- Noufe (1/5): bad experience - the hotel is 30 min walking distance from the city center and the staff is not friendly specially Maike and Atsuko. They let as pay for 10 min late than 11:30 even we do not the time of check out because they have bad communication. I believe there are better options than this hotel. I do not recommend it

- Anita (7/5): Vegyes érzelmekkel teli tartózkodás - A lokáció tetszett, közel voltak az állomások, Shinsekai színes környéke jópofa. Kedves volt érkezéskor az ajándék arcmaszk, fürdősó, happy hourban ingyen ital. Aszobában a talpmasszírozót, hajgöndörítőt/hajvasalót szintén nagyra értékeltem. Házipapucs, otthoni pizsama is jól jött Esős időben kaptunk kölcsön esernyőt, az is szimpatikus volt. A japán reggeli nekem, európai szemmel furcsa, ezekkel a meleg, főtt, sült ételekkel indítani a napot, ráadásul nem voltak eléggé melegek az ételek, hiányoltam a sós péksütemény és friss gyümölcs választékot. A kicsi hotelszobában nincs elegendő hely kipakolni a ruháinkat, erre számítottam, de ablakot nyitni/zárni is a személyzet segítségével lehet, ami kicsit körülményes, anélkül viszont fullasztó volt bent a levegő. Sajnos a 3.napra ígért takarítás délután 4ig nem történt meg, pont fél5kor a csendes pihenőnkkor jöttek volna, de akkor utolsó napra már nem kértük.

- Ei Chi (9/5): - Wonderful staffs, the daily Happy Hour of free beer/sake followed by light meals serving, the bed is big and comfy, the foot massager in the room, the location is super great and convenient too, and they accommodate my request to combine beds as we were travelling with a toddler. We had a great stay here and would definitely be back again!

- Gabriel Ovidiu (7/5): - Location, biger room, clean, friendly staff, good facilities The room was getting very hot over night (and early morning - the window frames were hot and generating heat, there was even heavy condensation formed on the window) and we could not rest too well. There is AC, it's above the bed and noisy so i could not turn it at night to not wake up my girlfriend and vice versa. We usually kept it on before going to sleep with a lower temperature to compensate over night. It was better, but still not enough to get a good night's sleep. Some ventilation could help.

I especially liked the facilities, such as the hair straightener and foot massager. I didn’t like that the room window couldn’t be opened. I would have preferred to get fresh air from outside, but we had to rely on the room’s ventilation system. Nevertheless, the air quality was still good and everything else was great.

- Tomoki (9/5): 大阪新世界でコスパ最強かも - 2026年2月にリニューアルオープンしたばかりらしく、エントランスからフロント、ラウンジ、レストラン、部屋、全てキレイでした。 夜8~10時、レストランで飲み物と軽食（お茶漬けとたこ焼き）がフリーサービスとなっていて、遅めに到着（チェックイン）して小腹が空いていたのを満たしてくれた。有難かった。 朝食ビュッフェは和洋どちらも一定の種類があって美味しい。それでも宿泊料金はリーズナブル。 この充実だから宿泊した土日は混雑してました。おそらく満室。 スタッフはアジア系の方が多く、皆さん英語が流暢の様で、外国人が多く混雑しててもフロントもレストランもスムーズでした。 スタッフの皆さん対応も感じ良いです。 私には良くない点ありませんでした。 強いて言うなら、近くの駐車場と提携して欲しいです。2台だけの駐車場確保は至難の業かと。 周辺に多数コインパーキングあるものの、宿泊に合わせて駐車予約できると助かりますので。

Soba je jako lijepa i prostrana, bilo je dosta mjesta za otvoritu četri kufera. Jedina mana je to što je ormara jako mal i nema prostora za odložiti odjeću koju smo morali držati u kuferu

- Chien lin (10/5): An unforgettable stay! The location is super convenient. The hotel even went above and beyond to prepare a beautiful roo - The thoughtful details! We loved relaxing in the cozy lobby with "Shirayuki" sake after a long day of exploring. The 8 PM Takoyaki party was amazing and comforting. The breakfast buffet with local Kushikatsu was fantastic. A special thank you to Miss MENCHU for her warm, friendly, and attentive service! Nothing at all! Everything was absolutely perfect for our 7-day family trip.

- Michael (4/5): Decent price, clogged drains, laundry on-site, amazing location. - Great location, clean rooms bigger than Tokyo rooms but still very small for the King Room. They have laundry facilities which is great. They provide only 1 drink per customer for each stay. Smoking room is a small tiny box fit for 3 people. We didn’t get to try the happy hour because it was always empty after 30 mins.
