• Yen (8/5): - We previously booked another similar apartment from this multi-storey building but it got cancelled right when we arrived at the entrance. It was pouring rain and we were panicking. We checked booking.com and spotted an apartment that so happened to be at this same building and booked it right away. We got super lucky because the owner was nearby so we were able to get in the apartment immidiately. The rooms were spacious. Both kitchen and living room were nice. There were several little grocery stores and a pharmacy at the ground level. The other bathroom was really smelly and we suspect that there was mold in the sewers. To block the smell from speading the ended not using the bathroom during the whole stay.

• 장홍재 (9/5): 탄탄한 하룻밤 숙박 - 하룻밤만 머물렀는데 이틀을 묵고 싶다는 생각이 들었지만, 이곳에 대한 느낌을 얻게 되어 기뻤어요. 이 아파트에는 세탁기, 냉장고, 주전자, 편안한 침대 등 모든 기본 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 해질녘에 사이공 강이 내려다보이는 발코니 전망은 정말 비현실적이었고, 사진 한두 장 찍을 가치가 있었어요. 밤에는 거리 소음이 약간 들리긴 하지만 위치도 좋고 이동하기 매우 쉽습니다. 호스트는 차분하고 신속하게 답변해 주었고 공항 픽업 서비스도 도와주었습니다. 아쉬운 점만 있나요? 엘리베이터는 오래 걸리고 화장실은 더 깨끗하게 청소할 수 있었을 것 같아요.

Bei Ankunft 20 min warten, bis jemand kam und uns vor dem Gebäude reingelassen hat. Keine Rezeption, Kommuniktation ausschließlich über WhatsApp, was ok ist. Nachts wurde entweder versucht von außen die Tür zu öffnen mit Schlüsselkarte oder die Tür hat gesponnen, aber 4 mal aufgewacht, weil es gepiept hat. Keine Reaktion des Vermieters darauf. Bei booking ist eine andere (näher zum zentrum) Adresse angegeben als real. Im Bad totes Ungeziefer.

• John (8/5): A great spot for a stay in Ho Chi Min - Great central location in Ho chi Min, multiple markets downstairs are very useful and the local food options nearby are exceptional. The apartment is comfortable however could be improved by a greater cutlery selection, additional towels and the bidet appeared to be leaking on to the bathroom floor. The washing machine is a valuable addition and the view of Ho Chi Min city is fantastic. Pool area is nice but requires the apartment owner to be given notice prior to using - not a big issue.

• Craig (10/5): Beautiful view and super convenient location - The apartment had a stunning view from the high floor and the space was just right for our stay. It felt safe throughout the trip thanks to the security that seemed to be available all the time. The layout was practical and the room was clean and airy. What made everything easier was having both Winmart and 7 Eleven right downstairs on the first floor. We could grab snacks, drinks or anything we needed within minutes. The location was great too, close to the city center and easy to get to places. I would definitely stay here again.

• Coen (10/5): Een echt thuis weg van huis - Voelde me hier echt op mijn gemak. Het had alle kleine dingen die je nodig hebt om je thuis te voelen. Geweldige waterdruk, goede verlichting, een fatsoenlijke kitchenette. Maakte mijn verblijf in Saigon een stuk aangenamer.

• Jeremy (1/5): Do not stay ...avoid - Nothing It's a total scam. The pictures and the ratings are lies. Im sure this review will get the "cut and paste" reply that the others have had. The room stinks it was dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable. Bed springs almost coming out of mattress. During our stay, we saw many tourists leaving early and others unable to get hold of the hosts. Not allowed to enter the pool after 5 pm is unreasonable as most people just get back from sightseeing and would like a swim.
• Evgenii (10/5): - River view, good service. Very comfy bed, spacious room. The room service and staffs in general were helpful and nice.
• Marta (10/5): - La struttura è vicina al centro di HCMC, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in 10/15 minuti, e abbastanza comoda anche da/per l'aeroporto, si raggiunge facilmente in taxi/grab. La piscina è un plus interessante che nelle giornate calde di agosto è perfetta. Abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 volte e ci siamo trovate bene in entrambi gli appartamenti. Assicuratevi di scrivere alla struttura il giorno del check in per concordare dove e come trovarvi, le guardie agli ingressi della struttura non parlano inglese e non vi sapranno aiutare (non vogliono aiutarvi).
• Taejung Kim (10/5): - Great location, good value. Close to main locations in the center of Ho Chi Minh by walking. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I'll have another trip in Ho Chi Minh.

• Veitinger (10/5): - Room were good and clean with comfy beds. Location of apartment is nice for tourists. Great position, very quiet and comfortable rooms, quite helpful staff

• Tom (10/5): - Large room with all facilities that one would expect from a modern hotel. Very comfortable stay and very good location
• Rob Sas (4/5): - Not much. We hoped an awesome apartment, but Rivergate apartments is more a business office building. The facilities poor, not tissue, only sort of micro fiber towels for shower, no han- nor face towels. The bed was very soft, bad for our backs. The location is not nice to walk out, you have to take a grab to go somewhere nice. The price of 4.5 mln VND for 4 nights. We changed to 3 nights, because location not good to travel to airport early. We then still paid 4.5 mln. Too expensive for what you get!
