Alison Schlegel (10/5): Top Hotel für Familien, super Lage - Super Lage, nur ca. 5 Minuten zur Namba Station und ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten nach Dotonbori oder zum Kuromon Market. 7/11 & Family Mart direkt neben an. Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Uns wurden ein Babybett und ein Rausfallschutz angeboten, was wirklich toll und nicht in jedem Hotel selbstverständlich ist. Besonders schön ist der Indoor-Spielplatz, wo Babys und Kleinkinder nach einem Sightseeing-Tag wunderbar spielen und Energie loswerden können. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Der kostenfreie Kaffee im Aufenthaltsraum war nicht sehr gut. 7/11 Kaffee war besser :-) Wir haben im Restaurant im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, das war furchtbar. Sieht schön aus aber das Essen ist wirklich nicht gut.

Fantastic location and accessibility to public transportation (5 minutes to the train to Kansai airport; 10 minutes to the subway). Gianlorenzo (10/5): Spacious and comfortable space - Spacious and modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in was fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The open closet was very useful to hang clothes and let them air during the night. There was also a desk and the room had plenty of space for the luggages. The hotel features a lot of facilities, including a gym and a laundry, as well as a free water station available 24 hours and vending machines. The staff spoke good English and was very helpful and friendly. They are happy to store your luggages before the check-in time and after check-out. All perfect.

Our room was very spacious, definitely a nice break from the standard tiny rooms where you need to put your bag under the bed. The staff was very nice, we would happily come back For the price we expected a bit more. The breakfast was very basic compared to what you can find in restaurants in osaka, washing clothes was more expensive than at the value hotels we stayed at and at night the floor vibrates from the trains on the 7th floor, it didn’t keep us awake but it’s good to have in mind if you’re a light sleeper

Carla (9/5): This is best place to stay in Namba. So centrally located and an easy walk to the subway station. It was exceptionally c - We loved everything about this property. It was in such a great central location, was exceptionally clean, had great facilities and the staff were very helpful. Nothing! We liked everything.
Ana Belén (9/5): Para repetir. - La ubicación es perfecta para moverse. Estás céntrico pero sin el jaleo. A 5 min de la estación de Namba con líneas de metro. A 10-15’ del Dotombori. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y con buenas instalaciones. Todo estuvo muy bien. Puedes notar el temblor del tren pero no molesta. Por poner algún “pero” se podría reforzar la parte “occidental”.
Fanny (10/5): Super choix, design équipé, confortable - Super hotel, bien placé, près du quartier animé et proche de la gare pour aller à Kanzai airport. L'hotel est assez design, les chambres super confortables, bien équipées, avec un lit très confort. L'hotel a une cuisine dispo au 6eme, une salle de jeu pour enfants au 5eme, une salle de sport, une laverie, et un bar au RDC. Hyper pratique. Le staff est international et très accueillant. RAS

Ayala (10/5): Great location, excellent value for money , wonderful room facilities. - Great location, close to the station and to tourist location. Big cosy room with great facilities. The team was kind and welcoming. There is a coffee machine and cold water available for the guests.
Christopher (10/5): Excellent stay, rooms are massive. - Reception staff friendly and helpful. Very spacious, modern room, and comfortable bed. We stayed for 3 nights but this would be a great place for a longer term stay as well. Very good value for money. We didn't use it much on this stay but the residents lounge looked useful for people who need those facilities. The laundry room was very busy when I used it. The dryers are small 4.5kg ones which are very slow to dry clothes, so there is inevitably huge demand for the dryers. All of them were is use for 60 mins+ plus when my washing was done, so I had to take my washing to a local laundromat to get them dried. There are several of them just around the corner and the machines there are cheaper, larger and quicker, so I would recommend using them rather than the ones in Citadines.

Jason (9/5): Comfortable, close to shops, and common area with kitchen was convenient - Close to shops, and the hotel has self-service laundry facility as well as a common area with kitchen for guests to get free coffee and eat and relax. The common room is not accessible after check-out when guests want to stay at hotel for a bit longer before leaving the property for airport, etc.

Alma (9/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, with a great location and friendly service - The room was very spacious—three people fit comfortably without any issues. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Dotonbori. The staff was very friendly, and everyone spoke English. The hotel had a lovely design and was very clean. There was no coffee in the room; however, there was a designated area where you could get coffee and water. The breakfast buffet wasn’t very varied, but it was still satisfying. The coffee machine at the buffet often had very long lines because many people didn’t know how to use it. There are certain times when the buffet gets crowded, so it’s best to avoid peak hours.

Christoph (10/5): Super Zimmer und gute Lage für die Bahn/Metro. - Riesiges Zimmer und super Küchenausstattung. Der große Kühlschrank war fast nur im Dauerbetrieb und relativ laut bzw. zu laut zum Schlafen. Über Nacht mussten wir deshalb den Stecker ziehen.

Great family hotel - Located in a quiet part of Namba, spacious rooms and hallway, very comfortable beds and pillows, small kitchenette with basic cooking ware Bathroom too small in relation to the size of the room, TV is not a smart TV

sagar (9/5): Excellent location. Best housekeeping staffs ever. - Great location. The staffs are friendly but the housekeeping staffs are excellent. They are very friendly and do the best job in looking after your room. I would purely rate 10/10 of how the staffs kept our room upto date to the next level.

If the beds were a little softer then I would have no faults - The staff were excellent and helpful, room was very spacious, great location, lots of food close by and overall a great stay. I found the bed a bit too hard, but ended up asking for an extra blanket on the second night and they brought one to the room immediately which helped!

Heidi (10/5): Sauber, zentral, top ausgestattet. - Es war alles super. Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, Bett bequem. Top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Perfekt gelegen zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten in Dotonbori und Namba, nahe mehrerer Bahn- und Busstationen kommt man gut herum. Zimmer sehr ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich. Es hatte sogar einen Waschraum, kleines Fitnesszimmer, einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffee/Tee/Kochmöglichkeit und einen Kinderspielraum. Nichts.
