• Janani (8/5): - Good room very clean with good kitchen facilities. Had numerous issues with check in and WiFi at the room. We were in constant communication with the Staycae gifts. Please be aware there are no metros near by so taxis mainly!
• Louay (2/5): Very bad experience - We called at 2 o’clock in the morning after 7 hours flight and we greeted with extremely bad staff and very rude They refused to give us a room as they said that mr Mohamad didn’t receive an email confirmation of our booking and made us stay for 1 hour with no reasonable explanation So please stay away from this property at all

• Randy (4/5): Nothing works especially the agent Ahmed - The agent Ahmed was so miserable and unwilling to assist with anything. Appliances like refrigerator and wifi did not work and Ahmeds threats to theow my things in the trash because i was a few minutes late. Dont stay here unlees you want misery.

• Huseyin (2/5): Last minute cancelled booking. - I was informed 1 hour before I was due to board my flight to Dubai that there was an error and there was no booking on the system, despite contact with property 5 days before stating that everything was in good order.
• Nicola (10/5): - This apartment was clean and pleasant. Very near supermarkets etc. The representative, Kapil, was very courteous and willing to help in any way he could. I think overall this was very good value for money.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Bon séjour - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est bien situé (autoroute pas loin). L'appartement était très propre et nous y avons trouvé thé, café, sucre, papier toilette, serviette, savon, shampoing... Seul point négatif c'est qu'on m'a informé le jours de mon arrivée qu'on nous avait changé de batiment alors que j'avais réservé depuis quelques mois déjà.
• Aynour (2/5): They stole my deposit - Really bad experience : the room was fine but that’s it. The service is terrible. When we arrives we asked the reception to have the key card, he didn’t want to give us the key because we didn’t have any room number (the staff forgot to send it to us). We wait for 2 hours to have it. For the check out jt took 30 minutes because nobody was at the reception. but there is worse: you have to leave a deposit (higher than the price of the room ...): I paid by credit card and it had to be returned to me within 45 days. It's been over 80 days and I still haven't received anything despite dozens of messages: they are thieves!

• Rubina (2/5): Poor check in and accommodations - The reviews were true. The check in process is not good. I walked around back and forth before I got clear information on where to check in. I was then told my room wasn’t paid for so I had to pay now. Their payment website would not work. I even called my bank and was informed it was them that continued to charge me then immediately refund my payment. I was told to leave a cash deposit and to get cash tomorrow and pay my balance in local currency. After hours in the lobby trying to get this figured out we finally made it to the room. The room had flies, outdated and stains on the walls. I didn’t feel comfortable to stay there after discussing with my partner. We called the lady who checked us in and told her we decided to not stay. The only positive of this whole ordeal was she gave no issue returning my cash deposit.
• Kenzo (4/5): - Pas d’équipement pas de balais pas de sèche cheveux pas fer à repassée j’avais des rendez vous important pas possible de repassé mes chemise pas d’aspirateur pour faire le ménage pas de sèche cheveux pas de bouilloire pour faire le café lavabo bouchée pendant 10 jours manque de communication avec les clients la piscine jamais nettoyer en 26 jours très salle ma fille et tomber malade à cause de la piscine je déconseille

• Verified traveler (6/5): Not too bad - No service at all. No cleaning or amenities neither bed sheets change. The staff are friendly but there is lack of organization.
• Manuval (2/5): - There was no house keeping or cleaning service. Bed covers and pillow cases were in Yellow collar. Just one towel was provided for the entire stay
