• denise (7/5): Buono per un weekend - Posizione ottima per visitare il Vaticano e molto comoda anche per raggiungere il centro grazie alla vicinanza della metro. Noi ci siamo mossi spesso anche a piedi, con una piacevole passeggiata. Camere fresche e confortevoli anche senza usare l’aria condizionata. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Le lenzuola risultano piuttosto usurate e andrebbero sostituite. Anche l’arredamento appare datato, in particolare lo specchio, e nel complesso manca un po’ di cura nei dettagli. Doccia senza getto e con poca acqua calda Accoglienza piuttosto fredda.

• Kristin (9/5): Top Lage, freundliche Besitzer - - Top Lage, super nah am Petersdom und mit Einkäufsgeschäften und Restaurant direkt vor der Tür - Kleine, praktische Zimmer mit hellem Bad - Im Eingangsbereich gibt es gratis Kaffee - Christina war super freundlich und bemüht. Als wir ankamen war der Fahrstuhl defekt und sie hat sich direkt darum gekümmert, dass er innerhalb kurzer Zeit wieder funktionsfähig war Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber bei einem Städtetrip ist das für uns nicht wichtig Wichtig ist: der Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung (4 OG) ist sehr schmal. Das hat uns mit wenig Gepäck aber auch keine Probleme verursacht

Camera este extrem de mică, se intră dintr-un hol comun ce deservește 4 camere, este foarte gălăgios, se aude absolut tot de pe hol, nu ne-am putut odihni. În baie este un miros urât, nu este aerisire. Curățenia era făcută de suprafață.
• Chevallier (9/5): très bien et très bon rapport qualité-prix - L'emplacement, la disponibilité de Fédé, le ménage tous les jours. La personne dans la chambre d'à coté fumait à la terrasse juste à coté de notre chambre et cela sentait la fumée dans notre chambre.
• Popa (9/5): Excelent location, great room would come again! - Late check in and checkout were allowed. There was storage space for our luggage on our last day because we had a late flight. Room was very nice, balcony was also nice. Location was excellent metro and bus station 2 min away. Bed was confortable. Fede was very nice and also recomended some locations. The room is a bit smaller than expected, there is also very limited storage space for your clothes. But for a 5 day trip we made it work. The walls are pretty thin so sometimes we heard the neighbours but nothing too bothering about

• Nerti (5/5): Posizione ottima se volete passare una notte a Roma - Lo staff era accogliente. La posizione è ottima perché si trova in un posto dove puoi raggiungere tranquillamente tanti servizi. Si trova vicino al Vaticano. Se volete passare solo una notte va benissimo oppure se siete soli. In famiglia ho trovato la camera piccola. La camera va bene se volete passare solo una notte perché è davvero piccola per tre persone. La pulizia non era al massimo, il bagno da rifare, la finestra che dava sul balcone dell'altra camera. Ci sono tante cose che non mi sono piaciute.
• ŽARNO22 (1/5): - Bolo čisto a to je jediné pozitívum. Ubytovanie bolo na 9.poschodí a nefungoval výťah!!! V popise ubytovania nebolo nič o 9. poschodí!! Fotky na vašom webe Booking absolutne nesúhlasili s realitou našej izby/ ubytovaním. Na vašich fotkach bola malá terasa nášho ubytovania a v reále nebola žiadna. Na vašich fotkách bola veľka manželsķa posteľ + jedna samostatná. Realne boli tri postele v mikro izbe. Tento hotel nikomu nedoporučujem!! Beriem to ako milné zavádzanenie zákaznika!!

• Diana (7/5): Muito bom relação preço-qualidade - O proprietário era muito simpático, deixou-nos à vontade. O espaço era muito limpo, bem localizado. Ótimo para quem quer um bom espaço com um bom valor. Como éramos 3 pessoas, uma dormiu num sofá cama que era pouco confortável, assim como a almofada. Podiam comprar um sobre colchão para ficar mais agradável. O chuveiro tem pouca pressão.

The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures, and there are also common areas where you can have coffee, tea, or whatever you like. /

Fede was an incredibly accommodating host who helped me with a last-minute booking and a late check-in. The place was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the room had both AC and heating. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—highly recommend! None

• Laszlo (5/5): - Location. Friendly staff. The airconditioner was blowing some dirty particles so was must not have been cleaned inside at all. The hairdryer was operating only 30 seconds before stopped due being hot.
• Fabio (9/5): Un ottimo soggiorno - Federico è un ragazzo veramente gentile e disponibile, ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli e di stare anche un pó oltre l'orario di check out, poiché avendo una bimba di un mese avevamo bisogno di cambiarla e darci una sistemata anche noi... La nostra stanza era la 3, un pó piccina avendo il passeggino con noi ,però alla fine ci si stava. Bagno ampio. Il palazzo dista davvero pochi metri da piazza San Pietro e si affaccia su una bella strada pedonale .

Il proprietario Fede davvero gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, è stato un piacere fare la sua conoscenza. Camera piccolina ma molto accogliente. La poca insonorizzazione della stanza, ma nulla di insopportabile.
