Al baño y a la cocina les faltaba una limpieza profunda. El piso de madera del departamento necesita mantenimiento, es irregular y ruidoso. El mismo aviso agrupa habitaciones en diferentes edificios cercanos, entonces si reservas con otros viajeros a través del mismo enlace puede que no estén juntos en la misma dirección.

От нее спуститься до Кабаташа и сесть на корабль через Босфор. На улице Истиклал есть магазины одежды, кафе и старбакс. Отличное кафе Мадо, суперские завтраки и местные вкусняшки. Апартаменты и персонал отличные.

I also really liked being on the first floor, it just felt more comfortable for me. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They especially helped me when I had trouble washing my clothes, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great stay and felt well taken care of! It would be really helpful to have English instructions for the washer. I tried using a translation app and thought I was doing everything correctly, but it ended up taking a long time, and my clothes didn’t dry at all. Adding clearer instructions would definitely make the experience much easier for international guests.

Обменник аптека, все рядом) Вид из окна супер. Внутри все аккуратно, чисто. Есть все необходимое несколько пакетиков чая, полотенца, тапочки, шампуни, чайник. Один раз вечером дверь не открылась по паролю, сотрудник решил проблему за 10 минут) Спасибо Bahar и Murat за рекомендации кафе ресторанов, только не все успела посетить, и спасибо за помощь по всем вопросам) хочу вернуться в это место)

- 08d1e185857872382028b31165e35718 (7/5): Cosy hotel next to Galata Tower - The Maravilloso Hotel Galata has perfect location, exactly 5 min walk to Galata tower and corner around from Sisane subway. It seems hotel was partially renovated, so the bathrooms are new, super clean with hot water, all good. However, the hotel has two sides, one facing the street - this part is nice and another one facing the wall of building behind, so room on the ground floor looks like a basement and might not be comfortable for some people. But I must say thank you to Bahar (our receptionist), she saw our frustration and next day she was able to change rooms to the front side. She was super helpful! Hotel in general is clean, good value for money. When you are booking the rooms you don’t see that some rooms facing the wall and you don’t have the light. This might be sold as cheaper offer and some might want such option. Otherwise you are frustrated and upset.

Close proximity to both Galata tower & Taksim broad walk and tunnel. you could literally cover all major attraction in walking distance of less then 30 min. Customer service was top notch. cleaning done everyday (doent happen in most air bnb or apartment rentals). Some basic utensils were missing like kitchen knife, pans, additional plates etc. its not a big deal compared to other positive points.

Грязно настолько, что мы снимали на 2 ночи, были проездом, И вечером заселились, расстроились и в 4.00 Утра начали собираться и вторую ночь уже не спали там. Очень мерзко находиться было там. Хотели попить чай, там просто годовалая плесень выращена всех пород и мастей. Холодильник лучше не открывать вообще, вонь страшная. Окна и шторы отдельный ужас. Как на помойке переночевали. Сидение под окном все в пятнах, не прикоснуться. Страшно

Sehr freundliches Personal und super Preis. Wir würden wieder kommen. Wir waren für zwei Nächte da, daher hat uns das Zimmer gereicht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das Zimmer zu klein
- MrNatureartist (10/5): - Отличное расположение гостиницы, в паре минут от станции метро Шишане, так же рядом фуникулер чтобы спуститься вниз с горки, прямо к трамваю, туристическая улица со старинным трамваем прямо за углом, вся движуха у вас в двух шагах, но при этом гостиница находится на тихой маленькой улочке, где ночью тихо и спокойно, ничего не слышно когда приходишь отдыхать. Отличная цена за такое расположение. Есть слышимость соседей по номерам, но это так везде в Турции. Если вы не избалованный человек, и вам нужно расположение в центре города и вас не смущает немного старый ремонт в номерах, то этот отель для вас. Отдыхал в декабре , в номере было очень тепло и толстое одеяло, приходилось даже открывать окно. Все белье, полотенца были белоснежными и чистыми. Персонал каждый день интересовался все ли хорошо и что мне нужно. Я остался очень доволен данным отелем и когда приеду снова в Стамбул , то опять воспользуюсь этим отелем. В целом все отлично

Het is een beetje klein maar prima voor mij alleen. Ik zou adviseren om het douche putje leeg te maken/ schoonmaken want het water blijft staan als je aan het douchen bent.

- Roman (4/5): - Отель совершенно не соответствовал ожиданиям и поставленной оценке пользователями Booking. Так называемый двухместный номер - это клетушка под лестницей, где невозможно развернуться даже 1 человеку, номерной фонд крайне убитый и требует реновации. Но это еще ладно, может быть площадь и соответствовала заявленной, НО! дали номер на 1 этаже БЕЗ ОКНА! То есть само окно есть, но оно замуровано, соответственно притока воздуха в комнате нет совершенно, освещение слабое и атмосфера гнетущая. На ресепшене нас абсолютно никто не встретил, оказывается отель работает по системе самозаселения. Вывеска на улице с названием отеля отсутствует, кружили вокруг 40 минут пока не спросили у местных, где находится входная дверь, ее нам подсказали только продавцы близлежайших лавок.

Camera in care am stat era una dubla cu baie privata unde singurul inconvenient era faptul ca chiuveta era foarte mica si era cam incomod cand trebuia sa te speli pe ochi. Geamurile camerei fiind din lemn nu prea erau fonice dar ne-am putut odihni fara probleme. Pozitie excelenta, la cativa pasi de Turnul Galata. Gaseai in zona tot ce aveai nevoie market-uri, zeci de locuri unde puteai servi masa si bea o cafea sau un ceai, cofetarii, mijloace de transport in comun, magazine cu suveniruri, instrumente muzicale etc. Gazda va poate asigura transport de la aeroport si spre aeroport. Multumim pentru ospitalitate! Totul a fost super.
- Leyla (10/5): Exceptional Stay for the Perfect Istanbul Experience! - My husband and I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room in the main building, while the rest of our family occupied the Family Suites in the suite building. The two buildings are conveniently located just a minute's walk apart. The neighborhood is fantastic, with the Şişhane subway station and the Galata Tower both just a two-minute walk away. There are so many dining and entertainment options nearby that we ended up spending more time exploring the area than we initially planned. All the rooms we stayed in were clean and exactly as described in the photos. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, assisting us with our luggage and always available to help. They even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, and the driver was very nice and used a meter, which alleviated any stress about local taxi fares. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

- Laura (1/5): Pésima experiencia - Nuestra experiencia en este hotel (que es un edificio de viviendas de alquiler, no un hotel como tal) fue pésima. Llegamos sobre las 22:00h al sitio y el chico que nos atendió subió primero él solo a la habitación "para ver si estaba lista", abrió la ventana y echó perfume al rededor de la cama (suponemos que para tratar de disimular el olor de la habitación). La habitación que nos dieron olía muy muy mal, un olor exageradamente fuerte (sinceramente, olía a animal muert*), tanto que ni abriendo puertas y ventanas se podía estar dentro de ella. Contactamos con el chico y tardo muchísimo en contestarnos a los mensajes, no me cogió el teléfono y finalmente una amiga (que por suerte es turca y lo pudo llamar) consiguió hablar con el, su respuesta: que pasáramos la noche allí y a la mañana siguiente nos daba otra habitación, y que si queríamos reclamar que habláramos con Booking. Era imposible estar allí y tuvimos que marcharnos a otro hotel a las 23:00h de la noche en una ciudad completamente desconocida y con muy mal sabor de boca por el trato que recibimos. En ningún momento nos pidió disculpas ni nos aportó ninguna solución. Ahora, hemos reclamado a Booking (nos atendieron muy amablemente por teléfono), las 48h que tenía este hotel para contestar han pasado y, nuevamente, no han aportado solución. Seguimos a la espera con las reclamaciones.

- YUE (1/5): Very disappointing experience. The room was completely different from the photos online — dirty bedding, unclean floor, - Nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived around midnight after a long international flight, having deliberately booked one of the highest-priced rooms so that I could rest comfortably. Unfortunately, the room was completely different from what was shown online. The bedding and floors were dirty, and the whole space felt unclean and poorly maintained. Another serious issue was that the room was located on the sixth floor, accessible only by stairs — something that was not mentioned anywhere on the booking page. After climbing all those stairs with luggage at 1 a.m., my friend and I found the room in such poor condition that we felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there. We had no choice but to leave and walk through Istanbul in the middle of the night to find another place to sleep. No staff member made any genuine effort to help or resolve the situation. The overall experience was frustrating, exhausting, and completely inconsistent with the description and photos online.I would strongly advise other travellers to be cautious when booking this property. I’m still dealing this issue with booking customer service right now. Hope it can get some help on refunding from them soon

- Dea (1/5): A complete disappointment — the apartment was uninhabitable, unsafe, and nothing like what was shown - The apartment was in awful condition, full of mold, humidity, and a strong, unbearable smell. There was no reception, no staff, and no one answering calls or messages, which made everything even worse. When someone finally arrived to open the door, he didn’t speak a single word of English, so communication was impossible. The apartment was nothing like the photos online - it was dirty, damp, and completely unhygienic. One of our guests had a serious allergic reaction to the mold, and we had to leave immediately for health reasons. We asked for a refund right away, but the property has ignored every message and refused to take responsibility. We were forced to book another hotel last minute, spent extra money, and even arrived late to our work meeting because of this disaster!! And dont even be fooled for the terrace, its also terrible, all garbage.

- Andrew (8/5): Excellent location a couple of minutes away of Galata Tower and just off the main roads. - Great location and spacious room (we had Family Suite with a kitchenette and sitting area). Friendly and helpful stuff, cleaning on request but daily if you need with fresh bedding and towels. Two separate buildings, so part of our family stayed 1min away, which wasn’t an issue. Can’t rate the entire hotel though. Our room was quite tired, especially bathroom. Absent sockets next to bedside tables didn’t add any comfort and convenience. But all these are minor things not affecting short stay.

- Sima (7/5): 2 night last minute stay. - The place was very clean and quiet, ideal for a full sleep. There was mainly nobody at the reception desk, although Bahar and Murat kept in touch properly; so we didn't had any problem. Even when we arrived at midnight they left the key room by the desk.

- Zahir (7/5): Great location, good value for money. - Good value for money. We were there for a very short amount of time so it's good for short stays. Great location , right at the end of Istiklal street and a corner away from Galata tower. Beautiful neighborhood, no noise at night unlike other streets in the area so that is another good plus point. I felt like the location was very central, everything feels like it's walking distance if you want to hit all the tourist points. Just a short walk away from the Kadikoy tram station which can take you into Sultanahmet. So if you are short on time and need a place to stay, this is a good option. All amenities were provided, water, fresh towels, soap shampoo etc. Even has an electric kettle with tea and coffee amenities and a hair dryer! The balcony is cute. Staff is helpful and friendly and even helped us arrange our airport transfer which was very convenient. Not recommended for longer stays as the room is small, as well as the bathroom. The wood floor creaks a lot due to the old building and there is no elevator. Some mold issues in the bathroom cause it's not ventilated properly.
