Floors were scratched and damaged, items of furniture were damaged and the water pressure/ temperature was very poor. There was excessive dust in areas of the property such as the headboards in the bedrooms.

• mohammed alzamel (1/5): Apartment reached 34°C, not habitable, and early check-out was refused - The location was acceptable, but unfortunately the overall experience was ruined by the apartment condition and the way the issue was handled. The apartment was extremely hot and not suitable for staying or sleeping. The indoor temperature reached around 34°C, even after I followed all the property’s instructions: switching off/reducing the heating, opening the windows, turning on the AC, setting it to a low temperature, and waiting for several hours. The property told me that the weather was unusually hot, possibly a record since 1942, and also said that the apartment was on the top/upper floor. In my view, these explanations do not solve the problem. A property offered to guests should have an effective cooling system, especially if it is on an upper floor. I reported the issue early, but there was no practical solution at night. I could not sleep and had to leave the apartment early because it was not habitable. I also asked them to record my check-out from the time I left, but they refused and said the check-out date would remain as originally booked until management investigated. This was very disappointing, as it made me feel they wanted to keep charging me for another night even though I had already left due to the condition of the apartment. Overall, the cooling was not effective, the apartment was unbearably hot, and the handling of the issue was poor. I would strongly warn future guests to be careful, especially during warm weather.

• Ranger80pl1 (9/5): - Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie z dwoma łazienkami kuchnią i pralką. W jednym z pokoi nie działała klimatyzacja przez co było bardzo gorąco, wieczorem otwarcie okna niewiele zmieniało. Do tego dochodził dość mocno słyszalny hałas z ulicy.

• Albert (3/5): passable but would not return. - Good location, clean apartment Interior design was not functional as there was no hooks to hang towels and no toilet roll holder in the toilet. We were only provided with 1 toilet roll for a 6 day stay. There was some cooking equipment but not even a tea towels to wipe kitchen bench. One of the doors could not close, another door refuses to stay open. Generally speaking the apartment was passable but I would not book again.

• Harry (4/5): Dissatisfied and won’t be returning - Location was ok When we arrived at 4.30pm the cleaner was still in the property, and everywhere was a mess, then disappeared for an hour before returning to finish the job. This ruined our first night of the two night stay as we ended up missing our table reservation we had planned the trip around. The apartment should have been ready for 4pm but we didn’t get the apartment till after 6pm. Very disappointing. The apartment was ok once clean but lacked maintenance.

Bien situé à Londres, à côté de Victoria station et des plusieurs restaurants. A côté d'une rue avec beaucoup de circulation la nuit, lits de 120cm de large, poussière sous les lits .

• valentina (7/5): Comodo appartamento vicino a Victoria station , dotazioni essenziali , buon rapporto qualità prezzo - L’appartamento ero spazioso e pulito e in posizione comoda con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo Mancava di un po’ di manutenzione (ad esempio uno dei due wc non funzionava bene e anche alcune finestre), i letti alla francese erano piccoli per due adulti e non c’è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli

• Miguel Angel (9/5): Visita con grupo de amigos - Limpieza muy aceptable, espacios cómodos que permiten una buena estancia para grupos. Bastante menaje, amenities de baño y TV con smart tv. Buena ubicación, tanto para ir andando a algunos lugares de interés turístico como posibilidad de coger transporte público. Hay varios supermercados en las inmediaciones, restaurantes y un par de locales con servicio de consigna para maletas. Buena combinación con cualquiera de los aeropuertos. No nos importaría repetir! La moqueta de las escaleras y el pasillo está un poco envejecida. Faltaría algún trapo extra en la cocina y estropajo con jabón.

We came and the carpets were being replaced in the hall ways which was annoying but it was a good experience throughout. The rooms were smaller than expected but very comfortable.

Tuvimos que pasar la primera noche en un hotel, porque no me dieron el código de acceso al apartamento. AVISO: NO HAY RECEPCIÓN 24 HORAS, como indica la descripción del apartamento. Es un teléfono virtual que te deriva a un contestador. No pude hacer el checking on line antes de la llegada y no se pusieron en contacto conmigo porque el teléfono estaba mal. Estuve enviando correos y me derivaban a otro link donde chequear, pero en todos los correos enviados y recibidos, en ningún momento me indican el error. ¿Culpa del apartamento? ¿Culpa de booking? No sé, pero booking no se hace cargo de la noche de hotel y yo pagué una noche extra en el apartamento, que no me devuelven. Lo doy por perdido, pero no vuelvo a contratar nunca más a través de booking. Además que si se contrata desde la página web del hotel/apartamento, sale muchiiiiisimo más barato. Booking 0.

It sounds silly but small things make a difference, whilst there's a dishwasher i expect there to be dishwashibg liquid to wash things up. It also wouldn't help for small staples, such as salt and pepper, to be available.

• Abbey (7/5): Would stay again, however checking in process should be highlighted prior to booking. - The property was spacious, easy to get in and out and secure. The apartment we were assigned was not the same apartment seen in the photos. Once booked (on a non-refundable rate as that was the only one offered) I then had to go through a lengthy process to check in. This included following link to external website, scanning my ID, taking a live photograph and then doing a £200 security deposit which I do not recall seeing on the booking.com advertisement. I was sceptical of completing this but as the booking was none refundable I proceeded with it.

• Holly (5/5): Pleasant apartment however unpleasant staff - The apartment was lovely, very spacious and the decor was very modern. Great location, very close to Victoria tube station. There were several things that let this property down. Although the decor was modern and up to date, it has been either well worn or not taken care of. There are definite updates that need completing. The windows in our particular apartment were very hard to open/ close, and one was actually bolted shut due to being “unsafe”. We had addressed this with maintenance as we were unable to close one of the window doors for the duration of our stay. They didn’t actually care about this or resolve this until the morning of our checkout so the apartment was actually unsecured and freezing our whole trip. The lock on the front door is also very temperamental. I can only assume that it is meant to lock behind you however it seems to lock onto the catch meaning it doesn’t shut behind you - just something to be aware of as it happened to us every time we left the apartment. We then had to type in the code whilst the door was open to turn the lock so we could shut it. There was also a poster put up in and around the apartment building regarding a man who had been into the apartments i assume without permission, and to ensure that he is not let into the apartment by anyone staying there. This left us, 3 girls, feeling quite uneasy as stated above our apartment was actually unsecured due to maintenance not addressing our issue. The staff, particularly the cleaner and the maintenance man also need to have a few lessons regarding etiquette and personal skills. The professionalism my friends and I received from them was far from adequate for a business, and as a paying customer, the manner in which we were spoken to by both members of staff was just not acceptable. It’s a shame that there were several factors that let this apartment down, as the apartment itself and the location is absolutely perfect. We would definitely have returned based on the apartment alone, however basic respect and manners wouldn’t go a miss.

• ANTONIS (8/5): - Ήταν ένα ωραίο άνετο ,καθαρό διαμέρισμα με μεγάλα παράθυρα και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,δίπλα στο σταθμό Βικτόρια. Η περιοχή κοντά στα ανάκτορα του Μπακινχαμ. Οργανωμένη κουζίνα,καθαρά μπάνια και σεντόνια. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά !! Τα διπλά κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ μικρά ίσως λιγότερο και από 1,40cm,όταν άλλαζες πλευρό έκαναν θόρυβο(όχι πολύ) και το στρώμα ήταν λίγο ταλαιπωρημένο. Μείναμε 5 ημέρες και ενώ ενημερώσαμε τον ιδιοκτήτη ότι από την 1η ημέρα το ασανσέρ δεν δούλευε,αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ!!! Ευτυχώς ήμασταν στον 3ο όροφό και όχι στον 5ο όπως κάποιοι άλλοι
