Wifi is 4G and barely adequate for Netflix or anything Washing machines door sensor I reckon is faulty - door requires a good slam so it will start

- Krzysztof (7/5): Good - Good localisation. Nice and secure neighborhood. Easy access to the public transport. Dialog upfront fro receiving the access codes and key. It took 3 days. There was a error in the receiving access data. It was almost not possible to explain the problem.

- Thomas (5/5): Passable - location was fine for some of the places we wanted to go see couldnt get anyone to talk too just a robot answering service that was useless tried to report no tv or at least we couldnt get it to work other than radio how cold it was as there was a door missing between lounge and patio so all heat escaped outside other problems that could have been fixed had we been able to speak to a human

I suggest you to stay other hotels/aparts. Administrators don’t reply on time, customer service give misleading information but, they don’t accept anything. Not a customer friendly place!
