Ninguna de las habitaciones tenía ventanas al exterior. Es un edificio adhoc para alquiler turístico sin ninguna personalidad.

There were stains on the bed sheets in one of the bedrooms. 4. The sink clogged very easily. 5. It was not clearly stated that there was no elevator access to the apartment floor — we were traveling with three elderly women, including one who is 80 years old. 6. Having a window that opens directly into the elevator shaft gives a very bad impression, and it cannot even be opened for ventilation. 7. The apartment is not comfortable for five people, and this should be clearly stated in the contract. Having only one bathroom for five people is not adequate.

The city tax turned out to be 50€ higher than originally announc - Location We learned upon arrival that the city tax was higher than initially announced (+€50 more than what was shown at booking and still displayed on Booking when the property contacted us). The property explained it as “a mistake on Booking” and did not offer any compensation or commercial gesture. There were cockroaches in the hallway. The accommodation was noisy. There were not enough pillows or towels for everyone, despite us sharing the exact number of guests in advance. The toilet flush only worked intermittently. The coffee machine was also unreliable and only worked occasionally.

The host is very prompt in responding to any queries. Temperature control in the shower was not working well. Host offered to help by dropping in, but we had to be away. Not very soundproof. Outside noise. The mattresses could be more comfortable.

- Mattioli (6/5): Ottima posizione ma non tornerei. - Ottima posizione vicino alla Sagrada Familia e alla metro, supermercati e servizi. Abbiamo prenotato in 4 e non ci si muoveva nella casa. Divano letto che chiudeva sia l’accesso al bagno che al balcone, bagno minuscolo praticamente dentro alla stanza matrimoniale, doccia con acqua fredda che andava e veniva. Inoltre le donne delle pulizie l’ultimo giorni ci sono praticamente venute a suonare per andare via, nonostante fossimo ancora in orario. Consiglio solo in coppia, al massimo in 3. Per il prezzo alto che abbiamo pagato abbastanza deludente.

To get into the apartment. Plus the elevator doesn’t stop on the same floor as your apartment so you have to carry your bags down for a few more steps. VERY INCONVENIENT and they did not disclose this before we are able to book.
- Colin (8/5): Good time had by the family. - Excellent location for wide range of local shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Two short blocks away from the Sagrada Familia and adjacent Metro station but anyway the streets around the apartment have regular flow of taxis. Not a criticism but a suggestion that it would be useful to have instruction manuals for various items of well equipped kitchen equipment.

Тераса велика на 4 поверсі - Поряд через два кварталу Саграда Фамілія, в будинку маркет та поряд є Aldi, лавка зі свіжою рибою. Метро. Тераса. Пральна машина та праска все необхідне є в квартирі. Це апартготель, коли ви обираєте номер дивіться уважно, це цілий підʼїзд і на кожному поверсі 4 квартири. Ми жили на 4 поверсі квартира 4 у нас були дуже гучні сусіді чутно було як вони говорять за стіною. Ванна якщо ви 80 кг. Для вас там буде не зручно митися та взагалі повернутися неможливо вона маленька дуже. Відчутне дзеркало глянути в повний зріст. Диван скріпучий дуже коли перевертаєшься чутно всім. Номер потребує реновації. В день щаізду попросили поміняти номер так як на фото він виглядав дуже красивим, і не співпадав з реальністю. Можливо інши номера нормальні, нам не дуже пощастило.

Beds were comfortable and the couch was comfortable, the availability of a washer and dryer was very helpful. Safe and lovely area. Nothing, we were very happy.

Pentru grupul nostru de 5 persoane erau pregătite doar 4 paturi, iar canapeaua a trebuit să o pregătim noi. Am găsit doar 1 pungă de gunoi, 1 pastilă pentru mașina de spălat vase și 0 șervețele de masă, pe care a trebuit să le cumpărăm noi. Nu cred că suntem pretențioși, dar totuși am plătit aproape 600 € pentru 3 nopți. - 0 puncte pentru comoditate. Casa scării este foarte îngustă, la fel și camerele. Am fi trecut peste asta dacă măcar se putea dormi decent, însă izolația este extrem de slabă, se aude tot ca și cum ușa sau geamul ar fi deschise. În plus, canapeaua scârțâia foarte tare la orice mișcare și era incomodă. - 0 puncte pentru curățenie, poate proprietarul nu știa, dar sper ca acest comentariu să ajute. Masa din bucătărie era lipicioasă, am cerut o față de masă ca să putem mânca. Canapeaua era pătată, pe jos era murdar, peria de WC într-o stare foarte proastă, iar saltelele și dulapurile cu praf. În bucătărie, tigăile erau murdare de la cei cazați anterior. Înțeleg că ei nu le-au curățat deci e vina lor, dar nici nu este normal ca un client să fie nevoit să își spele tigaia înainte să gătească.

- Cedro (7/5): - Appartamenti molto confortevoli e parzialmente ristrutturati (la doccia ed il bagno erano praticamente nuovi), kit di cortesia completi di asciugamani e bagnoschiuma,/shampoo, anche se un set di spazzolino + mini dentifricio sarebbe stato il massimo. Ottima posizione e molto comoda l'apertura della porta tramite app per evitare di portarsi dietro chiavi varie. Il divano letto al nostro arrivo era ancora chiuso e quando lo abbiamo aperto c'erano delle macchie giallastre... tutto sommato il posto è ottimo, ci tornerò volentieri se non mi servirà il divano letto😂
- Daniel Oliver (3/5): Imposible dormir con la luz que entra por la ventana - La cocina esta muy equipada, el apartamento es bonito y bien situado Si necesitas dormir sin luz, este no es tu sitio. Tienen cortinas opacas pero la cortina solo cubre la mitad de la ventana ya que es muy pequeña. Se lo comentamos a los anfitriones y nos comentaron que todas las cortinas tenían el mismo tamaño y que no podían hacer nada. Casi no dormí en el tiempo que duró la estancia

Easy to find and access the apartment, very smooth communication with the owner. Enough of cutlery, plates etc. The cleanliness could be better for sure. Floors were dirty, pillow covers with hardened blood marks. Walls very thin, all sounds from neighbours are very transparent.
