• Kathryn (9/5): Fabulous stay in Athens - Great access to tram and metro. Quiet neighbourhood which we liked. Two supermarkets are close by. The apartment is well appointed and easy to relax, cook and sleep in. Excellent communication with Manos. As others have said, the bathroom is small and a little awkward

• Alison (9/5): Fantastic apartment. Will stay again if we return to Athens - Good size apartment, very close to tram stop. Windows are double glazed, so very little outside noise.
• Adelina (10/5): Very good apartment - We loved this apartment. The location was close to the main tourist attractions, accessible by tram and metro at the front door. It is a great location to escape the crowds. Everything was really clean and everything was supplied that you could need in a home away from home. The only things missing was an extra blanket and a fry pan, if cooking at home. Otherwise, fully equipped and great.

With plenty of sunlight, spacious living room, bedroom and kitchen, this apartment is as it is seen in the photographs. Enough space for working and cooking. A washing machine is installed in the apartment. Overall, a superb place for short and long stays. Wish the bathroom was slightly bigger
• Tinatini (9/5): Superb - I was very satisfied with this apartment. Many reviews mentioned noise issues, but it didn’t bother us at all. It was incredibly clean and well-organized when we arrived. The location is also good (there’s a tram stop right in front of the apartment that goes to the city center). I highly recommend this place. The only small remark is that it would have been nice if the bathroom were a bit bigger. Since we are tall, a little more space would have been better, but I wouldn’t consider it a problem.

The apartment was super clean, quiet, spacious and had everything was necessary. Air conditioning was working perfectly. The sink in the toilet is very small. I understand it was done like that because there was no sufficient space to make it bigger.

• Jessica (9/5): Big and clean apartment, exactly like the photos - The apartment is just like the photos and is in a less touristy area of Athens. It was very spacious and clean, and we did not have trouble checking in/finding the location. It really had everything we needed from utensils to a hairdryer. It is a 5 minute walk away from a larger road with lots of restaurants, and on average 10-20 minute walk to several sites (depending on the ones you are visiting). Some noise, but it was easily quieted by keeping windows closed and having the AC running (which was needed in the heat anyways). Overall, no real complaints.

• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place for visiting Athens. The apartment is comfortable and has everything what is needed, working and looking as advertised. The location is great and the proximity of tram stop is godsent and gives perfect access to sightseeing Athens, beaches and subway network. Some people wrote that tram was noisy but we did not experience that. The apartment is located in city center so around there is normal noise of large city, but it is located in calm building and residential neighborhood. All windows are modern and when closed they suppress any unwanted noise. We kept windows closed at night anyhow, due to heat wave outside, and working air conditioning. There are two supermarkets (Galaxias and Lidl) in 5 minutes walk distance. The property manager contacted us on WhatsApp before our arrival, was very helpful, and the keys were awaiting us in the locker.

I would definitely stay here again the location was wonderful also!
• Veronica (8/5): the apartment is really nice and big!!! - really clean, spacious and friendly host. it was a pleasure! I recommend it for a short stay :) it is close by train to central. really close! but the area doesn’t have any supermarket around or restaurants.

• Gabriela (10/5): Perfect place for 2 days travel, flexibility and great communications from the owner, next to the center. - Clean, very good comunication, very good facilities, nothing was missing. The smart TV was great, but the language was a challenge, to change it to english. All the sounds in the building could be heard like they were with you inside the apartment, many night awakenings because the noise was quite scarry, but this is the only inconvenient.

Everything we needed we asked them via whatsapp. A big plus is that you can leave your luggage if you have a late flight or catching a ferry.
