• Abraham Francisco (7/5): Un poco decepcionante pero útil si no tienes mucho dinero o sí lo necesitas urgentemente. - Su cercanía con el metro. Su poca limpieza, la humedad del techo del cuarto de baño y que el lavabo estuviera suelto, con el peligro de caerse en cualquier momento.

Запах по всему дому.Так как он везде запах старости.В одной из комнат очень слышно запах сигарет.Много мебели сломано.Но если вы проездом то можно выдержать.Просим обновить фотографии так как не все действительно выглядит как на фото.И те кто в будущем снимает жилье,цените пожалуйста чужое.
• Erika Si Vasile (5/5): The area is nice but they really need to invest and make the apartment to look like on the pictures, as like this is far - The only good was the air condition, the rest of the apartment is nothing like on the pictures. The bathroom is bad, the bedding was stained and the kitchen has missing a lot of things.

• Benjamin (2/5): - Do not rent! This property is COVERED in black mold! It is unsafe and uninhabitable! Upon arrival, we saw that the bathroom ceiling and one bedroom wall were covered in black mold, which immediately sickened us! We contacted the owner of the property immediately and sent photos, but the owner denied any issues with the unit despite the photo evidence. The company seems to be based in China, and it seems they have abandoned this property. While I was very angry about the lack of positive response from the owner, I was more angered by Expedia's response. Expedia insisted that, although the owner was committing fraud by renting out an unsafe apartment, they could not refund my money due to the "non-refundable policy". Essentially, Expedia is protecting a fraudulent company that is stealing guests' money by renting out an apartment that is completely unsafe.

• Yun (4/5): - Apartment is spacious - can comfortably fit 5-6 people, which is the upside. However, the condition of the apartment has declined significantly since the profile photos were taken, especially the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was very mouldy, the toilet lid was half broken and a number of cabinet doors were missing. The place is still livable, but it can really benefit from some improvements.
