I believe alternate day cleaning only and when I asked the staff, I was told I need to inform the cleaning staff in the morning when I want my room clean. Breakfast choice is quite limited.

• Giga (9/5): A beautifully designed hotel with attentive staff and an unbeatable Chinatown location — a great stay all around, with o - The design is the standout — a genuinely beautiful hotel inside and out. Warm wooden details, a well-considered color palette, and high-quality materials throughout give the whole place an elevated, intentional feel. The rooms carry that same quality: spotlessly clean with a great overall feel. Facilities are excellent across the board. The staff were a real highlight. They let us store our luggage when we arrived early and later accommodated a 2–3 hour early check-in, which made a big difference for us. Breakfast was a really good experience. The 6:30–11:00 window is generous and convenient, and the glass-roofed veranda-style dining area is spacious and a lovely spot to start the day. The egg omelet in particular was excellent — juicy and genuinely delicious. Location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Chinatown. You’re right in the heart of it, directly next to the Chinatown mall (not upscale, but plenty of shops and food options) and within easy reach of the main sights. The only thing I’d note is the breakfast variety — it was very good quality, but a wider selection of items and dishes would take it from good to excellent.

• Karolina (9/5): Comfortable stay in a great location, spacious and comfy rooms - The hotel has a great location in Chinatown, next to a subway station, but in a quieter street. There is a 7/11, some food options, a pharmacy in the same building. A few streets away there is a small laundry point. The hotel itself is very nice, the common spaces and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The room has good ventilation and our laundry dried quickly. I would book it again. We did not use breakfast but it is offered.

• Lilli Matte (10/5): Great choice! - Location, location, location! Our room was clean & quiet. Water pressure was great, and the bed comfortable. The A/C unit worked well and quiet. The curtains blocked out the outside lights at night and daylight when we wanted to take an afternoon nap. The breakfast had a variety of food options, freshly made every morning, very affordable and service a excellent. It was very convenient to have a mall right beside the hotel where we could have all our meals if we wanted to. There were several options for massage places nearby and of course, several restaurants all around. The clear shower door bottom rail with wipe was partially broken so it made a mess after one showered. The cleaning ladies provided us with additional floor towels to mop up the mess without any hesitation.

Loved the comfort of the beds and ho - This hotel was very clean and decorated well, beds were very comfortable and in a great location, I really couldn’t fault this hotel. The only thing negative I’d say is how expensive the drinks were in the bar, we only had one and moved elsewhere.

Il se situe à une rue derrière Chinatown et à proximité d'une station de métro et également un emplacement stratégique pour les différents lieux touristiques. Vous avez un centre commercial avec un 7-Eleven juste en dessous ce qui est très pratique ! Je trouvais la chambre de l'hôtel très convenable, loin du bruit de la rue et de l'agitation du quartier chinois. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très varié. Je n'ai rien à ajouter ! Si ce n'est qu'il faudrait aussi rajouter le chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner.

Also, the room smelled a bit of stale cigarettes and breakfast options could be improved.
