• Anna (10/5): - Мне очень понравился этот вариант. Апартаменты на 3 номера + кухня на 4 этаже обычного дома. Просторный номер со всеми удобствами, очень уютно оформленный. Завтрак накрывается на кухне, в холодильнике у каждой комнаты своя полка. Кухня доступна весь день. Близко от метро, автобус прямо около дома. Легко добираться до центра. Вокруг есть магазины. Мара была очень любезна, мы легко общались через переводчик. Всё очень понравилось, не к чему придраться.

Смачний сніданок, на вибір багато «легких» смаколиків. Оперативно усунули проблему з інтернетом в період проживання. Тепло та наявна гаряча вода. З радістю повернулись би ще раз. При заселенні, яке завчасно було повністю оплачено, повідомили про додаткову оплату в розмірі 48 євро за 4 ночі за 2 осіб (туристичний збір зі слів власниці апартаментів). При бронюванні даної інформації на сайті (Букінгу) апартаментів не було й відповідно розбиратись з цим / шукати інше житло не було часу та можливості, тому завчасно уточнюйте про додаткові платежі або зручності.

Anche se la colazione in struttura è buona A un passo da metro, bus che portano in centro o a vari musei. Convenzionato con autorimessa e guardia sempre presenti a un costo basso rispetto ad altre strutture. Proprietaria gentilissima! Non adatto per persone con disabilità Bagno senza bidet ma con doccino. Consiglio di mettere asciugamani bianchi e accessori migliori per mettere gli oggetti in bagno. • Bruno Silva (10/5): Great place on Rome - Close to Subway, Bus stop, restaurants and all the facilities. The room was a good space and comfortable. The hostess was attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast with access to a coffee machine, toaster, lactose-free milk, bread, cheese and ham. Also we had croissants from a bakery and pies. Nothing to complain about.

A very nice and communicative host who gave me clear instructions on the access and usage of the room. A nice and clean shower and the bedroom. My room overlooked the main street, which was very noisy, even at midnight. The air conditioner in the neighbouring facility was producing a loud, low-pitched noise, which disturbed my sleep until very late. This really needs an upgrade.

The air-conditioning worked well, even though it was extremely hot outside. We also appreciated the location which was away from all the crowds and very close to a metro station. We were surprised by the good taste in decor, the vintage elements gave the room a special touch. Easy communication with the owner overall and we also got the parking spot for our car. Especially in a place like Rome where You go around and walk like crazy it is important to have a good night sleep and easy access to everywhere. Only slightly negative thing was outdoor's noisy lock, one night we came back very late and I am afraid the lock may have woken someone up. On the daytime You won't notice it.

The owner was very nice and we got along very well. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose and also fruit. I would choose this accommodation again.

There was a room service every day, and on the 2nd day our towels were changed.The room and the bathroom were always clean. Breakfast is provided by the over in a self service kitchen. Delicious coffee I must say! Location is very convenient, a few steps away from the metro station, and what’s important the neighbourhood isn’t noisy at night. Nothing to complain about.

• Tong (9/5): Great nights in Roma with pleasant stays. - Host Davide is kind. When we arrived late because of the traffic, he waited for us patiently. He kindly introduced the room and kitchen, and recommended some delicious restaurants to us. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. There are Wi-Fi, TV and enough charges. Breakfast was provided and we can help ourselves in the kitchen. The metro station is just 5 mins walk, so it is convenient. The quilt is a little thin for the cold night. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, you can hear the sound from next door. Although there is metro station nearby, the hotel is a little bit far from the center.
