• Mél Xena (5/5): Isolation phonique catastrophique dommage car hôte très sympathique. - La disponibilité et la sympathie de l'hôte. La bouteille de vin à l'arrivée. Le manque d'isolation phonique a gâché un peu notre séjour et surtout nos nuits. Il fût difficile de dormir tellement nous entendions aussi bien les voisins que le bruit de la circulation. Une vraie catastrophe à ce niveau. C'est dommage. Je suis d'ailleurs étonnée de ne pas avoir retrouvé des commentaires négatifs par rapport à cela. Aussi je trouve qu'il manque certaines choses comme un essuie vaisselle par exemple ou encore du produit adapté pour nettoyer la table ainsi que des essuies tout. Pour le papier toilette, deux rouleaux c'est vraiment limite. Et du coup 48€ pour la taxe de séjour pour deux personnes et 4 nuits nous semble énorme. Surtout que pour la propreté ce n'est pas exceptionnel surtout la salle de bain.

• Elena (8/5): - El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Está muy bien equipado. Está situado a las afueras de Florencia, pero bien comunicado. Llegas al centro en menos de 20 min. Hay una cafeteria para desayunar genial cerca y una pizzería estupenda. En el dormitorio no había "cortinas oscurecedoras", y la del salón está bloqueada, por lo que solo cubre la mitad de la ventana. Esto hace que entre muchísima luz en cuanto sale el sol. Si eres de las que no puede dormir con luz, tendrás problemas. El apartamento está en una calle principal de entrada/salida a la ciudad. Hay tráfico desde las 6:00 hasta las 24:00. Y se oye muchísimo. El colchón de la cama principal se hunde. No nos ha parecido nada cómodo.,
• melanie (9/5): Fabulously equipped and spacious apartment in Florence. - The apartment itself was fantastic. There was so much more included than you often get in a self catering accommodation, lots of towels, toilet rolls, cleaning equipment, coffee machine and pods and every utensil/crockery etc that you would need. The shower was lovely and powerful, the bed was comfy and we liked the location. Very easy to get 3 different buses from 2 different stops but we also walked a lot and felt extremely safe at all times. Sylvia the owner was full of wonderful information and was extremely helpful and responded to messages almost instantly! We thoroughly enjoyed using the apartment as a base to explore Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre which were easy to do with the rail network and we stayed 6 nights, excellent value for money. I can't lie, it was pretty noisy. We had our ear plugs to sleep and still sometimes struggled, but we didn't let it spoil our holiday. Traffic is quite constant but it also sounds like the neighbours are in your apartment too, we could hear their conversation and tv whenever they were home.and the lovely wooden front door was heavy and made quite the noise on closing! Also, you need a sleep mask because the shutters in the bedroom have gaps which lets in the morning sun, but easily solved with an eye mask.
• Marcin (9/5): Pobyt się udał - Lokalizacja korzystna, przystanek autobusowy przy samym mieszkaniu. Trochę słychac odgłosy z ulicy, w nocy nie odczuwalny wieczorem i nad ranem juz tak. Generalnie wszystko w mieszkaniu było, nawet ekspres z kapsułkami do kawy odgłosy z ulicy odczuwalne nad ranem czy wieczorem. Na szczeście nie w nocy

• audrey (9/5): Séjour très agreable et confortable - Décoration soignée, tout confort, quartier très agréable et proche du centre ville avec des transports à proximité. On se sent comme à la maison! La rue est très passante et donc bruyante malgré le double vitrage

• Arnaud (8/5): Belle découverte florentine - Possibilité de se rendre aisément dans le centre de Florence avec une ligne de bus face au logement. Pour les plus courageux la marche à pied est très agréable également ! Hôte agréable et réactive et climatisation très agréable l’été !

• Chloe (8/5): - Emplacement idéal quand on vient en voiture, il faut tout de même marcher un peu pour accéder au centre ville. celà ne nous a pas déranger puis c'est le prix à payer quand on a une voiture dans les grandes villes... Le logement était fonctionnel et propre. Matelas pas très confortable et le bruit de la circulation. Très passant aux heures de pointe, préparez des bouchons d'oreilles au petit matin.

• Andrea (10/5): It was wonderful overall. Good price and great stay for 4 days. - The apartment was clean and quiet. It was nice to be able to cook, and the grocery was a nearby walk. Nothing.

She welcomed us with a bottle of wine and she was extremely responsive on Whatsapp. It would be awesome to have hair shampoo, toothpaste in the bathroom, and a tissue box in the living room as well.

We've got a good bottle of wine complimentary from the owner and good coffee pods! We really enjoyed our staying in the apartment! We could hear the noise from the road, but in fact were so tired, that it didn't really bother us!
• Dragana (10/5): A charming apartment for a short stay - The apartment is very clean and charming. Silvia is helpful and communication with her is easy. In front of the building is a bus number 11 that takes you everywhere. You have a little kitchen, and a clean bathroom. Silvia left a complimentary bottle of wine. It was very good 👍 In total it was a great stay. The street is very busy with traffic, and if you have a light sleep like me, it can be a problem. It's very loud. If you want a peaceful night this is not for you.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing start to our Italian adventure. - Beautiful, clean, well equipped. Short ride on a bus into the centre of Florence. Host was very attentive through WhatsApp messages. Florence is absolutely beautiful. Too much to see and do! Loved our stay.
• Peter (7/5): Nice place but too loud for light sleepers, poorly located for tourists - Very nice appartement with plenty of space for two. Comfortable bed, proper shower and full kitchen/dining area with cozy living room area. Extremely noisy. The Main Street below is very loud with cars, buses and motorcycles passing at all hours. The bedroom windows do very little to muffle the sound. This apartment is not for light sleepers. My girlfriend got very little sleep during our stay. Our neighbours in the building weren’t particularly loud, but at times we could hear every word of their conversation. The walls are very thin. Luckily we didn’t have noisy neighbours. Poorly situated for tourists. The closest bus stop into the city center is right in front of the apartment however the bus doesn’t come very often and it doesn’t return late in the evening. Walking to the city center is a good hour. Very little to see and do around the apartment itself. No proper grocery store anywhere close. One small restaurant and a McDonald’s within walking distance. One bakery/cafe and another cafe also nearby.

• Mary (10/5): A good place to stay. - Clean and comfortable Some Dining chairs were shaky but worked. The host reported they were planning to replace them.

• Bartosz (9/5): It was great, memorable and very good. Great place to stay over for a few nights. - It was clean, nice and spacious. Very close to the bus stop and not so far away from the city center. Great contact with apartment owner. Due to rather busy street next to apartment it's quite noisy (mostly because of the scooters). Apartment is on the top of the hill so if you want to walk there be prepared for little climbing.
• Kimmons (9/5): A good stay overall - The location was pretty nice. Close to a supermarket and other shops and bus stops. Great value per night and having a whole apartment was nice. Only things out of our control. They had to fix a water main, so we didn't have water for a day. Probably could have used a thicker mattress (but I'm a heavy guy anyway), so overall, not a bad experience.
• Gemstar7 (10/5): Exceptional - Not only is Gelsomino absolutely stunning, Silva also was so very kind recommending walks and having everything prepared for arrival. Her interior design is beautiful and I felt more at home then ever in her place. Even to text me on my birthday sending birthday wishes which was very personal and out of her way. I would not think twice about booking Gelsomino ( my lucky number 7 is in the address,) is homely, warm, private, luxurious and comfortable, and for the price, a bargin! If you want a beautiful place to rest your head with all the comforts of home plus added luxuries, book now!

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing flat, well equipped, well connected to the center. Being south of the river means you also get to explore the city more. Check-in & checkout was smooth, great communication with the host. During the week, the traffic noise was a bit much from 8 AM. No issues on weekends at all.

• Santeri (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy, unique, beautifully furnished apartment. Wonderful hostess. It was a pleasure to stay here. Bus stop just opposite the house. The apartment is easy to reach by bus, takes about 20 min from the city center. We were a group of 3. The double bed was comfortable and big enough. The couch was not as comfortable as hoped for sleeping but it was OK and manageable.
