- Chess (1/5): Wasn't expecting 5 star but in one word terrible - Easy parking Disgusting mouldy smell throughout the building, same throughout the room. Mould all over the walls, ceiling and even pillowcases? Cockroach in the fridge. Lamp/tables covered in dust. Stains all over the furniture and carpet. Bath looks like it's from the 60's. Building should be knocked down. If I could stretch my legs I 100% would have slept in my car.

- Lisa (6/5): - It was clean. The stairs were a killer for an older person with a suitcase.A dumb waiter would be a great idea.
There wasn't any parking close by so a fair walk.
There isn't anywhere to make a hot drink or make some food so a communal tea room would be great. Obviously bring your own food but just have the facilities as there isn't breakfast on offer.
The cleaner has their work to do but vacuuming in the hallway before 8 when checkout is 10 is a bit rude. I rarely get away so sleeping in is nice.
I realise it's a budget motel but the stairs are too hard with a suitcase.
Motel is clean and the bed was comfortable .
- wang (8/5): - friendly kindly

- Sally (4/5): Not welcoming at all!! They shouldn’t be able to say they are in the hospitality industry at all. - The only good thing was the location to Accor Stadium. That they made you feel very unwelcome. We travelled 4 or so hours to get there and as it was Good Friday they wouldn’t even let us try and book into our room!! We had to wait until Midday (mind you this was 11:45am).

- Lisa (1/5): Run down accomodation - Friendly staff, Manager rude and blamed booking’s.com Rooms and accommodation very poor and we checked out immediately, we requested a refund but got denied. Found other accommodation
- HABEEB (4/5): Bathroom need to renovation - Bathroom was very bad condition Bathroom
- Jim (9/5): . - . .
- Craig (5/5): earplugs should be supplied, its noisy and smokey till 4am. -

- Katrina (8/5): Great location to Accor or Qudos Bank. Comfortable bed for a night. Can hear some road noise as right on main road. Woul - Bed was comfy, close distance to event we were going to, shower was good water pressure Cigarette smoke as walk into reception, air con making a funny noise all throughout night
- Keith (4/5): Strong smell of cigar smoke due to the attached gaming lounge downstairs. - Location The facility has a Pokies venue attached directly downstairs. Unfortunately, this results in a very strong cigar smoke odor throughout the building. It made the stay quite uncomfortable—something to consider if you prefer a smoke-free environment.

- Si (8/5): I will still come back coz it’s close to the market - Close to Sydney market No tea/ coffee
Hot water takes forever to get hot
- Hollie (10/5): Great place for the price comfy bed and nice pub - Renovated and clean Bathrooms need some tlc
- Sam (7/5): -
- Sean (1/5): - The staff were nice enough, that was it though. Everything about the place, the beds were like concrete, the pillows were lumpy, the TV was from the early 2000s and didn't have internet, the shared bathrooms were foul and the bathtubs were peeling like dandruff on someones head, the food was bland and tasteless, overall definitely one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.
- Carla (6/5): We didn’t stay very long due to personal reasons but the stay we did have was pleasant. - You can literally have a smoke inside the pub near the bar (not just in the pokies) Bathroom was dissapointing
- Andrew (6/5): Perfect location for Olympic Park access - Convenient Poor shared bathroom facilities
- Towerton (8/5): - Close and friendly staff

- Hobson (8/5): Over all, a very pleasant stay. I will stay again for next year's Sydney Royal Show. - Excellent location. Just a sort drive to Sydney Showground. The facilities were very clean although ancient. The old bathtub shower could certainly use an upgrade. I was halfway through a cold shower when the hot water finally came through.
- Brad (5/5): - Location and food in the restaurant was good Rooms smelt like cigarette smoke from smoking area downstairs. bathrooms were a bit old and grubby

Shower had only cold water The food was excellent
Pub facility was great
- Jie wang (8/5): - very good service
- Angela (5/5): - Easy to find and close to the location i was attending. Good Parking. Being woken up numerously throughout the night by the VERY LOUD pub goers. Especially at 4AM.
The constant noise of the air conditioner every 20-30minutes creaking
- Marcin (3/5): - Not clean. Small rooms. Stuff not really helpful. TV didn’t work. Internet password was not provided.

- Craig (1/5): Hotel manager is unstable and aggressive - Rooms are reasonable though 2 showers for 25 rooms is not good. And needing of refurbishment. Main issue here is that I came back on leaving the hotel - after cancelling my extension because the female staff were unhelpful and disrespectfully questioning why I would want a receipt of a $50 deposit which for future guests is not mentioned and cannot be seen on Booking.com - and asked if I could check the room I was staying in as I had left something. The male manager initially said it is lunch time now, I'm too busy etc. I said it would take a minute to look. He then turns on me and says, if you go up those stairs to check the room I will bash, smash you etc.
Can you imagine that, a manager of a hotel not having social, professional or legal knowing restraint.
Unstable and dangerous behaviour that no guest should be subjected to.
I should get a full refund for my complete stay for his crazy behaviour.
Stay at your own risk.
- Shelley (10/5): Great affordable accommodation - Great staff.Great value for money.Great position.
- Camilo (8/5): - for the price it;s okay. Staff could be a bit more friendly and learn some CS. the smell from the pokies room reeks of cigarrette in reception but otherwise room is ok.

- Robert (10/5): Highly recommended - Nice big room with all mod cons, clean and tidy
- Sandro (7/5): Pleasant - Location quiet

- Angela (6/5): -
- Elvin (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Cockroaches all over the room
- Belinda (1/5): -
- Matt (7/5): - Location, food and drink was good Check in staff
- Pat (5/5): Good people but dirty sinks, cold water, dirty bathtub - Good location No hot water
Loud
Very smoky, smelt like a 80s pub
- Jack (7/5): I'd stay again. - Liked the Bistro atmosphere and food, Parking was good and accessible. Did not like the condition of the shower/bath. Didn't seem to have a spot to plug in the bedside lamp.
- hayeong (4/5): - basic facility smoke smell in the checkin lounge
slow check-in process
shared shower didn't look clean and outdated
- Kim (6/5): -
- Helen (10/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Jack (8/5): - I don't recall a breakfast being available Communication was challenging as most of the staff spoke English rather poorly,.
- Terrence (5/5): Just ok - Food and drink plus staff service. Noisy music pumping all night. Needs to be turned down during sleeping hours. Pillows are thin and useless. Shared bathroom was dirty.
- Deepak (1/5): - I haven't received my bond yet
- Ajusha (1/5): Poor experience - Staff members are not that great, very rude and arrogant. One of the lady were pointing saying that, didn’t book any rooms, where we had to show them the proof of receipt. Should have been more welcoming but didn’t like the way how they treated.
- Jaman sing (8/5): -
- Courtney (7/5): - Need better coffee making facilities in the rooms, a straw for stirring just doesn’t work. And with the tiny uht milk you need more than 2 for a one night stay
- Teigan (8/5): Convenient just need to work on the smell of smoke. - Price, location, great facilities for room. Smell of smoke in rooms, thin pillows and not very warm doona.
- Justine (3/5): You want cheap then yes, but even then, very very basic. - The staff were lovely, the room clean, the food from the bistro was yummy. The cigarette smell down stairs as it's basically a sports bar and pokies, the reception was the bar, no hairdryer to borrow, no wifi in my room. I know it was a shared bathroom, was prepared for that, but seriously, 1 toilet, 1 shower, 2 sinks in the Ladies between 13 rooms was too low. I've stayed in better appointed youth hostels. I flagged my 3rd night to stay in a fabulous hotel near the airport. I did choose cheap but good grief, this was too much. Again, the staff were lovely and it was clean, so those were the pluses.
- Julie (6/5): - clean and tidy no personal shower in room
- Darryn (4/5): Low cost but unclean - Cost was ok Bathrooms and carpets were unclean ... Silly rule about the deposit for breakages for a single mature person travelling for work
