• Justine (1/5): The worst place to stay - Absolutely nothing I was pulling a 2 m by 3 m room toilet.Besides the bed , no partition , no chair , no hang is in the cupboard , a shower and a basin next to it like a prison cell. I requested to move to a different room , and they asked me to pay more money for a different room , because it was a upgrade room. that room on the first night the toilet flashed and did not settle the water was at the rim of the bowl of the toilet they could not get a technician.It was Friday, he had a home emergency and they could not get one till the Monday.I was offered to use the staff toilet downstairs for which I would have to use the lift if I needed to go to the toilet at night or during the day. Staff were totally condescending and insulting note assistance whatsoever. I\nWould not even put a child in that kind of a room
• Justine (1/5): The worst place to stay - Nothing at all I was given a room of 2 m by 3 m.The toilet was next to it. It was like a prison cell. I would not even put a child in that kind of a room. I requested to move and I was put in a room where the toilet flashed.Once and then overflowed, they could not get a technician because it was Friday.He had a home emergency and could not come before the Monday. I was offered as compensation to use the staff toilet downstairs until they could get a condition to come and fix the toilet blockage.I was in asked to pay more money to be moved again to another room.Absolutely disgusting, behaviour.Staff were absolutely insulting and condescending.

• Ronald (3/5): Smerig indiaas Rattenhotel - Er was goede WIFI en redelijk warm water Eigenlijk viel voor de rest alles tegen. Het hotel staat midden in een achterbuurt waar de ratten feest vieren. Het gehel hotel is VIES. Niets wordt daar schoongemaakt. Het lijkt wel of je in india bent. We zijn 1 keer geswitched van kamer omdat de airco gigantische herrie maakte. De airco hangt exact boven het bed wat je ziek zal maken wegens ranzigheid en koude lucht. Beide kamers zaten volledig vol met stof en smerige vloeren met zwarte schimmel in de hoeken. Dikke pak stof achter en onder meubilair waardoor je zeker weet dat er al meer dan een jaar niet is schoongemaakt. Het behang aat overal los en de muren zijn smerig. We hadden zelfs bloed vlekken op de vloer van de vorige verhuurder. Er is zeer slecht leding werk in de badkamer dus alles is daar nat en vochtig waardoor er schommel ontstaat. De ramen zaten vol met vieze vet vlekken en stof en schimmel. We hebben bij de 2de kamer 4 handdoeken gebruikt om de gehele kamer schoon te maken en qe zijn hier een uur mee bezig geweest om het veilig genoeg te maken om te verblijven. De receptioniste (jongen) was aardig maar niet behulpzaam want hij stond ook in zijn eentje. De schoonmakers waren kinderen die geen woord engels spreken. Het linnengoed zit vol met vlekken en we durfde niet onder de dekens te liggen dus hebben in onze eigen kleding gelegen en slaapzakje die we bij ons hadden. De afstandsbedieninge deden het niet. Er lag troep op de kasten en onder het bed (geen idee wat het was maar het zat onder het stof in beide kamers. Snacht was er een vrouw tegen over ons die expres haar kamer deur op een kiertje liet waardoor wr een alarm geluid vanaf kwam waardoor de gehele afdeling niet kon slapen. We hebben haar midden in de nacht aangesrpoken op haar gedrag. Het zijn zeer smerige indiase mensen die daar verblijven, het was een horror hotel. Oja en de föhn was kapot waardoor die in de fik vloog toen we hem aanzetten. Het liefste wil ik alles delen qua foto's maar ik mocht er maar 4 plaatsen.

• GERALDINE JOY (8/5): - The hotel is nice but it would be even better if the facilities were improved especially the air conditioning and cleanliness. What I liked most is safety, the ease of booking Grab, nearby to the Malls, KL Sentral other places to must go, and staff are accomodating and kind.
