• Sharon (6/5): Old Stadt Munich - I liked that it was in the Old city, and was near everything. I was glad the building had an elevator and our view was of a small park. The bathroom was new and modern. There was a fan to compensate for no AC, but it is an old, classic building. The room was dated with older carpet but was servicable.we had to go to a different hotel to check in but i knew it was just around the corner. Parking is tough in the old city, but the private garage was sehr teuer!! 45 Eu!

• Jana (9/5): Nice, comfy apartment with kitchen and room to work and relax. - Clean and spacious, room for more if needed. Crisp linens, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Fun views from the top of the building. Kitchen was helpful and coffee was saving us. Had three people and enjoyed the space. Second time staying in the apartment. No corkscrew in unit nor at desk. Had to go on a mission to find one. Besides that, all was good.

Außer einem oberflächlich gemachten Bett und einem ausgeleerten Mülleimer wurde nichts gemacht. Weder gekehrt noch gesaugt. Am Boden befindliche Brösel und Schmutz wurden "übersehen".... Beschwerde bzw. Mängelmitteilung an Rezeption am Abreisetag war nicht möglich - Rezeption trotz Zusage nicht besetzt. Lärmpegel -insbes. nachts- rund im das Sendliner Tor enorm.

V'è stata una sera (sabato 11/04/2026) l'acqua non arrivava calda, Non potevo andare alla reception (è situata in altra strada molto vicina) dato che eravame già pronti per andare a letto per alzarsi prestissimo il giorno dopo. Domenica sera, al ritorno. c'era l'acqua calda. (problem solved)
• Nina (7/5): Vriendelijk personeel maar gedateerde kamer - Het hotel ligt zeer centraal. Het personeel is uiterest vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is schoon. Echter daar is wel alles mee gezegd. De kamers zijn gedateerd en je kunt je afvragen af de prijs-kwaliteit daarmee niet uit verhouding is. Het bed is spartaans, je voelt de vering. De vloerbedekking en badkamer hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Gehorig, je hoort de gasten lopen op de gang. Dat is erg vervelend aangezien de lift het ‘s avonds niet deed?? Daardoor moesten mensen juist de trap gebruiken en daarmee dus meer overlast.

When we finally got there, no one was there. We got to wait some minutes till someone appeared. Nobody helped us with the bags. Is asked for cancellation and refund but the rejected it.

• REINE MARIE (8/5): - Grande chambre confortable. Excellent emplacement. Gare accessible facilement par deux lignes de metro ( billet court trajet ). A noter : Un peu surpris de découvrir que l accueil se faisait dans la rue adjacente à l hotel sister : l hotel du train.(Les chambres de l hotel Tannenbaum sont situées dans un immeuble sécurisé sans personnel. ) Sinon excellent accueil de l hotel du train. Nous leur avons confié nos bagages.leur local est petit, c' est peut etre plus compliqué en haute saison.Pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons apprécié le Cafe am Sendlinger Tor, ( sur la place sendlinger Tor), proche de l hotel, bon rapport qualité prix et bon accueil Nous avons découvert plus tard que l accueil se faisait dans l hôtel sister, l hotel du train, certes pas tres loin. Cette information devrait être clairement mentionnée dans le descriptif de booking Nous ne l avons compris qu'apres coup en le relisant sur quelques avis et à la reception de la confirmation de la réservation . Cela s est très bien passé mais cela peut déranger certains clients

• Mauro (8/5): Reibungsloser Kurztrip in München. - Wir hatten im Zimmer vom Hotel der Tannenbaum am Tag nach unserer Ankunft kein Warmes Wasser aber nach der Meldung hat das Hotelteam sofort reagiert und uns ins Du Train umgebucht. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in München. Sehr empfehlenswert...Immer wieder gerne! Nichts
• Carlo (10/5): - Posizione ottima a un minuto dalla metro o a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera oltre le aspettative molto grande per due persone e sempre pulita. Nonostante ci sia scritto che non c’è il deposito bagaglio se viene richiesto all’hotel affiliato vi fanno lasciare lì tranquillamente il bagaglio. Ottima esperienza!

• LEVI (7/5): Very clean and comfortable room with quiet surroundings. Close to all the attractions and sights - Proximity to city centre and sights No hot water for a shower or shave.

Solo nos quedamos una noche y estuvimos de paso, llegamos muy tarde y nos fuimos muy temprano y nos dieron la opción de dejar las llaves en la pieza. El personal amable. Que no tiene recepción en el mismo lugar por lo que tuvimos que ir a otro edificio unas casas mas abajo, y que había una escalera antes del ascensor, viajé con mi madre y se nos dificultó un poco mover las maletas, pero dentro de todo bien para pasar la noche.

Check in at sister hotel round the corner is very easy. It would have been nice to have a kettle, they have them available for a charge of €10 but I think it would be nice to offer them complimentary if guests want them.
