The room was great, clean and spacious but there needs to be like a nook or something where someone could work easily on their laptop.

Mohammad Javad (5/5): The hotel is just good for the working travels and not suitable for family. - The property’s location is very good, how ever it is hard to get a taxi. The staff is not hospitable and they work for theirselves. There is no facilities for getting birthday. Most of them behaved cold and distant.

Hasan (9/5): Hat sehr spaß gemacht und absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Personal war das was rausgestochen hat. Unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Austattung, Sauberkeit etc. sowieso top. Die Lage ist auch sehr angenehm, nicht so viel los. Die Metro ist mit einem etwa 10-minütigem Spaziergang zu erreichen.

Dina (7/5): Wish I could have used the swimming pool. - The breakfast was good. The location is quite remote but well suited for access to the airport via subway. I mainly booked as the hotel had a swimming pool. However, the working hours were such that it was impossible for me to really use it -- opening at 10 am? As a global traveller, I have never seen such working time. No pool opens after 8 am, as for most people swimming is a morning activity. This was disappointing. One should have a swimming pool open in the morning to be able to use it and then go about one's daily tasks.

Akif (1/5): Teleurstelling!!! - Niks Een grote teleurstelling!!! Vanaf het moment dat je aankomt is deze plek één grote teleurstelling. Geen ontvangst, geen uitleg, geen begeleiding — je staat er volledig alleen voor. Met al je koffers moet je een trap op zonder lift, en niemand die ook maar enige moeite doet om te helpen. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, is er geen enkele parkeermogelijkheid, wat de aankomst onnodig stressvol maakt. Wat het helemaal afmaakt: de foto’s zijn ronduit misleidend. Wat je online ziet, heeft weinig tot niets te maken met de werkelijkheid. De verwachtingen die gewekt worden, worden op geen enkele manier waargemaakt. Deze accommodatie is geen enkele ster waardig. Een vreselijke ervaring vanaf het eerste moment. Absoluut geen aanrader.

I think the price was disgustingI If we had had Champagne I would have expected to pay that price but for Prosecco I think was disgraceful!!

Kevin (5/5): Unfortunately bad experience with Service, which could have handled much better.... - Nice Hotel at all, good Services available, nice breakfast and dinner opportunities. Rooms are clean and comfortable, Minibar + Room Service is offering everything needed Unfortunately, I had a bad experience in one night, as there has been a group of people in the room next door having a room party with loud music. As the people had several rooms they entered and left the room a lot of times and I woke up because of the loud door + music at 2am. As I wasnt able to sleep anymore, I called the Service at a around 4am to intervene or stop the party. After several minutes nothing happened, so I needed to jump out of the room, go to the reception and ask for another room. After longer discussion I got another room for the night instead of they acted against the party people. Unfortunately, they asked me about some missing stuff of the minibar of the other room, which I did not take out but needed to pay in the end. On top of that I did not get any sorry or discount. Overall bad experience with the Service in such a premium Hotel what is really make me think of choosing this hotel again in the future...
