L'emplacement : quartier idéal, vivant mais calme le soir L'équipement de la chambre (mini réfrigérateur, café et thé, prises de courant en nombre suffisant) Le matelas demanderait un peu plus de confort Et une boîte de mouchoirs également. Sinon tout était parfait

• Luciana (9/5): Hotel confortável próximo ao Vaticano e estação de metrô. - Quarto confortável, limpo, chuveiro bom, secador para toalhas, ar condicionado , chaleira elétrica, cafeteira e frigibar. Perto do Vaticano e ao lado de uma estação de metrô o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. Mário foi muito educado e atencioso. Café da manhã numa lanchonete bem próxima. Elevador apenas para bagagem. É necessário subir um vão de escada mas foi bem tranquilo. Nada!

He responded quickly when we had a question. We liked having a fridge and coffee maker. Good restaurants were just steps away. Close to the Vatican, St Peter’s Basilica and bus station.

• Lee (8/5): Great location, pleasant host but hard beds. - The location is excellent. Very close to the metro, shopping and the Vatican. There are several restaurants close by and Mario is very nice host. The room has the typical amenities, smart TV, safe, bar fridge. One pleasant surprise was great water pressure in the shower. If there was one thing I'd change it would be the mattress. Even just memory foam topper would be great. If it had that, it would be a definite repeat for us.

• Helge (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage und optimale ÖPNV-Anbindung. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Vatikan und der Engelsburg. Die Betreuung durch den Betreiber war herausragend gut, kompetent, zügig und stets freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Fußgängerzone, die eine der Hauptzuwegungen zum Vatikan darstellt. Dementsprechend herrscht dort durchgehend eine hohe Touristenfrequenz, mit der ein gewisser Lärmpegel einhergeht. Das Frühstück im nahegelegenen Café Mozart (ein Croissant, ein Heißgetränk sowie ein Saft jeweils nach Wahl) kann dazu gebucht werden. Ist nicht üppig aber wohl typisch italienisch. Wir haben es uns immer zu Mitnehmen geben lassen.
• Lee (9/5): Convenient location, pleasant host, accurate pictures and reasonable price for the area. - The location is great. Prati is one of the nicer neighborhoods and this place is just steps from the Ottaviano metro. So whether you’re coming in by plane or train you’re not dragging your bags 2 km after a 10 hour flight. And Mario was a very helpful and accommodating host. He had several recommendations for places to eat and was easy to reach with questions. The bed was a bit stiff, but some people like that so that’s more of a preference I suppose. And the bathroom paint / trim could use a touch up. But the place is clean, everything works well and the water pressure is solid. So it’s pretty minor. It definitely wouldn’t prevent me from recommending or rebooking again.

Pre ženu akurát, pre chlapa na rozbeh 😁 Pán domáci bol super, ochotne nám poukazoval na mape kam treba ísť, kam neísť, kde sa vôbec nestravovať, kde dobre varia a za normálne ceny. Veľmi nám pomohol a všetky jeho rady boli fakt super. Nič mi nenapadá. Úplne postačujúce na trojdňový pobyt.

• Joan (9/5): - Mario was a fantastic host. He reached out to us ahead of our stay to confirm all details and at our request, arranged for a ride service to pick us up from the port outside of Rome. The car service he uses is very professional and we were happy with our driver. Once we arrived to the hotel, Mario was waiting and helped settle us into our room. The room is as pictured including air conditioning. The bonus detail we found out is that the street recently has been reworked and no longer allows cars down the road. The location is bustling with pedestrians during the day, but at night it is very quiet. Perfect to rest after a long day of touring. We stayed a total of 4 days and every day Mario made sure our room was clean and virtually any favor we asked he obliged. As a tourist in Rome, it is a great comfort to meet someone you can trust and ask questions regarding value of tours, shopping and places to eat. Mario had plenty of suggestions and we enjoyed several restaurants he recommended. We quickly learned- when in doubt- trust Mario! The list goes on with Mario and Room 91 S Peter. The optional breakfast is just across the street at a cafe and we were very impressed with the portions and quality of the food. Definitely worth including. Lastly, and most importantly, is the location of this hotel. It is blocks away from St. Peter's Square. All the tours related to the Vatican were a short walk away and several great neighborhoods are a 10 minute walk across the Tiber River. At night we enjoyed a stroll with gelato in hand taking in the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo across the square. Bellissimo! Many thanks to Mario for a wonderful stay.

Mario ist sehr hilfsbereit, habe gleich auch eine zusätzliche Decke bekommen (war im Dezember dort). Room 91 war eine sehr gute Wahl, habe mich dort auch sicher gefühlt.

La camera aveva l affaccio su un cortile interno davvero desolante e cupo. L avessimo saputo non l avremo prenotata, le altre 3 stanze invece hanno l affaccio sulla strada. La mattina alle 5 sentivamo la lavatrice del piano di sopra fino alle 7. Altra pecca la convenzione con un bar scadente per la colazione, tutta la pasticceria surgelata e i proprietari maleducati.

• David (10/5): Fabulous location close to the Vatican and many outstanding restaurants! - What a find! The room was very close to all of the attractions we were interested in seeing. Host was fabulous and even helped with finding transportation and managing our luggage. Would definitely recommend.
• anna maria (9/5): - Soggiorno gradevole in posizione vicinissima a San Pietro e Musei Vaticani, che sono a pochi minuti a piedi; a100 m circa la Metro A Ottaviano conduce in zone centrali, nelle vicinanze si trova anche stazione taxi. Il Sig.Mario ad accoglierci è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito consigli molto utili. Torneremo volentieri in questa, decisamente consigliata per un breve soggiorno a Roma.

Surrounded by restaurants and shops so everything was in close proximity. Mario, the host, was welcoming and answered queries promptly even before my trip. He also recommended a couple of places which was helpful! Would recommend for the location! :)
