• Stefancu (10/5): A splendid Tuscany home away from home - This place is a gem, we felt like home. It’s an authentic Tuscany getaway, still so close to the city centre by bus. We rented the ground floor apartment and it proved comfortable to our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The place is clean, quiet and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely backyard facing a typical Tuscany view. Enrico helped us from recommending our connecting buses (even called the transportation company for confirmations) to restaurants and generally kind and helpful. Make sure you walk around the neighbourhood too, it was so beautiful and quiet. Nothing serious, just a personal preference as I still 100% recommend this place and hope to come back soon. We visited in April and the house seemed a little bit colder (1-2 degrees) than the usual temperature we keep, however, heating was functioning and it was ok overall. We actually slept better in this temperature and it made no sense to heat the house more when we were out in the sun all day.

Parfait pour quelques jours à Florence. Quelques petits aménagements pourraient rendre ce logement encore plus confortable.

• Serhii (10/5): Дуже пропонуємо це місце. - Затишне місцерозташування. А 5 хвилинах зупинка автобуса який їде в центр міста. Також звідси їздили поїздом до Пізи, дуже зручно, щоб не гнати своє авто. Наявність парковки на закритій території. Дуже гостинні господарі, на всі наші питання ми отримали відповідь та допомогу. Пропоную це помешкання. Як будемо у ціх краях, обовʼязково зупинимось тут знову.
• Patrick (10/5): ideal for visiting florence! - Super friendly host, ideal place to stay when visiting Florence for a city trip. Florence is easily accessible both on foot and by bus. The neighborhood is quiet, and we spent three nights there and were completely satisfied.
• Andriy (10/5): - Nach einer schlechten Erfahrung mit einer anderen Unterkunft in Florenz mussten wir während unseres Urlaubs diese buchen und dorthin ziehen. Wir sind mit der Unterkunft (es war ein Haus) sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt einen Garten mit schöner Aussicht. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einer Toilette und einer Dusche. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und Kapseln waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gab auch sehr freundliche Katzen in der Umgebung. Der Vermieter gab uns alle notwendigen Informationen, wie wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Unterkunft und in die Stadt gelangen. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
• Marcin (10/5): Wspaniałe miejsce do wypoczynku! - Wspaniały gospodarz, wytłumaczył wszystko przed przyjazdem. Odpowiedział na wszystkie pytania po przyjeździe, oraz w trakcie pobytu. Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku. Piękny widok z okna oraz z ogrodu. Poranna kawa nigdy nie smakowała lepiej. Przystanek znajduje się nie daleko, co umożliwia dojazd do Florencji. Blisko do sklepu oraz piekarnii.

L’accueil et la disponibilité d’Enrico ainsi que l’équipement cuisine et les capsules de café à disposition. Le centre de Florence est facilement joignable en bus. Rien à part les moustiques… 😄

Byt /apartman je s citom a vkusom zariadený, plne vybavený. Krb, obrazy na stenach nabytok, jedalenský servis... všetko bolo tip-top👌👍 Pár minútova prechadzka k autobusu do centra bola veľmi príjemná. Lokalita ubytovania je vilova štvrť s parkami... Denne sme šli okolo porta Romana a za 10 min sme boli v centre... Ak pôjdeme do Florencie, urcite sa ubytujeme u Enriqua. Vrelo odporúčame.❤️🍀🤩 všetko sa nam páčilo😊

• Maria Cristina (10/5): Ruhige, bequeme Wohnung - Ein bisschen ausserhalb, aber super ruhig. Die Wohnung war gross und komfortabel und Enrico war immer bereit um zu helfen. Alles war gut, aber wenn man nicht viel laufen möchte, vielleicht sollte man sich das überlegen, da die Bushaltestelle einige meter Weitweg ist.

• Heather (10/5): Lovely comfortable apartment in a country setting close to the charming neighborhood of Galluzzo - The apartment is in a traditional charming Tuscan farmhouse style, with friendly resident cats in the courtyard. It is family run and the brothers, Enrico and Giovanni, are exceptionally hospitable and kind. Note that the property is on a long one way street pointing away from Firenze. This won’t matter for those on foot or bike, but it does add several minutes to the drive by car into the city.

• Eileen (8/5): Lovely 2 bedroom apartment - Lovely refurbished apartment in part of an old church set amoung large grounds, (didn't have time to explore ☹️). It was very clean and comfortable. Regular cheap bus service into the centre of Florence (30 mins). Not a lot of choice of restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook in the apartment, but was recommended by the owner to go to Il Pipistrelle, very good and reasonable prices.

It is necessary to take the bus to the city center. Bus stop is close by about 300 - 400 meters. Also a large Supermarket is close by and a very nice view on the walk there. Nothing

• Thomas (10/5): - Auf Grund der schon positiven Bewertungen hatten wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden - und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Absolut positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Auch die Aufteilung war für uns als Familie perfekt. Hervorheben muss man das Klima-Anlagen-System mit drei Kühleinheiten, das perfekt funktionierte. Ein Muss bei 38 Grad Temperatur im Sommer in Florenz. Auch die Klima-Anlage war top gepflegt, da haben wir auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Lage ist gut, etwas raus aus der Altstadt, vorbei an schönen Villen - aber keineswegs abgelegen. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir empfehlen, sich die App von at bus herunterzuladen. Ticketkauf, Routen, Realtime-Zeitangaben.....alles drin. Wir haben das Auto nicht gebraucht. Ein riesiger Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Man muss dann zurück allerdings den Hügel rauf. Für uns ein kleiner, liebgewonnener Nachmittagssport. Das einzige, was wir nicht gefunden haben, ist ein Flachbild-TV in der Wohnung. Und wir haben ihn nicht vermisst. Man kann in Florenz seine Abende wirklich besser verbringen als vor dem TV. Die Gastgeber-Familie (wir haben den Vater und zwei Söhne kennen gelernt) sind sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch kommt man hier zurecht. Das ist nicht überall in der Toskana und Florenz so, wie wir feststellen mussten. Insgesamt eine perfekte Wahl. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Florenz kommen, dann sicher auch wieder zu Fattoria di Malavolta.
• Fiona (10/5): Excellent accommodation and host. Would highly recommend. - The property had a lovely rustic charm. It was spacious, clean and had superb views. There was aircon in every room, which was very welcome. You could easily walk to the centre. The property was in an excellent location. The host was wonderful. There was no TV, but we had expected that from its absence in the details listed. One minor point was that there were some mozzies, so maybe bring a spray! (Some fly screens had a few holes in them). But would highly recommend the property.

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional, light and roomy apartment 20 mins from city centre - This is a light and roomy two bedroom apartment just south of the city centre. It’s in a quiet residential street a short walk away from a very large supermarket, bus connections and two wonderful pizzerias. The apartment is plainly decorated and is finished to a very high standard - especially the kitchen and bathroom. It was spotlessly clean. Enrico our host speaks very good English and was extremely friendly and helpful. He and his family live on site - it looks like this was once a complex of farm buildings which now contain several apartments. They obviously put their heart and soul into its upkeep. An added bonus for guests is a garden at the back with sun loungers. Although a little wild when we there in mid-May, it was a lovely spot to unwind after a long day’s sightseeing with nice country views. We liked everything! Please note there is no TV. But that didn’t bother us - we weren’t visiting Florence to watch TV! There are plenty of books and some games (chess) also.

• Milutin (9/5): Great quiet place to stay in Florence - Great place for several people or family. Rooms are very comfortable, the furniture is old, but it gives a special charm, it brings back memories of some good old times when I was a child and used to visit my grandparents. Two bathrooms, one of which is adapted for people with disabilities. And a very important thing, private parking in the yard. City centar is just several minutes away if you go by car. The yard is large, great for relaxing after a hard day, you just need to be sure to protect yourself from mosquitoes. The host is very nice and kind. The smaller bathroom lacks a holder for towels and soap. WiFi signal inside the premises is quite bad, the best is in the yard. A signal booster would solve the problem.

• Natali (6/5): Pleasant - It is a big apartment, and the host is a nice guy. Easy check in and out. The apartment is far from the city centre. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and then it can literally take an hour to reach the centre. There are some construction work around the city, so buses will not come as frequently as they should and they change the route (so you actually never know where you are heading to). Coming back to the apartment on a Friday night was truly a challenge.

• Ramonito (8/5): the host Enrico is attentive, accommodating and helpful - the place is spacious, clean and has all the kitchen utensils and basic condiments and appliances you need. it also has a big garden and is very calm and peaceful. the location is a bit far from the center of the city. although accessible by bus, you’d have to climb in an inclined road to reach it. about 700 meters from the bus stop. good for young people but not for the aged ones

The property was surrounding in a beautiful hill side neighborhood only 3 kms away from Florence old town. - a little coffee making machine would be great to start the day - bed-side carpets would add a warm-welcoming feeling to the bedroom and make them look less empty

• Felipe (10/5): Perfect family vacation in Florence - The place is a haven of peace enourmously welcome at the end of very busy days in the crazy touristic busy Florence. The accomodation is located in a farm inside the limits of the city. We had 3 gigantic bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a nice kitchen with a large dinning table. The kitchen was somewhat modestly equipped, but what we needed was there. The furniture of the bedrooms was just pure art, every piece was in handcrafted massive wood, some of the items felt as though they could be part of the Palazzo Vecchio collection. Authenticity is just about everything in this apartment, the host and the people in the farm, the neighborhood with artisan bakeries, specialty butchers, pizzas... the olive trees lining the street... what a place!
