• Svenja (9/5): - Die Lage ganz nah am Colloseum war super, viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, die Ausstattung war gut, der Kundenservice war gut erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Nicht schlimm, aber am Wochenende ist im Restaurant vor dem Haus einiges los, da wird es auch schon mal etwas lauter.

• Anne Pauline (9/5): Knus appartement - Super appartement, geweldige locatie, fijne faciliteiten. Het appartement was iets kleiner dan we hadden verwacht maar verder helemaal prima voor twee dagen.
• Sérgio (10/5): Um apartamento confortável e bem localizado, ideal para explorar Roma. - Gostei muito da localização, do conforto do espaço e da decoração. O apartamento era acolhedor, limpo e bem equipado, tornando a estadia prática e agradável. A cama era confortável, e o check in foi simples e rápido. O único ponto a melhorar é o escoamento da água no duche. A água acumulava se um pouco, e acredito que abrir o cifão para remover possíveis cabelos acumulados já resolva o problema. Não afetou muito a estadia, mas vale a pena verificar.

• CLAUDIA (9/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è bellissima, zona fantastica e anche a due passi dalla metro. Sotto casa c'è un mercato coperto che può anche essere molto utile. I letti sono comodissimi. Io tornerei subito. Sotto alle finestre delle camere alla sera sono comparsi dei tavoli di un locale ma a un certo orario poi non c'è più stata confusione.
• Márta (10/5): great flat in the center - I liked the comunication with he owner of the apartment, everything was very clean. We had som hot water problem but it was sold really quickly.
• Tuija (8/5): Hyvä - Loistava sijainti, keskustan ytimessä. Sisäänkirjautuminen/ asuntoon pääseminen oli vaikeaa ja isoa avainnippua joutui kuljettamaan mukana koko loman ajan. Vuodesohva oli nuhjuinen ja likainen.
• Sue (6/5): - The apartment is clean and spacious and in a great location, but getting in on arrival was an issue. We had to have customer service come out to open the outside door that should have been automated. The downstairs neighbor said this happens routinely. Also, beware that it is a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator so heavy bags are a challenge.
• David (8/5): Nice apartment, good location for Colosseum. - The apartment is no frills, but clean, tidy and provides all the amenities ine requires. It is on the third floor, and we werw advised upon arri al that the elevator was out of service, we suspect it has been that way for some time and if we had been with heavy luggage, it would have been challenging. The one negative is that the apartment sits directly above a local bar / restaurant and it is NOISY, until 2am. Not ideal.

• Martin (10/5): Excellent situation géographique - Excellente situation géographique, proche du colosseum, metro et du bus. Un marché juste à côté de l’appartement, très pratique. Un four au micro-ondes aurait été un vraie plus.

Not suitable for more than 4 people as 3rd bed is in the living area. 1 Bathroom with the only toilet inside was not enough for 5 people either.

• Angela (9/5): Large apartment with great location. - Great location few minutes walk to Colosseum/Roman forum. Large apartment and very clean and comfortable. On 3rd foor and lift couldn't be used, we had large bags. Check out time very early at 10 am. Coffee machine naspresso, no shops near by sold pods. Simple Coffee machine would have been good.
