• Martin Chaffee (8/5): - Location: it was right at the Duomo. Centrally located to every place we wanted to visit. The long stairway to the apartment & the construction occurring on the building.
• Sonal (8/5): Nice compact apartment in excellent location, will be perfect after renovation is completed. - excellent location, quiet at night a nice space, simple and functional Sadly the renovation work meant that there was a lot of noise in the morning Also we were not able to use the terrace as it was dirty and dusty. Replacement fridge took up a lot of space in the small kitchen area

• Valentina (1/5): Ni anestesiada volvería - La habitación muy linda, pero decidimos no quedarnos por las condiciones de seguridad que ofrecía el edificio Supuestamente, para ingresar desde la calle, nos abrían la puerta en forma remota. Al llegar, nos sorprendió la puerta abierta de par en par, y varias personas descansando y comiendo en el piso del hall. En planta baja había u baño quimico, electrodomésticos desparramados entre muebles amontonados, la puerta de acceso abierta de par en par, y acceso al hall desde otros ambientes, solo bloqueados por maderas. Igual subimos al departamento, y en el camino, las escaleras estaban casi sin luz, los techos con humedad y riesgo de caer la mampostería. Como somos dos mujeres solas, no nos sentimos seguras en este edificio, por el movimiento de personas y la vulnerabilidad de la puerta de acceso de la calle completamente abierta. Avisamos a la empresa que no nos quedábamos por no cumplír las condiciones mínimas de seguridad, y solicitmos el reintegro total o parcial de lo abonado, o reubicación en otro departamento. No nos respondieron en el momento, así que igual, buscamos otro alojamiento alternativo cercano. La respuesta llegó el último día, negando cualquier tipo de reintegro, y de responsabilidad por la seguridad del edificio. Y aparte, hasta se cobró el monto de limpieza, cuando el departamento NO SE UTILIZÓ.

The building in which this apartment is located is extremely shabby. Also there is no lift so you have to walk the stairs with your luggage till the 2nd floor.

Tres pisos para subir con las maletas sin ascensor. La chapa del ingreso al edificio no funcionaba, difícil la comunicación con el personal de apoyo. NO ES RECOMENDABLE!!!

Piles of construction debris and bag fulls of trash in lobby and a smelly toilet room.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The stairway situation because it was on the third floor. Difficult for seniors and lighting was insufficient.

• Aanchal (8/5): - Property was nice except it did not had lift. The only thing that we didn’t like in our stay was the no lift. We had to take our luggage by stairs on the second floor. Rest the stay was nice and support on whatsap was amazing.
• Andrei (8/5): Nice stay in the very center of Florence. - Very good apartment just in front of the Cathedral (literally, 50 meters!). Clean, spacious, one large bed. Small kitchen with a fridge and all needed utensils. To get the key I asked to place it in some key-box, I went there and got it, no problems at all. Special thanks for the hosts: they attended to all my requests, quickly, very professional attidutde (we communicated via whatsapp, I didn't see them, but everything was fine, so no need to meet them). Everything was just fine, no any issues.
• David (8/5): Very happy. - Location. Value for money. The bed could use more pillows and an extra blanket in the winter so the heat doesn’t have to be left high in winter.
• Meng (7/5): Great location - The location is amazing, just beside the Duomo and close to everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were helpful and responsive. The building was currently under construction. The staircase and entrance was a bit dark and dirty due to the construction.
• Ronnie (4/5): Disappointing, not comfortable, and definitely no value for the money paid. - Primary location Clean and maintained well Good equipment (kitchen, etc.) building + apartment’s terrace was under construction (wasn’t mentioned by the management before) So terrace wasn’t available at all + all the outside view was of the constructions Plus, the building was dirty due to it The bed wasn’t comfortable, and also the pillows and the blanket were poor shower was pretty lame, weak stream of water, etc.
• Don (7/5): Once the renovations to the building exterior is complete it will be great. - The location is excellent. Communication was problematic. We were unable to contact the host by phone as we did not have cellular service. If there had been a What’s App number we would have been able to contact them. We were lucky that we saw someone enter the building and we were able to persuade them to let us in. Once inside we were able to access the lockbox and get the keys. Not sure what we would have done otherwise.

Stairs in bad condition broken and unsafe - this was with lifting escalator- you have to witch on lights while your walking - truce was under renovation 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

• Nicole (7/5): Great location shame about the construction site - The location is amazing, the bed was comfortable The property is currently part of a building site and so the outside terrace advertised (and factored into price) was not available to use. Don’t book this apartment until building works are finished or if you have mobility problems as there is no lift and very steep stairs to second floor.

The terrace was closed even though the booking advertised it. Very disappointing as we were expecting it to be open as it was one of the main features we wanted in a place like this. Secondly, the fridge had an awful smell when opened, making us not want to use the kitchen at all.

• Adam (9/5): Loved it. - The property was all about location. Set near the Duomo, it was very easy to get around the main parts of Florence. The apartment did not have much of a view, but that is okay because our goal was to be out of the apartment as much as possible.
• Li-jen (7/5): Good - Great location, clean room, great service(always there). Left my phone charger in the room, but the cleaning staff says they didn't find it. The terrace was closed due to construction work outside, but we are only informed after booking. The room is nice but the building is old and the entrance to the building has an unpleasant smell. The staircase is dark at night and we needed to use our phone to illuminate to see it better. There was one phishing message sent to me through bookings.com asking me to fill in my credit card numbers, after informing the owner I was told to ignore the malicious message.

They need to install motion lighting. We arrived at night and it was difficult to navigate through the building to our apartment. If we could have seen the light switches it would have been okay but we didn’t see them until the next morning.

You can nearly reach out and touch the Duomo from the top stairs in the hallway and literally steps outside the massive front doors! The staff were very helpful, responsive and communicated instructions well. NA.

• Carmel (4/5): the location is the best asset of this apartment. - the location was the main positive. storage and space were also good. staff were flexible with a later checkout. wifi was excellent. heating was good. facilities need a major upgrade. bed was uncomfortable and kitchen and bathroom were tiny. the bathroom especially was in need of an upgrade. broken shower screen and ease of access to shower was poor. the online checkin is difficult if you are travelling and have sporadic wifi. the two flights of stairs to the apartment are more like 4… so beware with luggage. as for the balcony of an internal courtyard, this was ordinary. given that we had a 3 day stay, an extra towel each would have helped given the weather was cool and difficult to dry anything. in terms of value for money, I think this was expensive for what it provided!

• Duy (10/5): Exceptional - Staffs are so friendly and quick reply. In front of the house is the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (center of the city). Although in the center, the room soundproof is good. We stayed here for 5 days, but rarely had to use public transport. Because it's convenient to visit almost every major place of Florence. I highly recommend here, if location is your top priority. Cons: lack of light (in return they have many lights in the room), no elevator.

Worth every penny!! it was very clean and exactly like the pics!! - the location is amazing!! just perfect !! close to everywhere. the apartment is very cute and well organized. there was no internet, and we couldn’t enter the building at the check in. we got stuck for 15 min outside until the neighbor opened the door of the building. the internet wasn’t working for all our stay. the was a balcony but with a No exit sign so we couldn’t go..
• Crangle (7/5): Good - Great location off the square, just steps from Duomo. About a 10 min walk to Firenze station. Very walkable location as most of our areas of interest were within 5-10 min walk. Also had great AC which was huge during a HOT summer!
