- Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptionally Comfortable Room in a Convenient Location - The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was perfect and the pillows super comfortable. I could have slept another few hours! The shower was also great - large shower head with great pressure and a handheld sprayer too. Loved it. It's not the quietest place since it's less than a mile from the airport. Traffic and planes can be heard but overall it was pretty muted and distant so I didn't really mind it. I run a sound effects app on my phone to play rain and storm sounds and it drowns everything else out for the most part.

- Jayne (1/5): This Hotel cancels bookings without telling you! - The room was very nice. This room booking was made 11 months previous to arrival. When we arrived on the 8th May 2026 we were told that our room had been cancelled because they didn't have our card details. They said we would have to pay again which we did and then ask Booking.com for a refund which they said they would honour. Booking.com have asked Wydham Garden Hotel to agree to the refund, but their reply was no! We now plan to go back to the hotel before we fly home to sort this mess out. Not happy at all!

Was ich sehr begrüße ist das kaum Teppiche vorhanden sind. Das ist für Hausstaub Allergiker wie ich, weis ich sehr zu schätzen.!!! Ich denke die Pandemie ist seit Jahren vorbei, warum benutzt das Hotel immer noch Pappteller ?? Beim Frühstück Buffet Verursacht viel Müll und belastet die Umwelt. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel absolut unmöglich, macht mich nachdenklich das ich eventuell dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werde.!

Pilot house restaurant food was excellent. Do not like the AI-generated when attempting to contact the front desk at the hotel. Hot water is a little slow to reach the 8th floor but not a huge problem......there was sufficient hot water and pressure...might have required 1-2 minute wait.

Wir standen beim Ausladen scheinbar im Weg. Das hätte man alles auch anständig sagen können. Die Art und Weisse war völlig daneben.
