• Chloe (10/5): Beyond our expectations. Fab location - Amazing location. Had air conditioning which I didn’t know. A blessing as it was quite hot while we were there. Great facilities, everything we needed. Was left alone, but had a contact number just in case we needed anything. We turned up a little early, but was told that was fine and we could drop our luggage off which was very useful. Would definitely stay again. Planning the next visit already! ☺️ Glad we picked it! Had a few flights of stairs, but can’t complain. The whole of the old town is steps!
• Cynthia Choo (8/5): Great location in Old Town - The location is in the Old Town. Very convenient to tour its surrounding and plenty of choices for food. The stairs can be quite steep with wide gap. It is tough to carry large luggage. It is ideal for travellers with backpack or small luggage.

• CHERRY (6/5): - Location Due to couple of hours of rain, there's issue inside the toilet that filled water and smells. I understand that it can't be fixed because it's Sunday. It will be great if at least the toilet is smells good.

• Brooke (8/5): Good accommodation close to old town center - Location was great. Apartment had everything we needed including laundry soap, a washer, hair dryer and air conditioning. Check in was smooth and owner/manager was very communicative. Didn't love the 3 flights of stairs.
• Peter (8/5): - The best thing about Old Town Xharming Nest is its convenient location for the old town. It is not too far to walk from the gate drop off point BUT there are steep steps down the alleyway and then three flights of stairs up to the apartment. But the Old Town is all steep alleyways. The convenience of location close to the old port was superb.The host was charming and helpful.

• Paul (6/5): Good location property needs some love. - The location was perfect There should be a statement saying you need to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The double bad had seperate blankets and sheets and we had to make it ourselves. The pillows were awe full. The toilet leaks all over floor.

• william (10/5): Dubrovnik Dreams - Dubrovnik is an old city of many levels, stone stairs throughout. My wife and I are hikers and loved this about the flat, it was on the highest point of our building. Clean, convenient to everything, many in house features including washing machine, attentive landlord to ensure help with any needs or problems. Great stay!

Very poor information on the closest gate to the property, no information at all to hire a porter to climb the street stairs and the tree floors, which was really painful and even dangerous. Both of us are 76 years old. No warning at all, no information

Property owner and/or manager was very accommodating with early checkin, friendly, and helpful with recommendations and tips. My only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen supplies and a small freezer.

• Francesca (10/5): Charming nest indeed! - Perfect location, close to where the taxi or bus can drop you off and also in the heart of Old Town. The apartment has all you need and kept really nice and clean. Host was super kind and lovely and helpful! Bed super comfortable!
• Margarita (1/5): Disastrous day with uncooperative host. Booked and paid for but turned away! - We booked this apartment and had several emails back and forth including confirmation and arrival time. we had a booking and confirmation number. the location is up a rise from the main street. Quite easy to find. We turned up as per our confirmed booking, payment and emails at 10:30 am. The host said he would call back in 5 mins, After 2 hours he promised he would come to the square where we were waiting. He didn't. About 3 pm he finally answered his phone again and said we had no booking and hung up. These apartments are self-contained and you don't meet the host for access, he supplies a pin. A whole day wasted, stressed and trying to find new accommodation was difficult as everywhere was sold out. Not even the locals could help. I was offered a room at a hotel for $1000pn. I finally managed to get a place through another service. We lost a full day and were very distressed.

Just a few steps up from the Main Street in Old Town Dubrovnik near the Old Harbor, we were able to easily return between tours and dining. The local co tact’s were very helpful. Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with separate living room.

• Fatima (8/5): Perfect location to stay in Dubrovnik, house with everything that one needs for a couple of days. - Perfect location in the old town, very clean and also very quiet at night. Kitchen fully equipped. Host with very helpful suggestions. Even with many perfumes to make it better, the house has a weird smell from the sewers. It is bearable.

She was always available and even offered helpful information and recommendations during our stay. There are a lot of stairs to the property and in the property. There are no elevators. We were not prepared for that many stairs and we had big heavy bags. (3/4 flights of stairs in the property and stairs going to the main door from the main street) I would also suggest adding another fan or AC unit in the bedroom because the one in the living room doesn’t actually cool down the whole place only the living room.
