• huguet (8/5): Friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! - I walked to dublin center every day and the location is on a busy public transit line! The hosue was quiet so easy rest from a full day, great little kitchen so we can keep some snacks on hand! Can tell the place is well used, bedding and pillows are well used.
• laura muttonen (4/5): Laura - Sijainti lähellä Croke Park, sinänsä hyvällä paikalla. Keskustaan matkaa n 2km. Alakerran huoneesta pääsy takapihalle. Kosteus huoneessa todella iso, lämmitystä saimme ennen viimeistä yötä. Oli niin kosteaa ettei märät pyyhkeet kuivuneet. Pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu olivat lähellä huonetta ja niistä tuli voimakas pesuaineen haju huoneeseen. Siivous oli tehty vähän sinnepäin tehty. Huoneessamme siivosimme itse pölyjä pois. Sitten vielä kävi niin että huoneeseemme ilmestyi toisen ihmisen vaatteita vaatekaappiin, emme itse olleet paikalla kun ne sinne oli laitettu.

• geronimo (10/5): Excelente propiedad en un lindo barrio de Dublin! - Desde el primer momento Roy, su anfitrión fue muy amable dándonos las indicaciones de las reglas del hogar, Si bien la casa esta un poco alejada, tiene muy buenas conexiones con buses, y sino el centro está a 20 mins a pie, las instalaciones estaban perfectas en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad, la super recomiendo! Muchas gracias por todo Roy! Nada, todo perfecto
• Silvia (8/5): Funzionale - La posizione è ottima e il proprietario accogliente, il numero di bagni è adatto al numero degli ospiti della casa, nel complesso la struttura è pulita. La cucina è forse un po' piccola, anche se funzionale. Le camere sono ampie e il letto è comodo La camera matrimoniale al piano di sotto tende a rimanere umida e con odore di umido, ma probabilmente è il periodo dell'anno.

Definately a 10/10 for any property owned by - Mr Roy was very helpful and i must say as an aunt to a girl student travelling solo it was such a relief to see she being taken care just like a family would :). It was home away from home for my niece and we are extremely happy that we chose Mr Roy’s Pia guest house. Property had a homely atmosphere, was very well maintained, clean, safe and staff Rebecca too was very nice and helpful. Overall i would highly recommend Pia guest house and rather any property owned by Mr Roy :)

• Chidubem (7/5): Value for the money at a very good, quiet location. - Very good location, nice, friendly and respectful staff. This place is well-managed, it is clean, and toiletries are never short. I love the fact that there is a kitchen and guests can make small cooked meals (fish is understandably forbidden). Although there are many rooms, the place remains comfortable, except slightly, the acoustics. I mean, I mostly heard when other occupants (on the same floor) moved around, and in the room we stayed we heard conversation from the adjacent room. But because the number of persons in rooms seem to be well-controlled, for the four days we stayed, there were no rowdy, 'partyful', or 'chatterbox' occupants, hence this wasn't a problem.

Host Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Close to the city! House can be a little noisy at times, lots of comings and goings at all times of the day! Matresses could be updated for a comfier nights sleep.

• Cova (10/5): Clean space, helpful host, nice house, well connected. - The host was always available to help us with whatever inquiries we had and everything was maintained clean and silent. Silent hours were respected. All three bathroom available were clean and stocked with what I'm assuming was shampoo and conditioner that previous guests had left behind and were free to use. Kitchen was fully stocked. Room wasn't huge but it was comfortable, had a cupboard for storage and a pretty comfortable bed with a thick mattress. As someone who has stayed in some pretty cheap hostels with thin mattresses this was a nice change. There were many supermarkets nearby and the bus stop right next to the house had basically every bus going through it so it was really well connected. Me and my friend traveled here for a concert and had no problems going or coming from the stadium. Overall a very nice experience.
• martin (9/5): Nice rooms with easy access to the centre - A cheap room in an otherwise extremely expensive Dublin. Good location on a busy bus route. Easy access to the city. Nice view out of the back looking over the river. Nothing to complain about.

• Guest (5/5): C est un marchand de someille - Chambre petite (2 ×3) douche et toilettes petits communes pas suffisantes par rapport au nombre de personnes presentes, piece a vivre (cuisine) tres petite difficile de prendre un cafe a plusieurs
• Alicia (5/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, las facilidades para entrar y salir a cualquier hora estaba bien. Tienes la posibilidad de coger los productos que necesites para el pelo o cuerpo, que los huespedes hayan dejado si tienes un apuro. Tampoco tuvimos problemas para encontrar aparcamiento. El colchón es incómodo, las ventanas aíslan lo justo, oíamos el semáforo cuando se ponía en verde, no había aire acondicionado. La habitaciones parece que estaba amueblada con retales... y en el patio tenía cosas oxidadas... realmente es un sitio de paso, si vas a pasar por la habitaciones solo para dormir puedes hacer la vista gorda...

El cuarto pequeño. No hay cambio de ropa de cama ni de toallas. Caro para lo que es el lugar y el servicio que brinda.

• Esther (6/5): Cambio de colchones, please - La ubicacion cerca de una parada de bus El colchon ha sido lo peor en tiempo, dado que estaba muy usado. Como las habitaciones son minusculas, el colchon està pegado a la pared, por lo que la forma del colchon te manda hacia ella, siendo muy complicado conciliar el sueño.

• BONTEMPS (8/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Dublin. - Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme, proche des commodités : bus, commerces. La chambre est simple mais propre et confortable. Le propriétaire est présent et très respectueux des locataires. Il a su répondre à nos besoins. Je recommande ce logement.

Necesité un adaptador para el móvil y también me lo facilitó No está muy clara la portería pero si lo llamas sale a buscarte Justo a la vuelta del hostal tienes autobuses que te dejan en el centro a 80 m Las llaves son un poco liosas y hay que ser un poco mañoso para abrirlas, parece un laberinto. Baño un poco sucio y Se oia mucho ruido por las habitaciones, a veces cuando abrian la puerta pensaba que entraban en la mía. Le falta un poco de limpieza, y el desayuno escaso, nevera se me ocurrió mirar y un poco sucia también
• Eulalia (8/5): està bé i a prop del centre - bastant a prop del centre. és petit però agradable. No era clar a la hora de reservar, no sé si el problema ha sigut de booking o de l'allotjament. Vam fer reserva per 2 adults i 1 nen, vam pagar com per a 3 persones i un cop feta la reserva, l'allotjament ens va avisar que la capacitat de la habitació era de 2 adults. Hem dormit els 3 en un llit doble, però sen's ha cobrat per a 3 persones... no sé, estrany.
• Cristina (7/5): - Teniendo en cuenta los precios de Dublin, la relación calidad precio de este sitio está bien. Tiene cocina donde hemos podido preparar la cena o el desayuno. Hay demasiada gente en el alojamiento, por lo que se oyen muchos ruidos de gente caminando (el suelo del pasillo cruje mucho y las escaleras son muy ruidosas también), puertas, gente hablando... Además el colchón era muy blando y se movía demasiado, no hemos descansado mucho.

Would not recommend staying here. - Location was close to Dublin, and the price was ok (it seems Dublin is very expensive for hotels). The host was excellent. Small kitchen area was good. Quite a rundown premises and in need of a good clean. Room was ok, but poorly ventilated and damp floor (tiles) was the result in the morning.

• Béatrice (9/5): Très agréable - L’Irlande est très chère, notamment le logement. Pia House semble assez éloigné du centre ville, en réalité, le soir, nous mettions 15/20 minutes pour rentrer. C’est un endroit où passent de très nombreuses lignes de bus. La chambre était parfaite, l’accès à la salle de bains très facile. Il y a 3 salles de bain donc nous n’avons jamais attendu. L’hôte est très agréable et nous a dépannés pour notre départ. Après 5 nuits passées là-bas, nous recommandons. Pensez à acheter à l’aéroport une Leap Card pour les transports en bus car ils sont très nombreux et c’est beaucoup plus simple que de payer en liquide à chaque montée (et moins cher). Également utilisée CityMapper dès l’aéroport (attention Dublin Express 781/782/783/784 ne fait pas partie de la leap Card).

• Maria (5/5): Too expensive for the quality - Buses nearby take you to the city centre within minutes. Too expensive for the quality. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the shower on the second floor didn’t work. We were only given one small towel for our two-day stay. There were no extra blankets, and the room got quite cold on our second night. The blinds were poor quality and felt cheap. Overall, not worth the money we paid.

Stedet er rent, og selv om det ligger i et lidt sketchy område, er det er stort plus, at der kører en bus direkte til bymidten. Det sparede os en masse tid og besvær 😊 Der er ofte flere gæster på samme tid, men jeg oplevede aldrig, at badeværelset ikke var ledigt. Trængt på både værelset og badeværelset. Føles lettere utrygt at gå rundt i området om natten. Værelserne er overhovedet ikke lydisolerede, så du kan høre de andre gæster hele tiden.

Pulizia nelle stanze inesistenti

Dušas ir tualetas atskirai, patalai seni, apsiburbuliavę, apklotas kažkoks nemedžiaginis. Kaip mokant tokia kaina, sakyčiau turėtų būti daugiau investuota. Kiemo teritorija netvarkinga. Nepasisekė, nes šalia vyko gatvės remontas, tad ir triukšmas nuo pat ryto. Nuo centro taip pat reikia paeiti.
