Beatrice (8/5): - L'emplacement et le quartier plus calme que le centre. Des petits commerces et restaurants autour. Proche du Vatican (15min) et de la 1ere place ( place Di Poppolo) de l'autre côté du Tibre à 15min à pieds. L'appartement est assez grand et confortable pour 3. La climatisation dans la chambre et dans le salon fonctionne très bien. Les draps, serviettes et petits kit de toilette ( 1 savonnette et 1 sachet gel douche par personne) très appréciables. L'accueil rapide et efficace par Jacopo. Les voisins très bruyants le matin!! Réveil tous les jours à 6h45 par les cris des enfants. Un torchon, 1 rouleau de sopalin et 1 rouleau de papier toilette en plus ( que 2 rouleaux pour 6j à 3) aurait été parfait. Une petite bouteille d'huile et de vinaigre aurait été super car pour quelques jours, les formats dans les commerces sont grands. Bref, c'est du détail. C'était super ( à part les voisins mais l'organisateur n'y peut rien)!

Robert (6/5): This felt very overpriced for what it is. Owners need to jnvest - The communication before and during check-in was excellent. The apartment was pretty “worn out”. The bathroom in particular was run down with rust on the toilet seat and the shower.
Francesco (8/5): Ottimo posto. - Ubicazione, carino e ben attrezzato l'appartamento. Molto silenzioso. Manca una porta per la stanza da letto. Si può curare un po' meglio la pulizia e dare dei ritocchi di vernice sui muri. Ogni tanto suona il citofono...non sapevo se rispondere o no.

Margarita (10/5): very cozy and nice - the apartment is very cozy and nice. I was settled in the apartment early in the morning! Thanks for this Francesca! The apartment had everything for a comfortable long stay: dishes, lots of towels, washing machine, air conditioners working very well. I especially liked the bed with soft pillows and a large duvet (to my taste). there is also a concierge in the well-groomed entrance. I will definitely return on my next trip! the only shutters on the windows were closed, the restoration of the building is going on outside. sunlight have, but not much. but I didn't notice any noise.
