It was perfect for a family of 4. Hotel offers tuktuk ride service from 8 to 6pm to train station or 1 mike away. Hotel is about 15 mins walk from the mall. There is a lot of traffic on this road. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Honest Review - The staff are really kind and nice and professional. Location is great and the unit itself is very efficient and clean. There are only two issues that I had during my stay, which could be a problem for some guests. There is no sound insulation through the front door. You can hear people doing dishes and talking from adjacent rooms even though doors are closed. Also, every time a family opens and closes their room door it echoes and vibrates, and is extremely loud. Besides that the towels are very stained and smell unclean. Otherwise the property is excellent. The staff is great.

- Ilias (4/5): Bangkok amazing but TOXIC hotel - Family stay in their 2 bedroom suite. Horrible attitude from the staff and a TOXIC weird commercial office environment in the lobby area. Rude front desk staff. “You can check Google” and so many other points - being chased for deposit receipt (scam trick) and check out. Did not feel welcomed. I should have taken a deposit from the hotel for non-performance from their side. Drainage blocked, apartment not maintained, fake bathtub, AC remote not functioning in the living area, creating lots of inconvenience. Just an horrible experience - and will definitely not come back.
- Ikhide (4/5): Way below par - Location is okay though loads of traffic. The bathrooms has a sewage like smell which comes from the drains - shower and sink. There is also mold in the shower stalls. We changed rooms as a result , to no avail. The staff are very nice though, and very helpful.

- Luke (10/5): - I recently stayed in Room 310, a 95-square-metre 2-bedroom corner suite at Walton Suites in Bangkok, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room to relax, work, or spend time with family. One bedroom featured a comfortable king-size bed, while the other had a cozy queen-size bed – both rooms were quiet, well-lit, and had ample storage space. The large corner windows filled the suite with natural light and offered pleasant city views. The separate living and dining areas gave the suite a welcoming, homely feel, and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials, perfect for preparing light meals or snacks. One of the standout features was the ducted air conditioning in every room – including both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the lounge. It kept the entire suite consistently cool and comfortable, which made a huge difference during the hot Bangkok days. The location is peaceful yet very convenient, just a short ride from Phrom Phong BTS station. Walton Suites offers a complimentary shuttle tuk tuk service to the station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and hassle-free. A big thank-you to the friendly and reliable driver who always greeted us with a smile and made sure we got there comfortably. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout the suite. - Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious and Comfortable Service Apartment - Spacious service apartment setting with comfortable and relaxing place I booked a suites with 2 rooms and a balcony(Room 702). A pity that the sofa at the living room maybe damaged which cannot support well even for normal weight. I also found that the towels were a bit old and yellowish that should be replaced with some new one. As for the location, even though a bit far from Phrom Phong BTS, which was around 10 mins walk. This hotel nearby got supermarkets, convenient stores, cafe, massage parlours and Japanese restaurants. You may consider to call grab or take the shuttle bus. But beware of the traffic jam that would happen during peak hours. As for the service, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food and shopping goods can be placed at hotel lobby area once I asked the reception. During checkout, the staff is also quick enough to notify us I have left a small luggage item in bedroom. Thank you for the quick follow up.

The room had everything,including ironing board iron, hairdryer, and washing machine/dryer with laundry detergent. Careful, the dryer will wrinkle your clothes a lot. We were provided with 2 water bottles every day but they gave us more when we asked. AC control in each room. Kitchen with cooktop and microwave/oven. Full fridge freezer. Free tuk tuk ride within 1km. Only thing missing was a coffee machine (they only provide 2 small sachets of instant coffee). Also, adding a small mirror with light would be an improvement as the lighting in the bathroom is not very good for putting on make up. Other than that, this place was perfect!

We have to wait for the room to be ready but when we return to hotel when the time is ready, the receptionist immediately approached us with keys ready, it was hassle free. - Aki (8/5): - ものすごい渋滞で、タクシーも入って行くのを嫌がるほど。周りには屋台や、簡単に食べられる場所がなく不便。部屋は大きくてとても綺麗。洗濯機があってとても助かった。

- Yi Kai Andy (4/5): - My main issue is we were charged for a pack of peanuts (we were shown a picture of it being opened even though all of the peanuts were untouched. Well.. we didn't open it so I have no idea why it s open) staff says it s open and we had to pay for it, then say we "can also not pay for it" after returning me the deposit after deducting the peanut charge of 150 baht.
- Hong Wei Jason (10/5): - Stayed three night with friend in a 2 bedroom appartment. The room was so nice and spacious with excellent natural light. The livingroom area is especially nice. Will stay again

- Richard (10/5): Amazing accommodation! - Amazing accommodation. Great value, good location, suite with everything needed. Service was wonderful. A young woman working there, long dark hair and glasses, helped me with a medical issue on my first night. She was caring, concerned, went out of her way to help me, and always asked after my health for the 10 nights I stayed there. I hope the management look after her, she's a credit to this accommodation provider.
- March (8/5): - Stayed 30 days. Quiet & clean property. Rooms are spaceous. Nice & helpful staffs. Convenient location with Japanese Store and Tops shop around the corner. Shuttle bus available to BTS station. Walking distance to Gourmet market. Will stay again.

- Lusy Puspasari (10/5): - The unit is minimalist modern with great interior. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Need an SOP for housekeeper, because they always forget something every single day i stayed there, for examples: Replenish dishwasher soap, tea, mineral water, etc. Hope WALTON Suites getting better and astonished.
- Norasilah M (10/5): - I was here for a month on work.. and it was an amazing experience! The staff treated me so well and I love the area there so easy to go anywhere anymore you can find anything..
