The breakfast buffet was diverse and absolutely delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the dining staff’s kindness and attentiveness — they even prepared a special meal for my one-year-old child. Another highlight was the convenient basement parking, which had a direct elevator to my room floor — a small detail that made a big difference in comfort. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh. - DianaWuDavid (10/5): Saved the meeting by going beyond the call of duty - I had a 3:30am work call after landing late the night before. I realized I had brought the wrong charger and, after not finding anything at the front desk, the person at the concierge desk lent me his own and told me how to order on via noon for same day delivery and even a backup plan if that didn't work. Above and beyond service!

- Dayangku (9/5): Wonderful stay with warm hospitality - I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, I did have a small issue during dinner at the Milwan Restaurant. The fettuccine I ordered was undercooked. The waiter, however, handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. He offered to replace the dish, but since it was already quite late, I politely declined. To my surprise, he brought me a traditional dessert called Umm Ali, on the house. It was absolutely delicious and truly made my night. Overall, the experience was memorable thanks to the staff's genuine hospitality. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

- kimtc2017 (10/5): Exceptional Service - A modern hotel with exceptional service from the Reception with a free upgrade to a Suite. Anoop Koshy & his crew in the Milwan restaurant greeted me every morning with a smile. Everyone there seems to know my name and know what I drink for breakfast. Special drinks to special dessert were offered, we really enjoyed the food. We enjoyed our stay here. Reception was kind to offer complimentary use of the lounge. Room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
