• Dianne (9/5): Great stay, great location, responsive and helpful host! - Responsive host, and very helpful. Location is near shin-Osaka station so makes traveling very convenient. Love that it’s spacious and for me it’s the washer especially, and also having a laundry rack outside the balcony to dry my clothes! The pillow is way too soft, makes it quite difficult to fall asleep easily. Trains can be heard throughout the night, however, I’m not a light sleeper, so it doesn’t bother me that much.

Cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. Excelente lugar. Sólo hace falta una mesa para comer, te las arreglas, pero solo agregaría eso.

Sehr dünne Handtücher. Durch die Bahnhofsnähe ist es sehr laut. Ohrstöpsel sollten im Gepäck sein. Der tatsächliche Zustand des Zimmers entsprach nicht den Fotos.

Have at least a tablet or PC in the reception for a smooth check in for those guests who have initially no internet connection. Maybe an option to have an access to iron and rice cooker would be a bonus

Excellent value. Accommodated a late checkout for us which helped a great deal with transport timing. Great communication as well.

Very close to Shin-Osaka train station and Shinkansen line. Too close to train station - Noise from passing train late night and early morning makes it hard to sleep. Bring ear plugs. No safe in room. Room is a bit dated - sofa (futon) is not the most comfortable, but clean. Bigger smart TV would be nice. Current TV has HDMI input.

• Yona (9/5): Chambre très spacieuse et proche des transports - La chambre était très spacieuse ! Parfait pour une famille ! La proximité avec les transports est top ! Moins de 10 minutes de la gare. Il est très facile de se déplacer pour faire les activités principales d’Osaka. La réactivité du personnel est aussi géniale. On est arrivé en avance et on a pu changer de chambre pour en avoir eu une directement.

• Wojciech (10/5): Great location, cosy apartment - fantastic location near one of the main train stations in Osaka; easily you can go from there to various places and come back the same day for a comfortable night. The room was big enough for us and we didn't suffer from lack of space. Even though the location is very near to the train station, the noise is not a problem. The check-in and check-out processes were super-easy and the host was helpful to get us fix the wi-fi issue during first evening. All in all, it was a good experience and the place can be recommended for a pleasant stay in Osaka all was good, nothing to complain about

• Ezgi (9/5): Comfortable and Convenient Stay Near the Station - Everything was great for our one-night stay at the hotel. It’s just a five-minute walk from the station, which made getting around very easy. Even though check-in is at 4 PM, the host kindly let us in a bit earlier. The room was clean, surprisingly spacious, and had everything we needed. Adding a bedside lamp would make the room even more comfortable, as the current lighting is limited to a very bright ceiling light.

• Marguedy (10/5): It was a nice place to stay, and the nearby Shin-Osaka station made it easy to go out and explore. - Located very close to Shin-Osaka station. We stayed four nights and were in and out of this station everyday visiting Osaka and making a day-trip to Hiroshima. The noise of incoming and outgoing trains at first, but we got used to it and it was quiet after midnight. We slept well.

• STEPHEN (10/5): Ostay Shin-Osaka sure made our visit a fun experience! - The location was very close to the Shin-Osaka station. Neighborhood was quiet. Nearby domestic airport activity was not an issue. Overall, the property is very nice and clean. It was very convenient to have the Washing machine inside the unit. The remote Reception staff was very helpful to me as we arrived just after Noon time and were permitted to leave our luggage inside the room. THANK YOU!!! WARNING: If you have large pieces of luggage, the walk over to the property from Shin-Osaka Station, requires going up 3 flights of stairs (overpass over the train tracks). That was a complete surprise. We ended up getting a cab after we checked out to catch our Shinkansen train back to Tokyo.
• Peter (10/5): Feeling like a city resident - I'll be looking forward to stay here again. Location: 10/10 Very close to the Shinosaka station. Apartments feel like actual Japanese city apartments - they are in fantastic condition / feel very new. Price: 8.5/10 I've had cheaper stays in actual hotels, but the apartments feel new and are well equipped in a good location, so I'd say I've got an excellent deal for my time here. Equipment: 10/10 Apartments are equipped with an AC, small balcony, cooking stuff, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, laundry detergent, small table, comfy chair, a small bath tub and an incredibly efficient drying option for the bathroom - so one can dry the washed clothes there. As there is no key card, one cannot forget the key card in the room or lose it. Which is a good thing. Staff: 9/10 One point minus as there is no staff on site, and so one misses a face with a smile when entering. As a substitute, there is a fancy small disco ball rocking the mood right at the entrance. However, I did contact staff via WhatsApp/Booking and got always timely answers, very professional, very friendly and in AI times having an actual human answering feels good too. Since there is no reception on site - not being able to hand over a small gift of appreciation at the reception.

There is no reception, so when the delivery man tried to deliver our luggages, they couldn’t leave the luggages at the place. When we came, we had to contact the delivery again and waited for them to come back. It just took us an hour for waiting.

• Ming Low (8/5): Great stay - The location was excellent and there was access to many shops and restaurants. The room was also quiet. The Oshin-Osaka station is 2 mins away and offers direct transport links to Kansai airport and other cities. There was no shower screen or curtain. TV channels were also limited to those in the Japanese language. The kitchen area was quite cramped.

• James (9/5): This was a reasonably priced small apartment with basic catering facilities. A couple of extra items mentioned above wou - Location and self catering aspects. Washing machine and drying fan was a bonus Pillows. Each guest had only one small pillow each. A chair and small fold down table would be good, so you don’t have to eat standing up.

• Prachi (10/5): Spacious apartment with great facilities - Two minute walk from the Shin Osaka exit, very good sized property with separate kitchen, living/dining room and bedrooms. The toilet, shower and dresser/sink were separate so my small family could all be using at different times rather than waiting. While we didn't cook, the kitchen had hob, crockery, cutlery, microwave and a decent sized fridge where we stocked up milk, yoghurt and light snacks and tea coffee. Spacious (especially after arriving from Tokyo with tiny hotel rooms), well lit and perfectly located at Shin Osaka for trips to Kyoto, Hiroshima, Himeji etc. So great value for money. Had a washing machine and clothes dryer so that helped during thr trip. Good places to eat nearby too. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Japan. Not really anything to complain about as I was aware that apartment is serviced on alternate days.

Typical small Japanese apartment but so good to have a washing machine and kitchen. Very close to Shin Osaka train station so it's straight off the Shinkansen and in to the apartment. Lawson's just around the corner and a few good coffee shops nearby.
• Amy (9/5): Good full service apartment in a quiet neighborhood - The location was in close proximity to the train station and various restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment came with all the amenities needed for our stay including a fully functional kitchenette and washer/dryer. Everything was perfect during our stay at this property. If we had to make a small suggestion for improvement it would be for a more thorough cleaning of the apartment including making up the bed and changing the sheets at least once during the stay duration.

Check tarda sera il numero di aver detto di chiamare non risponde per oltre 30 minuti! Riesco ad entrare neanche una bottiglietta d acqua! Le foto fatte in prospettiva rendono tutto piu’ grande. Prendo sempre stanza doppia ma se fossimo stati in due il letto non sarebbe stato sufficiente. Comunque non comodo.. per fortuna posizione e pulizia ammorbidiscono il mio giudizio.

But the room is simple, clean and spacious. I didn’t turn on the TV because I was there to see Osaka. Great neighborhood and extremely clean. After thinking for a few minutes, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Maybe there could have been a night light. Other than that, you will definitely enjoy your stay. I didn’t post photos because personally, I don’t take photos unless I have a complaint.

The location is unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, which made all my day trips incredibly convenient. Getting anywhere in the region was quick and easy. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Unlike many hotel rooms in Japan, it was thoughtfully laid out with enough space for my luggage, clothes, and daily movement without constantly bumping into things. It made a big difference in overall comfort during my stay. Housekeeping was simple but effective. Cleaning every three days with fresh towels, trash removal, and vacuuming. It struck the perfect balance between maintaining cleanliness and not being intrusive. Even though the hotel uses a self-check-in system, communication was excellent. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach. A couple of tips for future guests: take the East Exit from Shin-Osaka Station... it’s the closest to the hotel and has an elevator, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. While the hotel doesn’t store bags after check-out, you can use the coin lockers at Shin-Osaka Station or the OiTOK storage facility located right in front of the East Exit Overall, this place combines convenience, comfort, and great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

• CHUNMEI (10/5): - 出國旅遊找到對的住宿，是多麼快樂跟幸運的事情。這家公寓很新，裝修很漂亮也非常的專業。入住引導超級清楚。就在新大阪JR戰的旁邊,走路7分鐘左右。附近有非常多的餐廳，超商。但是進入巷子又非常的安靜 也非常的安全。公寓專業引導我們從JR站出站，很快找到大樓 。又只花了2分鐘就找到樓層房間入住。房子裡面的設備應有盡有，有廚房可以自己下廚。物美價廉，有陽台。是我們在大阪住得最開心的公寓。
