• Le Cosquer (8/5): - Super emplacement, bonne literie (1m90 je pense), super exposition de terrasse, soleil de 9h30 à 12h30 Les 2 lits simples dans la chambre qui donne accès à la terrasse et à la salle de bain ne permettent pas aux enfants de faire la grâce matinée,le lit double dans cette chambre aurait été plus simple. Télé en italien, nous avons dû acheter un câble pour pouvoir regarder Netflix. Machine à café à l'italienne.

• Mary (4/5): Noisy apartment - The location was good. Close to all major attractions. The beds were comfy and clean. Poor range of crockery and kitchen equipment including broken toaster. Noise from outside during evening and night time caused much disturbance. The property would benefit from double glazing.

• galien (9/5): Bien situé près dû Duomo - L’emplacement A l’arrivée ça a pris 30 minutes avant que l’homme qui était dans l’entrée s’identifie pour nous dire que c’est lui qui nous ouvrait la porte… j’ai du communiquer avec l’hôte c’était stressant

• Claire-Héloïse (9/5): Très bon séjour à Florence - Appartement très bien placé, à proximité du Duomo et de la vie florentine. Les deux gares sont à moins de 2km du logement et permettent de le rejoindre à pied. L’appartement est calme et bien agencé.

A complimentary bottle of wine went down well. A bit of a janky layout (somewhat typical of older European homes), particularly with the bathroom being accessible only through the second bedroom which was a bit inconvenient
• Evgeny (5/5): Location is good, but I found hosts and procedure unfriendly. - Location Annoying messaging from the host, checkin procedure with IDs, Selfies with IDs; sending passport copies after the checkin; arrival and departure time request; sending code, etc. Annoying notes what is prohibited, and strictly prohibited. Garbage should be collected and brought to the city garbage bins. There are two rooms, one close to the bathroom, from the other you need to pass through the entrance/kitchen and the first room, which is not nice.
• Michael (9/5): Would stay again - The property was in an excellent location 10 minutes walk from the tram from the airport . Easy walking distance to the museum and other tourist attractions . The apartment was clean and comfortable The staff were very quick to respond to WhatsApp texts. The only negative was the bathroom and toilet can only be accessed through the bedroom.

• Lisa (7/5): Lovely central appartment - Beautifully decorated appartment. Good location. All required utensils and facilities. Lovely personalised touch with wine bottle left. Checking in process was quite convoluted, having to do online form and take pictures of passport. We were doing a 10 day tour of tuscany stating in several different places, and this was the most annoying in terms of check in. Kept chasing you to complete online a minimum of 48hrs in advance, whilst you're busy on holiday doing other things. Lots of rules and notes around the apprtment. They must've had guests that have misbehaved previously. I stayed in the bedroom at the front and it was incredibly loud with noise from the street, despite having windows such and apparently double glazed. Slightly annoying that bathroom is accessed via the 2nd bedroom. This meant bathroom was inaccessible overnight without me walking through my friends bedroom.
• Adriana (8/5): Clean and comfortable stay for a family with children. - The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning in the rooms didn’t work to its full potential.
• Jo (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - I stayed with my young family for a lovely weekend. Great location, very clean and good facilities. Really comfortable beds and lovely balcony. Key collection was really easy - I was worried about this as it was listed in some reviews but I chatted to the hosts in the build up (on Whatsapp) and they were really attentive. The main bathroom was through the twin room, which was fine for us as a family. There was no safe.
• Mike DePinto (6/5): - Your belongings may not be safe. The morning of our first day our room was broken into and all our belongings were gone through. Luckily only a couple of items were taken. The apartment is controlled by a code on the outside door (which we found left open many times during our stay) and a code on the inside door. Only one key is available for the dead bolt that is also on the apartment door. With 4 of us staying there and not sure if we would all arrive back at the same time, we left the dead bolt unlocked thinking the two codes for door would be enough to keep our stuff safe. It was not and someone pried the door open to get in. Looking at the lock area it seemed to have been repaired before so it may not have been the first time this has happened. Also, getting to the bathroom requires you to go through one of the bedrooms which can be problematic if everyone is not on the same schedule. The apartment is walking distance to many spots and would have been enjoyable stay if not for the break in.

• Abigail (10/5): - Nice apartment with a cute little balcony. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and the area itself was perfect. We walked everywhere and there is so much nearby and it’s a very safe area whether your with friends or even alone.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Bring your earplugs - It was very noisy. The front windows of the apartment are old and do not block noise from the street. The interior shutters meant to help create a second barrier do not close properly. One of the bedrooms faces the street and it was loud. At one point, a work truck arrived at 6 AM and began working on the street. The noise made the experience very uncomfortable for sleeping.
• Bumblebeesh (8/5): Living Locally - The apartments were very comfortable and were nice and cool even during a time that was fairly hot in Florence. There was also air conditioning in all the rooms that really helped to take the edge off after spending all day walking around the town. The shower facilities were good and the beds were comfortable. The hosts communicated with us very clearly and well, and made you feel very welcome so we appreciated that. There was also a lot of good information kept in the booklets about the town and the history around you and we were given a bottle of wine to try. Also my partner was very pleased with being able to use a traditional mocha pot, it made the coffee taste delicious. There wasn't too much that we didn't like, but there are a few things to probably be aware of. The one bathroom in the whole apartment is connected to the bedroom that has two singles in it. Meaning if you're staying in a double room, you have to go through the single bedroom in the middle of the night if you need to use the toilet. Not an issue too much if you have kids - but if you're a group of friends, you just need to get comfortable beforehand! Otherwise, great stay.

• Volodymyr (7/5): Good - Everything was fine, but was so so cold inside of an apartment. Everybody was sleeping in their clothes! I would not recommend this apartment at the winter time! Location is perfect! Inside was clean and tidy. It was so kind to get as present bottle of white wine;)

• Olivier (8/5): Voyage en famille - Appartement bien situé à 500m du duomo. L’appartement est bien équipé, Clim, cuisine toute équipée, mobilier neuf. Le système de Check in autonome fonctionne très bien. Par contre, la douche mériterait d’avoir des joints neufs, et c’est très bruyant côté rue. Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolés du tout, vous entendez tout !
