Guest Reviews
- Shuangji (5/5): Not an ideal apartment for traveling except the location - Not far from Termini Lobby is under construction, smell of food is too strong all the day. Water pressure is not stable, there are bed bugs in the bed.

- Peter (7/5): - Good location for Termini and for access to Rome’s many attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. There were construction works being undertaken in the communal areas which wasn’t mentioned at time of booking or prior to our arrival.
- Adriána (8/5): - Apartment is nice and spacious, there are some ongoing renovations in the lobby of the apartment building, but we did not hear any noises so it was all fine. Jacob who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. Close to Termini, it was good for a quick weekend stay.
- Olga (9/5): Superb -
- Desire (7/5): Not close to city center, but if you are in Rome only for use the central station then go for it - Its was big enough and clean The location is not great;
The smell of the cooking from other apartments as well is too much to handle,
Nothing was available in the apartment
Not even water or anything to welcome us;
I think its a bit expensive compared to the facilities which are not great
- Michaela (8/5): Very good - Great location and spacious bedrooms. Rail way on next block so very easy to get around and to the airport The kitchen, dining living space is very compact but we hardly used it so didn't matter
- Gabrantula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious with air con. Building with elevator. The agent who met us, Gui, was very helpful...when we asked about a toaster we discovered there wasn't one but Gui just went out and bought one for us. Be aware this is clearly an apartment managed by a company rather than an individual owner. Little things make a difference.. there was no plug for the kitchen sink making washing dishes almost impossible. We improvised with great proof paper. There are no dish towels and insufficient toilet paper...we bought both. The cupboard door above the range hood is almost off the hinge. This makes getting to tge crockery a bit tricky. The location wasn't all that fabulous but we booked because if proximity to Termini
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- O'connor (9/5): Superb - Very good location and comfortable clean apartments. Would stay there again.
- Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - I really enjoyed this place. Location just next to the Termini in my opinion is the best as it is not so far away from the main atractions. Of course the area might sounds scary but it is safe and not so dirty. The appartament itself was clean and looked the same as on pics here. Small kitchen with sofa and small balcony, bedroom with double bed and bathroom also with small balcony where I think only one person can stand; second with two beds, bathroom and scary window. It is located on a 5th floor, so a lift needs to be used especially when you arrive but it is also small (max 4 people or two & laguages). Kitchen contains all you might need, we got a fresh towells and small bath cosmetics. I really like the fatc that we were able to check it earlier. It was not my first time in Rome but first in this place, if I will be planning another trip to Rome for sure I will choose Turati again. Lift was way to small but it is a building issue, not the appartment. Small balcony and creepy sounds from the outside (neighbours). Contact with the owners - via Booking I only received some automatical generated messages and even I tried to contact via WhatsApp with the lady who I believe owns it I didn't get any info back. However, day before our trip a man contacted me that we will give us a keyes and contact with via WhatsApp was great!
- Vit (7/5): Good location close to metro/train/bus station - The apartment is very close to a metro station and the bus stop where the buses from Fiumicino arrive to. A couple of supermarkets is within walking distance. The lady from the agency managing the property let us in even before the check-in time period. The communication with the managing agency was rather cumbersome, we received only (quite a few) automated messages in the Booking.com chat. We then communicated through phone calls. The beds were slightly unstable.
- Devender (4/5): Good short term accomodation - 1) The location was excellent. Close to railway station, Central Rome and Market.
2) The apartment was very clean
3) Bedroom was spacious and could have added another single bed in one of the room.
4) Apart from a toaster, had all cooking facilities - Microwave oven and gas cooker. Not too sure if the oven worked, The oven ON light was lit.
5) Washing machine was plugged in
6) There were two bathrooms, one for each bedroom. 1) Had to wait for the host to come and drop the keys
2) The table and the utensil were cheap and flimsy and worried about breakage
3) Wifi? What Wifi, password didn't work
4) The twin beds were pushed together. Both the mattress and frame slid apart during the night. That's fine if you don't want comfort one another.
5) Air conditioning in one of the bedroom didn't work.
6) The room was located on the fifth floor and was good exercise climbing the stairs.
7) Lifts were just enough for two people.
8) Not a nice view outside.
- James (4/5): Disappointing - Location of the property 1) Air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working. It was scorching weather during the stay and had to accommodate ourselves in one room
2) Water did not have enough pressure even when only one was used with was a huge discomfort
