Yuen Wah (2/5): - Our recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The amenities promised were nowhere to be found - what we anticipated as four bedrooms, a dining room, and a living room were far from reality. The photos on Expedia were highly misleading, showcasing areas that were not included in our booking. To compound matters, we were taken aback to learn that we had to share bathrooms with other guests, a crucial detail conveniently omitted from the booking information. With our group of 10, including seniors and children, this was completely unacceptable. The noise levels at night were unbearable, and the overall cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. From dusty facilities to stained and moldy blankets, as well as issues with the heating system and toilets, our stay was plagued by numerous discomforts and inconveniences. Due to the inconvenience of finding an alternative, we had no choice but to stay for the first night. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility displayed by your staff when I attempted to address these issues. Despite offering to pay for the first night and a cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist. Instead of acknowledging and rectifying the situation, the staff failed to respond adequately, leaving us feeling abandoned and frustrated. Save yourself the headache and seek accommodations elsewhere.
