- Kim (7/5): Would I comeback to this hotel? Yes…I would. - Liked the location and all the amenities that were included…breakfast, snacks, drink sec arcade, gym, etc. Building was little run down and the room was very tight with multiple beds. Ceiling had some moisture mildew but nothing serious.
- Tilleman (9/5): Echt een resort. Even weg uit de stad. Midden in de stad. Heerlijk. - Heerlijke totaal ervaring. Voetenbad en massagestoelen en hapjes en drankjes direct al in de lobby. Pool biljard, sport faciliteiten, arcade games, karaoke, leuke kamer enz enz. Een zwembad, sauna en of onsen er bij had het afgemaakt.
- Rob (8/5): Biggest room in tokyo for the price. - All the amenities you could ask for. The room is huge. A must stay if staying in tokyo. You wont get a bigger room for the price and all the amenities that come with it. If your a non smoker the rooms smell like cigarettes aswell as the lobby but if you smoke you wont care. When you leave your room some of the staff will ask you to leave the key behind which is unlike anywhere ive stayed but its really not a big deal. Highly reccomend to stay here.

- Lassi (1/5): Varning. Undvik detta hotell och gå inte på de recensioner som visas på booking !!! - Ingenting. Rummen luktade rök (även de som påstås vara rökfria) och mögel. Trägolven var klibbiga. Allting kändes sunkigt och ofräscht. Då vi hade en allergiker i sällskapet var vi tvungna att flytta till ett annat ställe. Ägaren vägrade att betala tillbaka åtminstone del av våra 5 nätter som vi bokade. Han kunde inte engelska och hade en ganska otrevlig bemötande. Vi förstår inte att det finns folk som kunde ge bra recensioner för detta hotell.

- Rhiannon (8/5): - Central location, staff were very helpful and anything you needed was available as well as snacks and drinks in the lobby, range of skincare and shampoos you could take to your room and massage chairs. Great after a long day of travelling, also had a games room and arcade. I can’t fault anything, only thing I could reccomend is signs to be cautious with the baths in bigger rooms as they become extremely slippy if Epsom salts are added as I slipped but that was my fault and no fault of the hotel and I probably should have known better!

- Bernard (8/5): Good hotel could be great if modernised. - Good location for busy nightlife in Shinjuku but also close to subway stations for travel round Tokyo. We had a sauna in room and room servicing was excellent……countless towels and amenities. Hotel was tired looking in places, for example the couch in our room was damaged through wear and tear. There was two large massage chairs in room when there was only one small closet to hang or store clothes. No safe in room.

It was an unforgettable stay and we were highly impressed. - The property was overall awesome with all inclusive different types of soup, karaoke, game room, massage, jacuzzi, and fitness complex. This was a one stop shop for me and my wife. We loved everything about this place to include the foot bath station. We had an issue with the room smelling of smoke. The facility did there best to accommodate and clean but the room still had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. Of note, also the pillows were a little hard.

- MoritzEickhoff (5/5): Für den Bali-Urlaub sicher super, als Businesshotel eher nicht geeignet. - Das Zimmer wurde als Raucherzimmer angeboten, roch jedoch erfreulich neutral, was mir zugute kam. Die Einrichtung im Hotel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, transferiert einen jedoch direkt in Urlaubsstimmung. Die riesige Badewanne und das Design des Himmelbetts waren super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider weder sonderlich üppig noch schön angerichtet. Es war mehr ein schneller Imbiss denn eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen einlud. Der Großteil der Speisen war warm, was landestypisch bzw. dem Ursprungsland des Hotels entsprechend Sinn ergibt, jedoch für internationale Gaumen etwas seltsam anmutet. Mein Bett hatte keinen Lattenrost, sodass man das harte Brett unter der Matratze deutlich gespürt hat.

The kids loved the play room and we all enjoyed the free massage chairs, foot spa, drinks and bathroom samples. Breakfast was limited but had everything we needed. The kids didn't want to leave. Beds and pillows could be better.

Close to subway, lots of restaurants and shops Bad smells throughout the entire property. You cannot escape them. It’s ok, but really only ok - The hotel is well stocked on products to use and the staff are friendly and helpful The decor is dated, the food is limited and not great, the rooms need updating. It all feels quite tired. It’s a strange check in process with a video to watch, and then you have to give your one key back to reception for cleaning every day which is really strange

- Merlyn (5/5): Interested hotel concept - This was a different concept of a hotel stay for us. In the lobby there was food, drink and toiletries that one could help themselves too at all times. There were massage chairs and two foot baths which was good after a long and tiring day of sight seeing. There was plenty of food at breakfast but we would have liked more western style options. The whole hotel was a bit too dark for our liking

- fergus (2/5): Not a 5 star hotel or resort by any stretch of the imagination. - We had 2 Rooms which were spacious to be fair. But were load of steps and level changes in the room for no reason really . Shoes off policy in the room also seems pointless. The games area was decent for the kids and had pool table and arcade games and massage chairs. Location was ok - 7 or 8 min walk to nearest station . Other than that there is nothing else redeeming about the place. They sell themselves as a 5 star ‘resort’ but it is not in any way a 5 star. 3 star possibly at a stretch. Exorbitant prices we paid for 2 rooms. Had an actual 5 star stay in Tokyo the week before (Swiss-hotel) which was excellent and cost almost half of what we paid for this hotel. My fault for not booking the return leg of our stay in time. The check in spent more time telling us what we would be charged extra for e.g lost hotel keys, 15 mins late checkout, cleaning etc etc. The buffet breakfast was a disgrace ( didn’t bother to eat in it after the first day even though our room rate included it) Ridiculous rules for keeping the room keys at reception and giving them one of 3 cards to detail the cleaning required to the rooms ( 2000 yen cleaning costs extra!!) never seen that in any of the hotels we stayed at previously. Constant ding ding ding ‘music’ being played in the corridors and reception was painful and gave everyone a headache - no need for it whatsoever an doesn’t add any value. Trying too hard to be Bali style but the ‘freebies’ on display cheapens the whole place and I imagine was a distraction to the fact that the ‘resort’ was not in fact a resort at all. No pool, restaurant or bar facilities in the ‘5 star’ resort. The Free drinks bar consisted of a few bottles of unknown origin with a few millimetres in the bottom of bottles . Again a distraction. Overall the pace looks cheap with flyers and ‘free’ crap everywhere. Would definitely not recommend.

- Abigail (4/5): Disappointing and unsafe - The breakfast had a decent selection and was ready on time every day of our stay. Foot bath and massage chairs available at all times was a nice touch. Wonderful selection of amenities available. I wish I hadn’t filled out an expected arrival time. I’d overestimated how long customs would take and we arrived earlier than the time I’d put down. Even though we arrived after the 1500 check in time advertised, because I’d filled out the (optional) estimated arrival, I was forced to wait until hours later to check in, unless I wanted to pay an extra fee. Mattresses were horribly stiff and uncomfortable. Multiple sirens outside throughout every single night also made it hard to sleep. I was also very alarmed to witness them checking in a couple that were clearly very intoxicated. I’d seen them literally rolling around on the ground outside the hotel right before watching them come inside to check in. Staff was not concerned at all that the female guest could not even walk on her own and was falling over. This made me feel very unsafe. Location was not as convenient as advertised. We had to walk pretty far from the nearest metro station to reach the hotel and it was not viable to get to/from there with all our luggage in tow via anything other than a taxi. Hotel staff was friendly, but did not offer information about where we could find luggage forwarding service when asked.

- Burgos Rivera (9/5): Excelente - A pesar del inconveniente de que la habitación que habíamos reservado no estaba disponible al llegar porque se había dañado el acondicionador de aire, el personal se esmeró en resolver la situación. Nos proveyeron una habitación muy cómoda y nos hicieron un reembolso que compensó satisfactoriamente el mal rato. Muy agradable el tener disponible tantos detalles para disfrutar y escoger sin límites (cremas, shampoo, acondicionador, sales para baño, productos de higiene y arreglo personal, entre otros) Amé el tener las sillas de masaje en mi habitación. El desayuno. Me hubiese gustado tener un poco de más opciones del desayuno americano.
- Murray (2/5): Sketchy - Unless you are looking for an hourly booking and taking those chances, best to avoid. - What did we like - the fact that there were 4 beds in our rooms as booked. The fact is, this is a unadvertised "Love Hotel". Hourly rates draws much traffic to this location, easily seen in the lobby. The food was largely in cellophane. Attached is a picture of our sheets upon check-in - blood stained. Lots of communication issues at the front-desk.

We hebben hier 1 ochtend gebruik van gemaakt en de resterende dagen ergens anders ontbeten, ook al was het ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen. Prijs/kwaliteit valt erg tegen; erg prijzig voor wat je ervoor terug krijgt. De gratis producten die je in de lobby kon meenemen viellen ook erg tegen. Vergane glorie.
- richard (4/5): Regrettable experience much better value in much better locations than this property - Very little to be honest. Was in general a very average experience The smell on entry, the pillows (if you can call them pillows) the greeting at reception of extra fees if you do this or that.
- Gray (8/5): Reliable operations base for family of 5 - First time in Japan, family of 5. Fairly high price but wanted somewhere in Shinjuku that also had rainy day amenities and breakfast included. I thought breakfasts were great, buffet always included some combo of curry-rice, ramen or udon, pastries, salad, and usually som eggs or sausages, and some other side dishes. Variety between days was good enough. One of my kids just ate Frosted Flakes every day. Open bar in evening was mainly sweet liqueurs and limited fountain drinks as mixers. Casks of bulk red and white wine avail at any time. The free arcade and games room was better than expected, and barely used (mid Feb 2026). Staff were great and patient when I wanted to practice my clunky Japanese. Google translate is everywhere so don't worry about language barrier. Small metro station to the north and the massive Shinjuku complex to the south are short walks for most, and even with our large party and a wheelchair were convenient enough. An unexpected bonus is the bus stop literally outside the hotel - i hadnt intended on using the bus in Tokyo as much as we did, but it was easy to navigate and provided surprising convenience over the subway for some destinations. Room was good size and amenities were plentiful. Beds in my room were disappointing. Old with springs pressing through and the thin cover foams over top did not mask that.

The location is also really grteat, only a few blocks from Shinjuku fun. We got a smoking room, which we did not book, they had no non-smoking rooms available, so we were stuck in the smoking room, and are non-smokers.

- Waldemar (9/5): I recommed this hotel. - I'm pleased with the hotel. The service is excellent. Beverages, coffee, and snacks are available to hotel guests 24/7, included in the room rate. Alcoholic drinks are also included after 6:00 PM. Breakfast is good. There's a play area for children, and exercise equipment is available. The metro and train station are nearby. Overall, I recommend it. Nothing

Pas possible de bénéficier de la chambre en avance ni après check-out sans devoir payer très cher. La configuration de la chambre très encombrée. Beaucoup de choses disponibles mais pas bien organisé .

Our kids also enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of selection for breakfa - The family room size was great for Tokyo, we especially liked the small landing area to store our bags We had to pay to check in 30mins early, I’ve not experienced this before anywhere around the world I’ve travelled. It was also noisy at times (lots of sirens at night).

The free amenities like the arcade, sports room, breakfast, snacks and happy hours was enjoyed by our 3 families. The loft beds in the family rooms were a big hit. All the kids liked this hotel over the 2 others that we stayed at. The name of the hotel is too similar to the 'Adult" only hotel so that trying to find it or use the address for uber/taxi can cause confusion. One family came in later and showed up at the other hotel concerned that they could not check in. Laundry in the the facility would have made this place perfect.

Odalar bunaltıcı sıcak, klima ayarlama yapılamıyor. Spor salonu anlamsız, nerdeyse hiçbir şey yok.

El hotel tiene un olor repugnante fuertísimo que da deseos de vomitar. Por la mañana reciben parejas que parecen estar drogadas o bajo efecto del alcohol no recomendable para llevar niños y vean ese desastre. El personal no es atento con los huéspedes.

- John (3/5): Very disappointing - Location We did NOT enjoy our stay here at all!! The Staff were not pleasant, with very limited english spoken! It is NOT a 5 star hotel as advertised. More like a 3.5. It is way too Overpriced!!!! The Balinese theme is over the top. Too much Bali music being played etc, even in bistro room when trying to enjoy a meal . We are in Japan for goodness sake… we want to experience Japan culture!! No secruity on access points into hotel… anyone could walk in and there are no secruity cards to access the lifts as everyone gets a room key! Poor food quality & options Bed very uncomfortable! It was only a mattress base (with hard springs) with a thin doona on top… no mattress at all or even a Japanese futon!!! It accepts “short stays”.. meaning it can basically be used as a “love hotel”. The room next to ours was clearly a short stay room as it got serviced multiple times each day. They are very strict if you have a guest come to visit and will charge for every 15 mins they are in the hotel (I have travelled the world and never come across something so strict!!) Honestly, this hotel has A LOT of improving to do. We stayed at 5 hotels on our Japan stay and this one cost us the most money and by far was the WORST!! We will not be back and will advising our family & friends to avoid this hotel as well!!

- David (5/5): Once a great love hotel, now a poor attempt at a regular hotel - A fairly good location, and the lobby amenities are good as always. This was once considered one of the classiest love hotels in Tokyo, which I'd stayed at many times. This time, after booking it as an "adults only" hotel, I found I'd been bait-and-switched with what is now branded a "combination hotel". As such, it was full of families who took the tagline of "resort" literally, leading to much frustration, as it obviously lacks the infrastructure to function as anything other than a love hotel. While breakfast used to be a delicious nasi goreng delivered to your room at a time of your choosing, it is now a sad, constantly empty "buffet" shoved into a corner of the lobby (where the dart machines used to be), lacking even sufficient plates and angering most of the guests. Because they now allow booking children, parents expected to have child accommodations (e.g. separate beds), which obviously they mostly don't have. Presumably the parents also wonder why the windows are frosted, making looking outside impossible, and also why the room they booked for their teenagers comes with a vending machine stocked with booze. All this comes with higher prices, increasingly run-down furnishings, no more adult videos, limited bar lobby hours, no more social spaces for adults and the awkwardness of trying to be amorous while kids crash around in the room above you. Will not be visiting again, and recommend anyone looking for either a love hotel or a regular hotel to give it a miss as well.

- Eliza (1/5): Not good - The noises we heard at night kept us up, leaving us exhausted each day.. we looked up other accommodations to switch too but being so last minute and between Christmas/ NY - that was very hard to do, leaving us feeling very overwhelmed. The hotel doesn’t feel family friendly, besides the kids games room, overall we felt like we shouldn’t have been there. The bed wasn’t comfy, there was no natural light and the area itself just felt off. Wish we had of stayed out of the city and just visited the area and left, we had a much nicer stay elsewhere. We know for next time.

It looks very shady . I did not expect this for what we paid . The breakfast is depressing .we didn’t even bother to try it . The room was spacious for 4 people, but sheets in the twin beds were uncomfortable and itchy materials . Towels look old and faded . We paid 3150$ for 5 nights for 4 people in one room. We decided to leave after staying there only 1 night even though it was a huge waste of money . Unfortunately it was non refundable by the point we had checked out . Families : beware . DO NOT BOOK HERE .
