However, the road is incredibly noisy with hoo - Close to Rosebank mall and friendly security Very noisy with taxis hooting up and down the road and people shouting sunrise to sunset. The soap dispensers were all worn and not great. No plugs in the kitchen sinks to do dishes. Not the cleanest, some marks on curtains

In all fairness there wasn't much time for them to prepare the room as the time between me making the booking and checking in was short,(around 2 hours), however the state of the place seemed like it would have taken more thsn a day to get right. That being said our host was didn't make us wait at all and the dpeedy check in was much appreciated.

The second bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, which proved to be inconvenient. Upon inquiry, the Easy Stay team attributed this discrepancy to an AI-generated description, asserting its inaccuracy. This situation is considered inappropriate and misleading. The bathtub's dimensions were unsuitable for my height of 6'4", leading to an uncomfortable bathing experience.

- Natalie (10/5): Schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung in bester Lage, 2min zur Rosebank Mall - Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht [8.OG) und Ausstattung und Spitzenlage, 2min zu Fuss zur Rosebank Mall mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants und Station der roten City sightseeing Busse. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und check in Prozedur hat Dank detaillierter Infomail reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank, vor allem an Clive. Und auch an das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereiten Security Personal im Tyrwitt! Sicherer Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist vorhanden, das Appartment war blitzsauber, sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und war auch mit 2 Nespressokapseln, Milch, Tee und Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet. Wifi und Netflix hat auch reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders toll fand ich, dass auch Waschmittel vorhanden war, so dass man die Waschmaschine gleich in Betrieb nehmen könnte. Vielen Dank dafür. Entgegen anderer Rezensionen fand ich das Bett/die Matratze nicht zu hart, sondern sehr bequem. Check out Prozedur über Schlüsselbox war auch in 1min erledigt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, die Lage sicher. Von den Nachbarn habe ich so gut wie gar nicht mitbekommen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Fazit: Ich kann Easy Stay Tyrwitt nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder! Ein Wäscheständer hat gefehlt. Ansonsten: nichts

- Carmen Jose (9/5): Our Xmas Season Kick Off - Proximity to the mall.. right next to it.. with great options of restaurants.. and the safety feel of the overall area. The apartment room were spacious.. enough space to accommodate all our luggage. Overall well kept apartment. . The fact that they only give 1 key! And 1 tag! For a 2 bedroom apartment it's complicated to manage.. specially the tag!

- Jodie (9/5): Fantastic clean, comfortable and modern apartments that were safe if a perfect location with staff who were tentative. - Location was amazing, modern comfortable, safe and all the amenities Nothing.. my only dissatisfaction if I had to state anything was that I wanted to check out a little bit later as we had an afternoon flight, even just a couple of hours til noon instead of 10am. We had two rooms so requested just one room but was told we would have to pay a full extra night fee, even though we had to wait 1.5 hours as the room wasn’t ready at check in time, and we also only had it cleaned once when we could have had daily. I thought that there could have been a bit of leeway given the above, or even offered half a nights cost.

Only one of the bathrooms had a shower; the other one was a bathtub only. Not sure people want to take a bath everyday during their stay. We ended up being 4 people using the same shower.

- Claressa (3/5): - The place was beautiful and spacious and included a coffee machine, with tea coffee and milk in the fridge. Which we did not expect so that was a nice touch. The view at night was spectacular. We struggles to gain entry and we're not provided with the room number so the security could not assist us. We had to contact the owner in the middle of the night to get information on where to park how to collect the keys and which floor and unit number. She was amazing and took our call despite the late hour. The apartment was beautiful however the one room could not be utilized since it had a really really bad smell, we also found a dead cockroach in the lounge area. The blinds in the lounge area were also badly stained. Other than that, the place was beautiful and comfortable.

Apartamento amplio, con buenas vistas y en un entorno muy agradable. - La ubicación es muy buena, en un pequeño barrio mayormente comercial, con zonas peatonales y dos shopping malls. La estación del tren desde el aeropuerto está a unos 300 metros del edificio, que perfectamente se pueden hacer a pie, por lo que resulta muy cómodo. Que para el check in y check out hubo que esperar que viniera alguien, en lugar de manejarse con el personal en recepción.

These malls have a variety of places to eat so you will have have a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. Amenities - Appreciated that tea, coffee and sugar is provided. The WiFi is on point so we were able to watch Netflix and YouTube without any glitches. Our visit was in winter and heaters were provided for each room. Thanks Easy Stay. - Bernardeth234 (9/5): Superb - I really enjoyed my stay at The Tyrwhitt Rosebank. The apartment was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—safe, central, and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the Rosebank Mall. I also appreciated the friendly and professional staff, as well as the secure parking and excellent building security. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’d definitely stay here again! The only downside during my stay was an unexpected 24-hour water outage, which was understandably inconvenient. While I recognize that it may have been beyond the property's control, it would have been helpful to receive more proactive communication or support during that time. That said, everything else about the stay was excellent, and I would still recommend The Tyrwhitt Rosebank for its comfort, location, and overall quality.
