on, but it made no difference. On top of that, we found a large patch of mold in the bathroom, which is especially concerning as we were staying with a small child. This clearly indicates that the cleaning was far from adequate, since the mold was also all over both bathrooms and showers. We were promised that the matter would be passed on to their "office team", but we never heard back — no solution, no apology, and no compensation. It's shocking that the host knowingly allows guests to sleep on a bed in such a deplorable state, and it seems nothing is being done to fix it for future guests either. Sadly, we cannot recommend this place, the lack of care from the host has left us very disappointed.

Also be aware if you are arriving out of hours you will need to pick your keys up from a locker box which is not by the apartment. This can be difficult at night.

It’s very clean and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, towels and hairdryer. The staff is very nice. They contacted us prior to the arrival and during our stay too to check on us. The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away from the noisy town centre but still very central.

• John (8/5): Key pickup and parking is very far from apartment. Otherwise it is nice. - Clean and mostly well equipped. The shower drain was very slow due to hair clogs which existed on our arrival. There were only two hangers in the closets. When we asked for more hangers, we requested more. The office took our request and even authorized entry when we were not in the apartment, but the hangers did not arrive during our three day stay. We wanted the hangers for drying shirts because there are no clothing pins for use of the drying line. The key pickup and the parking is more than 500M walking from the apartment.
