• TERANISHI (4/5): 汚い - 近くにコンビニや、ピザ屋、マクドがあること。 清潔感がないです。食器やキッチン用品は汚いし、お風呂も黒カビだらけでした。備え付けの椅子も汚れており、チェックインして部屋に入るとすでに大きなホコリが何個も落ちてました。これで清掃料金払わされるんだと言う印象です。

• gbrnavarro (7/5): Ótimo custo benefício, porém o checkin e comunicação foi péssimo - Ótimo custo benefício, gostei muito das acomodações, do quarto e banheiro. Localização muito boa ! Checkin foi horrível, atrasaram minha entrada mais de meia hora, sendo que já tinha feito em casa antes de ir. O tablet que faz o checkin na recepção não funcionava, comunicação foi extremamente difícil, sendo que era só ter passado o número do meu quarto e senha da porta. Simples de resolver O quarto não estava totalmente limpo, poeira pelo quarto, louça suja guardada dentro do armário São irredutíveis quanto à checkin antecipado e checkout tardio.

• Yoong Pyng (8/5): - Good size for 2 persons. Location is good , 8mins walk to nearest metro and easy to connect to NAMBA. Checking in laptop had issues and needed to contact the host to get check in password and room number. Check in time after 5pm is not ideal and apartment has no storage facility for luggage. We hv to lose storage lockers at NAMBA station. Location of Power sockets are too high.

• Patricia (4/5): - Schwieriger Start – aber am Ende Lösung gefunden. Wir sind gegen Mitternacht mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern angereist und mussten beim Check-in feststellen, dass unsere bereits bezahlte Reservierung plötzlich als storniert galt. Laut Aussage des Hotelbesitzers sei das Hotel ausgebucht, und man wollte uns mitten in der Nacht ohne konkrete Lösung wieder wegschicken. In dieser Situation – mit zwei müden Kleinkindern – war das für uns extrem belastend. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass zunächst keine Bereitschaft gezeigt wurde, eine Lösung zu finden oder uns zu unterstützen, obwohl wir bereits im Voraus bezahlt hatten und auch keine direkte Rückerstattung angeboten wurde. Erst durch die Hilfe und das Engagement anderer Gäste vor Ort, insbesondere einer japanisch sprechenden Frau, konnte schließlich doch eine Alternative organisiert werden – ohne zusätzliche Kosten für uns. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar, denn ohne diese Unterstützung wäre die Situation wohl deutlich schwieriger ausgegangen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass die Ersatzunterkunft letztendlich ein schönes Apartment in guter Lage war. Auch die ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage. Zudem erhielten wir im Nachgang eine Entschuldigungs-E-Mail. Dennoch bleibt der erste Eindruck leider sehr negativ. Gerade in einer solchen Situation hätten wir uns von Anfang an mehr Verständnis, Hilfsbereitschaft und einen menschlicheren Umgang gewünscht – besonders mit Kindern und zu dieser Uhrzeit. Unser Fazit: Am Ende wurde eine Lösung gefunden, aber der Umgang mit der Situation war enttäuschend und für einen Start in Japan leider kein schönes Erlebnis

• yasunobu (8/5): ゆっくり出来ました。 - 大阪に行く時には必ず利用させて頂いてます。 バス停が近く、新世界、なんばにも行けます。 少し歩くと、地下鉄もあります、車で利用してますが、目の前と近隣にパーキングが多くて助かります。近くに24時間営業のマックもあり、 ４回目の利用ですが、なに不自由なく宿泊出来るので、とても気に入ってます。 一階のエレベーター前にどなたかが、ベタベタした液体をこぼした後があり、何日かずっとありました。靴で踏んでしまい、ベタベタして気持ち悪かったです。清掃の方も気づく事かと思いますが ずっと放置でしたので、残念です。

There was everything it the room that we were needeing and it met our expectations. The room was nice but unfortunately we could smell a cigarette smoke (probably from other rooms). It wasn't much and it was the only thing that was negative.

• natasha (10/5): Best AirBnb Ever!!! - EVERYTHING. 10/10. Great location, convenient store's all around, McDonald's and train station and daisou just a six minute walk away. Friendly neighborhood and easy to locate for taxis Please give more instructions on trash disposal especially to guests who are staying longer periods than two days. Please let them know where they can dispose of trash and how to do it In case they do it wrongly because guests that are staying longer will have a lot of trash just piling up in the room because they don't know where and how to dispose of it. Please also specify the actual name of the building because it is different from the name of the Airbnb on booking.com which made finding the building a bit difficult but thanks to the pictures, we found it...

• De santana (9/5): Boa acomodação - Fui com minha família de 5 pessoas e suportou muito bem , as camas muito confortável, o apartamento muito bom com banheiro privativo com banheira tudo muito moderno com fechadura com senha , para entrar no prédio tem uma senha para colocar para abrir a porta , fornecido pelo responsável via mensagem no app . Uma dica , só na hora de fazer a entrada no prédio precisaria de um cartaz com uma explicação de passo a passo para conseguir a senha da entrada e a senha do quarto ,pois na hora que cheguei no prédio fiquei perdido pois só tinha um aviso para ligar , mais como não falo nem japones nem inglês ficou complicado, então um cartaz na entrada do prédio ja seria uma boa ajuda .

• Stephen (3/5): - great location, spacious room, adequate kitchenette, nice view. It's a short walk to the metro station, passing several cafes, and there's a great market street nearby. Host was unreasonably unresponsive to requests such as to extend stay, luggage storage, early check-in. I didn't even bother asking for more towels. Multiple people could not check in with the tablet and were stuck waiting and eventually had to cancel and find accommodations elsewhere, sitting around the lobby waiting for 5 pm, figuring that it just wasn't letting us check in early. Room smelled like vomit.

• MANABE (8/5): アクセスも良く十分な設備だったのでまた泊まりたいです - 宿泊周辺施設はファミリーマート、セブンイレブン、マクドナルド、ピザ、駅周辺にはコンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアがありとても便利です。アクセスも四ツ橋線なのでなんば、梅田にも近く住所は西成ですが閑静な住宅街でとても静かです。アメニティも歯ブラシ、タオル、洗剤をつけて下さるので洗濯もできてよかったです。浴室乾燥機もすぐ乾きました。 水回りの下水の匂いがきつかったので土地柄しょうがないのかもしれません。お風呂場脱衣所が匂いました。
• Maya (8/5): 広いし、快適ではありました。 - キッチンや洗濯機、風呂トイレ別のアパートメントタイプで、子供と過ごすにはぴったりでした。場所も駅前にスーパーや薬局があり、位置は住宅街なので生活に便利な立地。 チェックインのタブレットが反応鈍い。椅子が壊れていたし、ゴミもあった。住人がたまに変な人がいる。駅前のスーパーで、宿泊施設は関係ないが、変な汚いおじさんにベビーカーを勝手に乱暴に扱われ、叫ばれて、保安官がくるトラブルになった。共同のゴミ捨て場が全く回収されてなくて不潔。

• Jireh (10/5): 오사카 가성비 숙소 - 가격이 매우 저렴했고, 저렴한 가격에 비해서 방이 완전 넓었어요. 냉장고와 전자레인지만 있는 줄 알았는데, 인덕션과 냄비와 접시 등 조리기구들이 전부 있는 것이 놀라웠어요!! 온수와 히터도 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

• shawnee (10/5): - Room is very spacious, has a small kitchen area and bathroom is big + bathtub. Across the street you can find 24/7 convenience store. There's a bus station in front of the building that can take you to the city center, but the train station is also not too far. Just a small weird thing is the check in, since it's a self check in hotel. We need to fill out similar details we did before arrival. But not a big issue, and make sure to take picture / note of the room code once you're done 👍

It was rather dirty… When you look at the photos on Booking, the place looks clean, and they even charge for cleaning services. But did those services actually happen before we arrived? And if they did, did they really clean or just take a quick look… The walls are dirty, the armchairs aren’t even worth mentioning, the floor is filthy and full of scratches, etc.
