• DANIELA (8/5): Cómodo y con todo lo necesario. - Departamento lindo, cómodo para 4 personas y buena ubicación. El agua de la ducha duraba poco tiempo caliente, despues salía agua fría. Mucho ruido en la calle a la noche.

Хубавото бе че дойде човек и оправи парното. Не може да няма сол, захар, оцет и олио! Купувахме си и салфетки и кухненска хартия.

• bertha (9/5): Muy bueno - El apartamento cómodo, limpio, bonito, muy muy bien ubicado! Nos ha gustado mucho ! Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde a Florencia, por lo llegaríamos después de las 12 al alojamiento. Aunque las instrucciones y la comunicación fue buena y no hubo problema para retirar la llave, al llegar tarde tuvimos que buscarla en otro lugar la llave, que quedaba a 20 minutos andando! Sería recomendable ofrecer otra opción para buscar llave más cerca del alojamiento

• Ashley DeFrees (7/5): Loud and cold but nice space inside - Ample space in the apartment We couldn't figure out how to get the heat to turn on and the host wasn't helpful when we asked about it. We were cold. Could hear people at the pub across the street very early into the morning.

• Daria (9/5): Recommended! - Everything was very good. The apartment was clean, and everything necessary was available (washing machine, dishwasher). The host replied to messages quickly and was very friendly. The location is right in the center, very convenient! It’s quite comfortable for three people (one sleeps on the sofa). Thank you!

• Ricardo (6/5): - Front bars are very very loud and noisy till 2-3 morning on weekends. There are people hanging out outside the bar on the street, hanging out , listening to music, It’s noisy from 9-2am. The front windows of this apartment are plain glass ( not insulated or 2x) and the windows are old and don’t close tightly. so the noise comes in very very easily.

Very little hot water. Workmen hammering in the street from 5.00am.

A pocos minutos andando de los sitios de interés Apartamento amplio y cómodo en una finca tranquila Buena comunicacion con el personal Nos pusimos en contacto con el personal para que nos hicieran una pequeña reparación y aunque nos atendieron enseguida por teléfono no nos resolvieron la incidencia. Hay un bar de copas enfrente y es un poco ruidoso por la noche y molesto si se duerme en el salón

Everything is great in the apartment. Too noisy in the night from 10 to 4 am. Very difficult to sleep and light sleepers are not advisable. Did not sleep well so cannot catch up our schedule

• Evan (8/5): - The apartment was initially spotless. However, no cleaning services were provided during our five-night stay, and rubbish removal was not performed. The central city location is excellent. Daily or bi-daily housekeeping would be a valuable enhancement. The heating system lacked temperature control functionality. In summary, the property is exceptional, though some improvements are recommended.

• Cynthia (10/5): Very convenient and beautiful. - The house is beautifully decorated and well organized. It is also located in a great area with a lot good restaurants and bars. My only recommendation is to make the sofa bed more comfortable.

A bit noise during the evening. The boiler in the master room. Only one air conditioner command. The pigeons at the window.

Apartment isn’t well isolated, so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll probably hear the noises from outside. Also the heating was kinda hard to control and turned on every night out of nowhere.

Could use a full length mirror or at least another mirror. Impossible to sleep on couch in living room because of noise from Irish bar behind the apartment. Very loud till 3:00 am or later.

We dreaded coming home each night. - Although it was well-located, there was far too much noise coming from the bar and street outside, it was very difficult to sleep, especially in the front room with the sofa bed. There are much better accommodations in the area that we wished we had booked after the condition of this place. The wear and tear of the apartment is blatant. It is very old and it shows. We dreaded coming home after our long days. Walking through the street door, the main hallway looked like a beat up public housing establishment, it scared our kids. The apartment smelled like a dirty mop and was unclean. Our feet/socks became dirty instantly when we were barefoot or in socks, so we kept our shoes on for the rest of the stay. The beds were both very itchy (bed bugs?) and we had to wear long sleeves, pants and hoodies just to try to not feel it. The shower has mold and is tiny. There is residue around the toilet bowl. Everything felt icky, yucky and incredibly uncomfortable. The bath and hand towels were very thinned out, discolored, smelled mucky and were torn. They brought us new towels midweek which were slightly better. There were no paper or cloth towels in the kitchen to wipe our hands. They brought some eventually. Only one element of the stove worked. The tea kettle had thick calcium deposits on the bottom. The moka coffee maker had mold and disgusting fungus-like residue on the bottom. They brought a new kettle eventually and new moka maker on the last day. No electric coffee maker. We could not even wash our clothes as there was no dryer. They offered to bring us a hanging rack, but there is no exterior space where the clothes could dry in legitimate time. The sofa bed cushions were thrown in the dirty and disarranged laundry room/janitorial closet. Lots of wear on furniture. When we reached out to the hosts, it appeared as if they had not been to their property in a while. We had to constantly reach out with complaints. Our six day schedule in Florence was very tight, and we were expected to make time to meet with contractors, which our schedule did not allow for, since we did not wish for contractors to visit in our absence. The clean and crisp photos shown are a huge misrepresentation.

• Marietta (8/5): Great location and reasonable pricing. - no breakfast provided. location was very central and easy to walk even at night The hot water quit working after a while. Oddly, the bidet had hot water, but not the shower or the sink. Only one towel given for a stay of one week and no soap. The shower is very small and if you are a big person you may not feel comfortable in there. But there was a washing machine with soap for the clothes and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a broom so I could sweep the floors. All in all a nice place.

• Bojun (9/5): Great stay - Florence is small, so you can easily reach every sights from the apartment. The apartment is very cute and cozy. We like its interior design and how comfortable it is. The insulation isn't that good. There is a bar/club nearby, so many drunk people make noise in the late evening.

Too expensive for what it is. - We arrived late at night at 1 am and the owner kept the communication on Whatsapp, showed up when we arrived and opened the door for us while he was there he checked up on the apartment to make sure everything was ok. The AC was great and the kitchen was very handy. The bed and towel supply were only two sets for 5 days of stay. The bed liners were not proper, the pillows were not comfortable and there were not a lot of extra bed sheets and liners. There was an iron but not an iron table.
