Персона - Найбільше мені сподобалось розташування та неймовірний вид з балкону. Мені не вистачало кухні, якої там нема. Лише кулер, ектрочайник, чай. Один на кілька номерів.
• nelko (5/5): Great location and over all decent, with few issues - Great location, easy to find and get to. Room was good, terrace had the best view of Vesuvius and city. Customer service: there is no staff present on site, only talked to Christian over Whatsapp. He has a lot to learn about how to speak to customers. First night after late arrival we had to stay in different room because ours wasn't ready due to water issues?! In the new room bds did not have mattress protector, pillow protectors and sheets had stains, blanket which was more of a bed cover had holes and crusty stains and no duvet bag. After complaining we were told that their bedding is sparkling and even the pictures didn't couldn't convince Christian. Two days according to him they cleaned the room as an act of kindness. In the process personal clothing and personal hygiene items were touched and moved around, plus some personal items misplaced. Initially i was told that it didn't happen and accused of not knowing where we left it. After countless messages day after missing items were hanged outside on the door handle. No apologies just explanation that it got tangled in the sheets. The new set was stained too. Third bed wasn't single. It was foldable bed which is not suitable for a grown man. Bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on because it was saggin. it was allegedly changed after complaining but the new one wasn't any better. Room is not big for double and single bed and goes against safety and fire regulations. So the bigger problem was the hygiene: mold, bathroom not cleaned proper, furniture on the balcony dusty and broken. We chose it because of reviews but unfortunately were quiet unlucky on this occasion. Either standards have gone really down or previous reviews have been quiet polite. The worst for me was that we were accused of complaining because we don't like the room which cant be further away from the truth.

• Veronika (1/5): We were given unisolated room with big gap between the window and putside wall - we slept 2 nights in very cold windy ni - The reason I booked this accommodation was its location next to Garibaldi train station with public traffic acces and via pics it had nice view - towards Vesuvius. This was the only positive thing, the rest was terrible - the way the manager or owner (no idea who it was) Christian “communicated” before our arrival (rather say not communicated to us) was terrible, so was the room he put us in - not isolated woth a big gap between the window and shutter- it was like sleeping outside (when we arrived was terribly cold!!) The approach/attitude of petson called Christian - who didn’t reply my simple question at the arrival when I asked how will be the checkin processed since we were arriving rather late in the pm - I had to repeat my question several times, he was repeating the word automatic which was unclear and vague. This fishing and beghing for basic information stressed me put to the extend that I called booking.com to assist us with anothet accommodation but it was not possible without loosing my money so we agreed that we go there and in case he will not provide us entering the accommodation then booking would intervene. He assisted us with entering (interestingly this person never replied the phone, he only texted me via WhatsApp - this was already very strange(!!) and he wickedly sent us to room number 1 which was not isolated from outside - there was a big gap between the îsude frame of a window and shutter. The night we arrived it was freezingly cold and very strong wind. When I found out that we wete put in such a room without functional heating/AC, I of course texted him to give us another normal (aka isolated) room with functional AC but he didn’t reply !! What was left in the room was a heater which illuminated the room - that disturbed my sleep!! I am sure he knew about the situation (since a heater was there), but he replied next day very late in the morning when we were gone for sightseeing and my phone run off the battery so we read it in when we returned back and I charged my phone, again I asked him to fix the situation - he replied suddenly very late at around 23:00 when we fell asleep from the fatigue, but the I woke up in the middle of the night because if the red light coming from the heater.. next morning I insisted to change the room - suddenly it was possible - he sent us to room 3, which was normally isolated but against without functioning AC, but there was portable AC available.

Accès difficile, arrivée prévue à 13h mais à 14h chambre tjs pas prête, impossible de joindre le loueur au téléphone. Pas de petit déjeuner alors qu’il était prévu sur le site, juste un plateau ac eau chaude dans le couloir. Pas de code wifi donc connexion internet impossible.

• Paulina (1/5): - Pomimo informacji o porannym przejeździe otrzymałam informacje o tym,że pokój nawet na zostawienie rzeczy będzie mógł być dostępny najpierw o godzinie 14,później o 11. Mając plany na dalszą część dnia zmuszeni byliśmy znaleźć i opłacić przechowalnię bagażu. Wracając z wypadu na wyspę o 20:30 otrzymaliśmy informację o odwołaniu rezerwacji przez booking z powodu,kłopotu z wodą w jednym z pokoi. No z całym szacunkiem nie informuje się klientów jak już wracają do miejsca noclegu,że nie można przenocować. Bardzo słabe i za późno. Bez żadnej rekompensaty

• Daniele (1/5): Allo stesso prezzo, se non a meno, si trovano strutture decisamente più adeguate e che garantiscono realmente i servizi - La posizione Camera sporca. Lo scaldabagno era scarico e quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda. La persiana era guasta e nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa, l’host non ci ha dato informazioni adeguate per raggiungere il bar convenzionato e abbiamo dovuto rinunciare.
• Alice (1/5): TERRIBILE - posto terribile: sporco, polvere ovunque, bagno pieno di capelli, la tapparella non funzionava (il proprietario ci ha detto tantissime volte che avrebbe rimediato), porta dí ingresso rotta e rimane aperta, c’è una macchinetta per il caffè che riforniscono con acqua non potabile e non funziona nemmeno. abbiamo comunicato che saremmo arrivati alle 10 e inizialmente ci hanno risposto che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta, poi invece ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 14:30
• Gianluca (1/5): - Abbiamo prenotato una tripla, seppur fossimo in due, e all’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una doppia, molto piccola e con svariati problemi. Dopo qualche minuto è caduta una mensola, la carta da parati era sollevata, avevamo poco spazio, in bagno avevamo solo mezzo rotolo di carta igienica e lo scarico del wc non funzionava bene. Dopo la prima notte Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per chiedere dell’altra carta igienica e degli asciugami puliti ma ci è stato risposto che queste cose venivano fornite ogni due giorni e che seppur su Booking era indicato che la camera era tripla in realtà il terzo letto sarebbe stato aggiunto solo in caso di presenza di una terza persona (cosa un po’ impossibile dato che lo spazio era veramente ristretto). Per quanto riguarda il problema col in wc nessuna menzione da parte della struttura, non sapendo come fare, anche solo per utilizzare il bagno, e non ricevendo assistenza, siamo dovuti andare via e cercare un’altra struttura. La struttura non ci ha rimborsato ne ha cercato di venirci incontro in alcun modo.

• Jeanett (5/5): Føler meg lurt, misvisende da det ikke var rooftop med utgang oppe og ekkel madrass - Stor størrelse på rommet. Gratis vann Renholdet var så som så, svartsopp i dusjen. Maur på rommet. Madrassen av skumm var oppsmuldret så kom støv over alt. Du måtte selv ta kontakt for å få rommet vasket. Frokosten var en kurv med kaker som skulle være frokosten for hele oppholdet. Kake til frokost er ikke min type frokost. At heisen kostet penger. Prinsippsak da man ikke har vekslepenger når man kommer og da må gå opp 11 etg. Mye bråk utenfra (tuting fra trafikken men det kan man nok ikke unngå) vinduet var plukk råte så når det regnet den ene dagen kom det vann inn på badet og soverommet. Ingen stol på rommet så når du vil slappe av er det kun senga du sover i. Heller ikke balkong eller den berømte toppen med utsikt.

Abbiamo riservato una matrimoniale più lettino per la mia bambina di otto anni. Il letto per la bambina era semplicemente una rete con sopra un materassino sottilissimo tanto che è stato impossibile dormirci sopra, si toccava il ferro, in più era diviso a pezzi. Il condizionatore era rotto da due giorni ma ci hanno lasciato una stufa in dotazione. La porta esterna non si chiudeva ( se non dall’interno con la chiave) e purtroppo gli ospiti la lasciavano sempre aperta.

• Nikoletta (9/5): It was perfectly fine for one night and convenient for catching an early train. - We stayed here for one night near Naples Central Station. The apartment has a modern design and the view from the terrace is really beautiful. However, the room itself was quite small, and the extra bed was unfortunately not comfortable at all – the mattress was uneven, and the bed frame felt a bit unstable, placed right next to the double bed. The bathroom could use some maintenance, as one of the cabinet doors was loose, and there was no bath mat or bin inside, which would have been useful. The neighborhood around the station is quite rough, and while it’s understandable given the location, it’s not the kind of area where you’d want to walk around too much at night. Overall, it was perfectly fine for one night and convenient for catching an early train.
• Susanne (4/5): - Sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof, Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber In meinem Zimmer waren alle fußleisten und die Dusche verschlimmert sowie der Vorhang hatte unten einen Rand durch Feuchtigkeit, um in die appartments zu kommen muss man mit dem aufzug in das 11. Stockwerk fahren, dies kostet pro Fahrt aber 10 Cent, die muss man also am besten davor haben. Ich war alleine als Frau unterwegs und habe die Gegend abends als nicht sehr sicher wahrgenommen und bin deshalb abends lieber im Zimmer geblieben.

Consiglierei solo una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. - Ottima posizione in quanto adiacente alla stazione quindi per l’arrivo, la partenza e anche per spostarsi verso il centro Consiglierei qualche attenzione in più sugli utensili. Abbiamo preso una pizza ma non c’era nulla per poterla tagliare. Anche se non è preposto a questo, se ci fosse stata una posata non avrei avuto alcun disagio. Mancavano anche i bicchieri dove è situato il dispenser per l’acqua quindi ho bevuto in quelli del caffè. È terminata la carta igienica e non c’era un rotolo in più.

Breakfast is in the cafe next to the building (croissant, café), with nice staff We arrived late and it was not easy to contact/get in. Sometimes you need money for the elevator, do keep 10 cent come at hand
• Petra (4/5): - Ubytovanie bolo blízko železničnej stanici a blízko do centra. To bola jediná výhoda. Na izbe bol pristelok a mali sme vlastnú kúpeľňu ale nebola tam žiadna kuchyňa. Čo by som v názve ubytovania B&B očakávala. Na chodbe bol automat na vodu a kávovar. K dispozícii nebol žiaden kuchynský riad len plastové poháre. Dokonca sme museli platiť za cestu výťahom.

Apróbb hiányosságok, amit 1 jó szakember meg tud javítani: az egyik szobába a wc tartály folyt, a klíma csöpögött, az erkélyen a székek megértek a cserére, mert mindegyik törött volt. Ha ezek javítása megtörténik. szuper kis szobák lesznek

• Manar (7/5): It was good, clean and next to Metro and central station. - It was so near to the train station, many shops under the hotel, the view from our room was wonderful, smart tv, bathroom so clean, the bed was big and comfortable, it was a good hairdryer. The breakfast was included but it was more like snacks, and in the hotel page wrote that it is possible to help us to go to the airport but this wasn’t really right!

• Michał (3/5): Room OK but communication with a host terrible - - the room was clean, nice and new - the view was great - close to train station - good transport - close to train station - the area seemed very dangerous - very old building - the main reason why my review is so low: the communication with the host is HORRIBLE and it made our stay quite stressful. Here is an explanation why: We had a late-night flight, which we clearly communicated to the host in advance - and he confirmed it was okay. At first, he replied to our messages, but then stopped responding. When we later informed him about a two-hour delay, he went completely silent - even though we were still arriving late at night, as originally agreed. We landed in Naples not knowing if we had a place to stay. Only after asking whether we should look for another accommodation did he finally respond. The check-in process, when it finally happened, was rushed and disorganized. Instead of sending clear instructions beforehand, he messaged us in a stressed, impatient way. It felt like we were bothering him - which made the whole experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. In the end, we couldn’t understand why he didn’t just send the check-in info earlier. It would have saved us a lot of stress and confusion.
• Toni (4/5): It was fine for one night - Convenient for early flight out of Naples. Had free water in the hallway Be aware it is in the not great part of town. We chose it because it was close to the main station and we had really early flight. Also the checkin can be until 7 which was not very convenient, thankfully the host made an exception as we were arriving late from capri. We were there on the hottest days so 11 floors up a really stuffy elevator was not great. There’s an air conditioner but it is not great in the heat. The bathroom smelled of mould , although it looked clean. There were searing options on the balcony but they were very broken.

• David (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Property is deceiving, thin walls I can hear each time the next room flushed the bathroom and kept me up all night ! Walls was like paper , property is outdated , single bed in my room felt like a hostel . Also you need 10cent coin for the elevator each time you use it . I had to go to a local shop to exchange . This property was located on the 11th floor! Everything ! Was not pleasant . Location is decent if you need the train but I had a car and had to pay 30 euros for overnight parking

• Judith (7/5): Good - Very clean and comfortable. You could help yourself to coffee, juice and water in the halfway as well as the breakfast items. The wi-fi wasn't working and the shutter for the large windows didn't close more than 2/3, so it was very bright from early morning. We reported both issues but there was no change. We understand that resorting a damaged shutter isn't going to happen in 2 days but the wi-fi could probably have been resolved by simply restarting the box. Check-in was difficult. We had an arrival time but there was nobody to meet us and we then had trouble contacting the host - we had low phone batteries and weren't able to connect to WhatsApp to call that way. The concierge of the building helped us to phone the host, and we then had to go up to the 11th floor and then call again to find the keys. The lift (the apartment is on the 11th floor) requires 10 cents each time it has to move during the day - this is essential information which was not provided and caused further difficulty as we didn't have anything smaller than 20€. We were tired, and the hassle of check-in was unpleasant and took almost half an hour. A simple email before arrival giving all the necessary information would have been much more helpful.

• Estefania (5/5): Is not worth the price! - Close to the main station, bars & restaurants in the area! Apartment was on the last floor, it has a nice balcony with a nice view. Right at the beginning was chaotic. We had to wait for the owner for 30’ plus more 30’ for the room to be ready (and we arrived after 14:00) To go up and down with the elevator, you have to put every time 0,10 cents. U better not forget the coins! The room was veeery small for three people. In the bathroom, there’s nothing where to put your things. Not even to hang towels. The wc doesn’t even have a lid to sit on. And the shower has not much pressure. In the room, there’s not enough place to open your luggage. The coffee machine didn’t work, the owner said he would take it to fix it but didn’t happen. We basically paid for a breakfast and didn’t really have one. They offer milk and juice but there’s not even a fridge where to conserve them. And what they offer as “breakfast” are all this sugary snacks that you wouldn’t have to start the day.

Considering it's very close to the train station you wouldn't expect such nice rooms with a very nice view of Mt Vesuvius. • Diana (10/5): Grateful to have found the Roof top - My booking was very last minute but the owner was very kind and had it ready for me. His kindness was much appreciated. I will certainly book again should I need to stay over in Naples in the future. Nothing to complain about as I said above.
