• David (5/5): Lower than average visit - Hotel allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin time. The male staff member there wouldn't talk to me just pointed, and then left me there. I thought it was just because he couldn't speak English and didn't like my poor japanese but then he talked to the next customer after me. We were given a "double_ bed but only one set if pillows. When I asked for more they said I could only have one but I saw the group before me leave with two
• Shari (8/5): Very nice hotel and bigger for Tokyo! - Quiet area, close to station, much bigger than most Tokyo hotel rooms, very well equipped with really everything you could possibly need! HDMI for your laptop to tv, tea kettle, wireless charging for your phone, awesome big bathroom and tub for soaking! Bed was uncomfortable! It felt like it was sinking in towards the middle … the breakfast stops serving at 9:30am sharp .. we lost track of time one morning and headed down to sneak in but a slow elevator put us at 9:33am and they wouldn’t let us in! But it’s a very nice breakfast!

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect! Best hotel out of the 7 I experienced in Japan - I love the bathtub and how lovely the service was with the generosity of the ammenties and helpful the staff was. The bed was perfect and was made nicely. Washing machine was easily accessible and had a really good app so I didn't have sit and wait for my or other washing to be done and I love the microwave, it was very clean and easy to use. all the facilities was sooooo clean. It was also really accessible to JR lines Yamanote and Keihin Tohoku and Toei asakusa and mita lines. The pillows was too soft or too hard. Maybe I could've asked for another one but ceebs. This shouldn't deter you from booking this hotel though because its the best hotel ever (in relation to money spent)

Man findet aber immer was Es war nicht möglich eine zweite Bettdecke zu bekommen, gab nur eine Stoffdecke

Just an automated coffee machine in foyer. Also, booked a special rate to have a higher level floor for the view but were given a lower room and told we had no choice due to a tour group getting priority. No compensation offered for the error.

• Vitoria (9/5): Comfortable and very clean stay - Hotel was easy to find. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Staff at a late-night check-in was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, facilities seem very new. There's tea, kettle and water available in the room. At the lobby, there was also a coffee machine and other options of tea. Lots of amenities available too. It was all great!

It’s also the little things- even if you don’t require cleaning you still her new towels and fresh bottles of water left at your door etc. there was also an umbrella wrapping machine at the entrance for when you return in the rain. 7/11 and Lawson right at your door step and free amenities. Very clean, tidy and great location
