- Damhorst (7/5): Great location, comfortable, but has some issues. - I liked that there was plenty of room, that each room had air and plenty of hangers. The washer was convenient. The location was great. I did not like the process of gathering the keys and checking in. We waited outside for an hour. We were in communication, but they could have sent someone else when the person we were suppose to meet was tied up with another property. They have a policy of charging a late fee if you don't arrive on time, but don't reimburse their guest that fee when they run late. The onsite additional charges were quite high. Finally, the process of check-in took an hour. We had something scheduled that night, so the 2 hour total (hour wait and hour check-in) was really frustrating. We asked them to wave their fees. They weren't even willing to compromise. The apartment was really hot. While they had room air conditioners, it didn't really cool the apartment or the master.
