• Anna (10/5): Рекомендую для поездки в Анталию - Понравился данный вариант размещения. Относительно недалеко от центра, рядом Марк Анталия. Номер небольшой, но хороший. Кровать тумбочка, шкаф, стол. Душ и туалет совмещённые. Рабочий вай-фай. Можно оставить вещи на ресепшне после выезда. У меня был включен завтрак (традиционный турецкий): яйцо, сыр, огурцы, помидоры, картошка фри, намазки на хлеб, чай. Вполне достойно и хватит, чтобы наесться утром. Здорово, если в будущем можно будет оплатить ЮнионПей (который работает с Ziraat Bank, Vakif и AKBank).
• Sabitova (8/5): - I stayed at this hotel in February. Overall, I had a very good impression. The location is great. there is everything you need nearby, such as shops, cafes, and public transport. I cannot say anything about the food because I booked the room without meals. If you are a woman traveling alone, this is a very good place for a long stay. The internet quality is also good, which is convenient if you need to work. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. the walls are quite thin, so sometimes I could hear the neighbors.

Mijn kinderen wilden niet in het hotel ontbijten omdat het niet lekker was. Ik was de enige die ontbeet, het was niet echt mijn smaak . Het personeel was erg ingewikkeld en verborg het eten. We kwamen aan bij het hotel en onze reservering was niet doorgegeven. De man receptioniste herkende onze reservering niet, dus ik moest contant betalen voor die nacht en de volgende dag wachten tot de vrouw receptioniste mijn reservering kwam bevestigen. Het hotel ligt op een zeer goede locatie. Maar Wij hebben onze best gedaan om onze vakantie zelf leuk te maken 🤗🤗🤗. De vrouw réceptionniste is heel lief.

The 2 first day I couldn t sleep because it was very noisy. No room service. I asked them many questions on booking before my trip but they didn answer. The staff are so friendly, specially the lady morning receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) who’s an amazing host and speaks good English, has such a welcoming & cheerful personality and always willing to assist. And thanks also to the nice lady preparing the delicious and healthy breakfast. Their location is great and definitely will be my choice whenever I return to Antalya.

• Pilar (6/5): It was ok - It's central and it was clean. Breakfast was good (nothing crazy, but they included veggies and fruit, and they made eggs as you arrived). The coffee was not included though. It's a bit old and our room had power outlets that didn't work and broken bed lamps. The beds were a bit hard and the hotel smelled like cigarettes. It is not a big deal, but it's not particularly beautiful. I would recommend it only to spend a night or two.

• Arturo (8/5): Really enjoyable stay at Ersoy İkiz Hotel - If you are a budget traveler then Ersoy is definitely a good choice. Great location just 5 minutes away from Mark Antalya Mall and other stores and restaurants. The staff are really great and it comes with good breakfast. It’s typical Turkish breakfast but good. The rooms are clean and as depicted in the pics. The bathroom is nice and clean. The bed is ok for a slim person but if you are chubby then I don’t recommend the standard single room. They need to use a better stain remover on their towels as some towels still bear stains.

Breakfast was at 8.30 not at 8 like stated on the site, during our 4 night stay we weren't offered any housekeeping and the rooms are tiny with no kettle although there is one in reception

• Oscar (1/5): the hotel is over priced and the staff overcharges you when converting currency. - While i paid seemingly full price for the stay (in fact i was over charged) i did not get breakfast. they have free tea available, they charge you for a cup of machine brewed coffee. the main benefit here is the central location. what everyone says here on other reviews is accurate, while i was lucky in that i didnt get any bonus cockroaches in my room, the rooms were dirty, the first day i noticed that the bathroom sink was leaking water, i informed the staff whom said they would fix it the following day. the following day it was still not fixed meaning that every time i used the sink (brushing teeth etc) it would leak and cause a flood in the bathroom making it fairly unsafe as you could slip and who wants to continually walk through water when they use the facilities. the water temperature in the shower was wildly fluctuating during taking of said showers, it came to a point that i resigned to having to take cold showers. its also quite frustrating that i was overcharged for my stay as i booked in euros and they came up with a magical conversion rate in turkish lira which i didnt have time to confirm before i was charged. booking.com has a maddening process to correct this which i followed 3 times, they just keep coming back with the same questions so i had to file a charge back on my credit card.

We always pick a hotel near Mark Antalya shopping centre. It is very close to bus stop and train stop (goes to the airport). Breakfast was served individually, we had a fried egg, cheese, olives, vegetables, a piece of pie. Tasted great. Room was non smoking and I guess you need to point that out because the smell from some of the rooms was really bad (cigarettes). Nice bathroom, no complains on that. In the morning the smell in the bathroom was just terrible. Apparantly in the night someone was smoking in the room next to ours and it was disgusting. We had to keep the bathroom closed and could not even take shower in the morning (it was that bad). We stayed just one night, otherwise would complain.

• THEREZA C (10/5): Great value and location - Me and my family we had a great stay here. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable. The bedroom was a little small, though, for the 3 of us with our many many luggage but we made it work. AC and wifi worked just fine and the location of the hotel was great, a short walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and to the mall. The breakfast was simple but enough.

• Muneeb (7/5): Antalya Accomodation Review - The hotel is located close to Mark Antalya shopping mall and other stores which made it easy to transport by foot. The water pressure of the shower was bad, kept struggling to take a simple shower. Hot and cold were not geling.
• Anonymous (10/5): Extremely comfortable and value of money - The staff was so helpful and friendly even with the language difference they helped us in English through everything we needed. And the location? We are less than (all by walk) 2min to Antalya AVM mall, 4min to main market, 8min to Old Town (all the party, clubs and restaurants of every type) and 12min walk to Pier. It's incredible, our entire stay was soooooooooo amazing! Even general stores and other smaller cafes were all around us on the main road (which again less than 3min away) also also we took multiple tours which we pre-booked but if you haven't the staff is super helpful in finding them for you at good prices, along with cheap laundry service and breakfast included it was honestly all we could ask for. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Antalya again!

• hHanif (10/5): Very Good Value for Money - Ersoy Ikiz Otel is located in the centre of Antalya City. It is situated in an excellent location and is within 7 minutes walking distance to Mark Antalya Shopping Mall, Muratpasa Cami/Mosque, and Muratpasa Tram Station. Huriye, Soner and Mustafa are the wonderful reception staff members and they are always helpful and friendly and provide a high standard of service. Manager Mustafa ensures the Otel runs smoothly and is quick to resolve any problems. The breakfast and cleaning staff are conscientious and provide a competent service. The rooms have single or double beds and are cosy, comfortable and cleaned on a regular basis. There is a set Turkish breakfast served and the omelette is tasty. It is definitely worth the price paid to stay at the impressively clean Ersoy Ikiz Otel. Highly recommended!

NO hot water and the pressure was horrible. A staff member also came and knocked on our door just past midnight asking us if we forgot to check out when clearly they can see in their computer we booked for 2 nights! I didn’t like they woke us up in the middle of the night for their mistake! Not cool at all!!!!

• Mohammad (5/5): One night stand - Pros: The hotel was in a decent location and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Cons: The room was dusty and the floor sticky. Not ideal when you have a baby. We had a late check in and the room which we were given had a bed with a broken leg. I went to the reception and the man i told did not look one bit surprised. He just said ' what can i do, stay another night and i will give you another room". We asked for a nom smoking room, the room next door had a couple of men chatting loudly for most of the night and smoking, we could smell the smoke in our room, again not good for the baby. The room itself is very small and cramped. We only stayed 1 night.
