• Ben (5/5): - Location and staff responsiveness The shower needs a good bleaching/clean. The bedroom louvres need repairing and should be able to be opened. The sign on the table says to leave your keys on the table or you'll be fined $500. However, you need them to use the lift when going to the carpark, and then to exit the carpark. The staff also told me I didn't need them and to leave them on the table, but if I was worried to take them and leave them in the mailbox. I trusted them and left the keys on the table, locked in the room.. a lady was in the lift and going to the carpark, so I didn't know I needed them until I tried to leave the carpark, which is really tight, so reversing back was tricky and dangerous.

• Kristy (1/5): We will not be back - I liked that there was extra touches like coffee pods, linen, shampoo ect. Unclean. Dusty. Aircon unusable. Tv didn’t work unless on your own Netflix and nothing else. Big scratch down the tv. Bed was extremely hard.
• Molly Faumui (2/5): Not Fit For Purpose - Nothing really very outdated Location was poor, carparking was tight & balcony was useless backed onto another buildings wall. Communication was poor had to call for parking details, gym details etc no welcome book to advise of where everything was. Carparking was not labelled as to where you park. Would not recommend this place not fit for purpose . TV was so small in big living room. Shower had no pressure just a mere sprinkle
• Jacqueline (8/5): Pretty good stay! Nothing really bad to mention! - We were there one night and the room had all the basics we needed! The bed was comfy! Small kitchen! No place to dry dishes!
• Stefanie (6/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht sehr schnell öffentliche verkehrsmittel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Als Zusatzbett für unseren erwachsenen Sohn wurde nur eine Luftmatratze ins Zimmer gestellt, die auch noch Luft verlor. Erst nach 2 Anrufen wurde ihm ein Klappbett aufgestellt. Unter dem Doppelbett waren etliche Latten aus dem Lattenrost herausgefallen. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht.

• Cheryl (8/5): It was mostly good beds comfortable. - Spacious neat Tea and milk hadn’t been filled up but found some in a bag in the cupboard. Trying to find our carspace took a long time maybe they could tell visitors what parking floor it’s on.
• Thomas (7/5): Convenient location for my needs, value for money in the Nth Sydney area, easy to drive to. - Location and value for money. Lack of signage for a first time visitor e.g. no location signage for the lift on parking levels. Parking access swipe readers in awkward position for drivers, had to get out of the car to swipe. Shower temperature could have been hotter and low water pressure.

• Gabi (6/5): Tidy apartment and central location, lacking a few finessed items that would make it truly enjoyable - Keys were easily accessible on arrival and apartment was well equipped with most things required for a comfortable stay. The team was available via phone and text for any issues. The location is central to the North Sydney CBD and is quiet in the evenings. The stove was not functional and no lighter was provided to light the gas stove. I was instructed to purchase my own lighter for reimbursement, but was unable to and had no stove for the week (one of the key reasons I had booked this property in the first place). Communication was provided that the fire extinguisher was being checked on Monday, however, I had two men enter the apartment on Tuesday morning instead (as a single traveler this was confronting). The accommodation has apologised for the mix-up. There are no sheer curtains on the one window, so privacy is lacking. The back of the apartment is incredibly dark, so constant indoor lighting is required. The Netflix account is also not in English (which is fine, but I couldn't change it).
• Le Gallou (3/5): La galère - L’appartement est correct J’ai demandé un lit secondaire j’ai eu un matelas au sol. J’avais réservé un appartement avec piscine mais on m’a déplacée, dès que j’ai payé. J’étais plus loin sans piscine. Puis la veille de mon arrivée on m’a dit que je devais partir un jour plus tôt, on ne m’a pas trouvé de solution. J’ai dû me reloger par mes propres moyens et avancer l’argent car on a mis 15 jours à me rembourser. Bref un désastre. Je ne recommande surtout pas.
• Julie (10/5): Despite the weather I did everything I wanted easily and had a memorable few days - The location was great. Within walking distance of two stations which take you in to the city and local supermarkets. The check in process was very easy. Getting to the airport was two train rides which is great. There is a little steep hill leading to the property which was ok with me but something to be considered.

• Jessica (7/5): Good - Loved it all except the lounge Literally the only thing was the lounge and in our room wasn’t great, the cushions you sit on were falling down into the lounge and was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was incredible!

• Mark (9/5): Fantastic location with very good value apartments. - Truly excellent location in Crow's Nest, right across from the metro station. The apartment was really spacious and well-appointed. Unfortunately our first floor apartment was directly above the 24-hour gym so on some mornings (not every morning) we could hear people using the treadmill at 5am. Apart from that it was a great stay in a fantastic city location. We would definitely stay there again but on the second or third floor!

Everything is within a very short walking distance within Crows Nest including supermarkets, cafe, restaurants, banks, and pharmacies. • Darren (7/5): Not luxury but an unbeatable deal for the location - Fantastic location with an unbeatable price. A whole apartment, which was a good size, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay The room was a little tired and had some damage, but nothing significant or unexpected, given the super price. Check-out was a little confusing, with two sets of instructions on what to do with the keys—I (correctly) followed the instructions texted to me rather than the ones in the apartment.
• Tanya (8/5): - Great location for North Sydney, Very clean crisp white sheets on a comfortable bed, amazing thick soft towels in the bathroom. Downfall was the cleanliness of the show- It needs a really good clean as there is mold - advice to others bring your thongs for showering! Shower need fixing as is dripping, and cleaner needs to do a better job of wiping down surfaces as they feel sticky

• Brooke (7/5): Had everything I needed and got the job done. - Great location for what I needed. Had a nice view on the balcony. Had everything you needed to cook food and a grocery store in walking distance. Gave me what I needed for my trip in Sydney. Not too many issues. Only the carpet was spikey right near where the carpet ends and the kitchen tiles begin. This is usually ok if the carpet spikes are against a wall, but because this is right where you have to stand in order to cook, it makes it uncomfortable.
• Gregory (7/5): Close to public transport - The unit was in walking distance to the Metro and it had parking. The bed was not overly comfortable , the microwave was difficult to access and there were no nearby cafes or restaurants.

• Janette (9/5): A nice stay in a convenient location - Super convenient location and nice to have a washing machine and kitchenette. We were very comfortable. It was extra nice to have a parking spot, too. No coffee machine, despite pods available. We also didn't have enough towels, but this wasn't anything we couldn't work out. A few broken shutters and blinds, and a bit tricky to access at first, but overall it was a nice stay.

• Tony (10/5): After we got in was very good - Size of apartment. It is not an hotel, but an apartment in a residential building. Gaining entry was a hassle. They should supply better details on location of mail box and where to use remote and where to use as a fob.

• Indianna (2/5): - Do not stay here. Firstly, when i was about to check in i had to call numerous times to get in touch with someone and when i did they argued that i hadnt paid my bond even after i sent a screenshot of my bank statements & the emailed receipt they sent me until a little after they gave in and admitted i had. Secondly, when i got to the apartment as soon as i walked in i was a greeted with a foul smell of off food that i had to run to the balcony to get fresh air. Once i could walk into the apartment again, i realised the TV remotes were undone on the coffee table with no batteries, the timber shutters had multiple broken areas, the switch on the stove was missing, the globe in the bathroom was out… oh and shortly after the smoke alarm started beeping as it hadn’t been regularly checked and was flat. Now i did call yet again, was on the phone to Matthew who gave me his personal number to correspond to because i had a enough of trying to talk to the hotel company and getting nothing but argumentative attitude. So Matthew had someone drop off airfresher and change the batteries in the smoke alarm/tv remotes. He was great until when i asked for a discount rate, he stopped replying. Thirdly, the return of the bond. I had to follow up again for numerous days to get status of my bond after it is advertised id receive it 3 days after check out. I didnt receive it until a 5 days after my stay and that was after the fact i had to call up because they hadn’t even released the bond yet.
• Valmai (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay as our daughter lives there and it was great for us shopping n transport n restaurants excellent. The only negative was the unit need some updating n maintenance work but would still stay there again

• YIU SUM WILSON (6/5): Not a really good experience - The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!
• Andrew (7/5): Very cosy for a couple wanting to stay close to the city or close to the hospital. very reasonably priced. - clean and tidy, well set up, close to facilities and close to Mater hospital. Neighbours playing loud music till all hours of the morning. The sliding door runner, between bedroom and kitchen, sits proud of the floor and hurts when you tread on it in bare feet/and or trip over it. Toaster tripped off power to power points in kitchen.

• JASMINE (6/5): - Not super clean but acceptable. We are not lucky as toilet light is out. Best to be brighter inside apartment as rainy days make apartment very dark and light is not as bright
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good apartment, better communication needed - Apartment location is good and amenities generally good. Communication about check in was not suitable for international travelers as there was no information until too close to arrival to be able to access it - had to chase. Apartment was described as 1 queen and 1 single bed - there was no single bed or linen to convert the couch.
• Russell (8/5): Good, but could be better - The apartment was very good for a short stay. Full kitchen, even full laundry. The blinds are showing their age. Communication with management was hit and miss ... I tried to get their attention on an issue but only traded texts. The issue was most "odd" ... there was no way I could lock the apartment door! (even the cleaning team who arrived as I was leaving couldn't) and the was no latch on the door (like in hotel rooms.
