- LARA (8/5): Excelente ubicación - Ubicación muy céntrica y cerca de todo, del tranvía, de los barcos, del centro más turístico, del puente, del Bósforo. Lo mejor la ubicación. El alojamiento está justo al lado de una mezquita y por lo tanto las llamadas al rezo por la madrugada te despiertan, en nuestro caso todos los días a las 4 am.

- Christina (7/5): Ideale Lage, sonst mehr ok als gut. - Die Lage ist ideal, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Auf den Fotos sieht alles ein bisschen besser aus, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Da ein bisschen Rost, dort ein Fenster, das sich nicht öffnen oder nicht schliessen lässt, da ein bisschen Schimmel in der Dusche. Auf der WC-Schüssel lagen schon bei unserer Ankunft zwei fremde Haare. Diese wurden auch die ganze Woche nie weggeputzt. Es gab zwei Fenster in unserem Zimmer. Beide liessen sich erst nach der Intervention des Technikers überhaupt öffnen. Danach konnte man sie aber nicht mehr schliessen. Und man blickte aus beiden direkt an eine Hauswand, keine 50cm entfernt. Es waren sowieso keine Isolationsfenster, den Muezzin hörte man also direkt in voller Lautstärke um 5 Uhr morgens. - Beim Frühstück gibt es eine reichliche Auswahl. Die Boxen mit den diversen Trockenfrüchten und Frühstücksflocken waren schmuddelig und zum Teil defekt. - Schade, mit ein bisschen mehr Pflege und Reinigung wäre alles viel netter.
- Fizza (1/5): Horrible experience. - Nothing. It was a really bad experience. Will never recommend anyone i care for to stay here. Everything. Rooms were average. Location was pathetic. Dark quiet street. I dont care what the area was, the location of this particular hotel which is so expensive was bad. The hotel has no lobby, the smallest ever lobby that iv been too and that too quiet and empty at all times as the hotel and staff couldn’t bare even an ounce of noise by my small kids. Our 6 day stay here was full of misery and stress. It should be rated as the quietest hotel and should definitely be ADULTS ONLY because they clearly didnt know how it should be for families. We dreaded coming back to the hotel for even a nights sleep. It was that bad. Major internet issues in room but the staff never accepted it. The coffee machine gave horrible coffees absolutely tasteless. Very sad breakfast and exactly the same menu everyday with no live egg option also. I can go on and on about this hotel. It basically ruined our entire trip to istanbul.

They allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage before and after our stay. - Olga (8/5): WIth great location and nice stuff I could recommend it! - The stuff was very helpful and nice. We contacted the property almost last minute before our flight to ask about transfer from the airport and they booked it within few min for us! Also the room change went smoothly and room service was fast. The location is also really nice - There's a busy area with lots of restaurants just within 5 min walk. We have found an amazing fish wrap place just around a corner! Galata Tower is within 12 min walk. Amazing port area with long seaside walk and cafes is also within short walk distance, as well as the Bazar area and to most attractions in Eminönü. Breakfast was basic I guess. However even having a lot of variety I just did not found it up to my liking. There were boiled and scrambled eggs, a lot of types of cheese, ham, dried and fresh fruits, only one type of grilled veggies. But for example onion rings, fries or fried cheese sticks are just not something I would choose to start my day with.

- Edward (8/5): You can't beat the location in this nice three star hotel. - Very nice hotel in a prime location due to the proximity to the T1 tram line (Karakoy stop); only steps away. The rooms are clean, well decorated, beds comfortable, and showers are nice. Breakfast is offered buffet style. We thought it was just okay. It is convenient if you're on the move. Very attentive staff is a plus. Highly recommended. More variation in breakfast.

We changed it for a much smaller room with windows facing the inner courtyard, but it had very poor sound insulation, so every noise and bang could be heard.

Das Team ist super freundlich, die Zimmer bequem und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Duschkopf musste entkalkt/ geschrubbt werden, dann war alles wunderbar.

- Maria (7/5): - Только расположение и персонал Ужасные серые полотенца , которые должны быть белыми , жуть воняют хлоркой , супер жесткие , невозможно вытираться . Кусок косяка двери был оторван , в ванной была плесень и какие-то мелкие бабочки . Ютуб не работал на телевизоре , хотя есть , завтраки супер скудные , можно есть только булки и блины . Цена качество потрясло , потому что мы жили на Фатихе в отеле дешевле (на 40 процентов ) , с пушистыми белыми , вкусно пахнущими полотенцами , а номер и наполнение были таким же .

- Karsten (6/5): Schönes Design, grausiges Frühstück. - Innen sehr schön ausgebaut. Keine Außenfenster. Alle haben nur ein Fenster zur Innenseite in dem Aufenthaltsraum. Dadurch schallt es sehr. Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich, dass die Rühe eingehalten wird. Ist das Fenster auf, Hört man sehr die Klimaanlage (sehr laut). Kurz gesagt. Man ist nur von Klimaanlage umgeben und muss mit Fenster zu schlafen. (Nie Frischluft) Aber es klappte. Die Lage ist super. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals auch. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Schmuddelig und nicht wirklich gut. Auf unsere Reise (bis Südkorea) das schlechteste Frühstück. Dazu klebt alles. Das Hotel ist doch sehr schön, Warum hat der Designer nicht auch einen Auftrag für den Essbereich bekommen. Die beiden Bereiche haben nichts miteinander zu tun. Frühstück, Lautstärke Klimaanlage
- asma (10/5): اقامة جيدة ممكن العودة له مرة اخرى - موقع الفندق ممتاز وطراز الفندق مختلف عن الفنادق الاخرى وموظفي الاستقبال محترمون جداً وبشوشين لاتصل السيارة الى الفندق حيث ان الفندق داخل شارع مشاة فقط. الغرف ودورة المياه ضيقة قليلاً.

- Sarah Mehek (9/5): Overordnet et meget fint hotel til pengene. Særligt godt pga. personale og lokation. - Hyggeligt hotel med meget venligt personale, som var meget hjælpsomme. Derudover var det en helt perfekt lokation, hvor vi kunne gå til det meste. God morgenmad. Sengene var lidt hårde, men ellers meget fint hotel.

Das gebuchte Zimmer „superior“ erweist sich als ein Zimmer in Rautenform, welches gerade nur für ein Nachtkästchen Platz bietet -daher Achtung auf den Platzbedarf!!!!

- Andrea (8/5): Sehr gerne wieder, aber ich würde beim Buchen explizit auf ein Zimmer mit Tageslicht hinweisen. - Eine tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Von dort aus sind viele beliebte Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und wird auf dem verglasten Dach eingenommen. Bereits am Morgen hat man somit einen fantastischen Blick über Istanbul. Im Foyer ist immer ein Ansprechpartner und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, sich aufzuhalten. Dort befinden sich auch ein Wasserspender sowie ein Kaffeeautomat. Unser Zimmer hatte leider ein Fenster mit Jalousie, das nicht zu öffnen war. Somit fehlte immer Tageslicht. Das entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bei booking.com. Der Ausblick wäre mir egal, natürliches Tageslicht ist mir persönlich aber ausgesprochen wichtig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, das Zimmer zu tauschen. Leider gab es jedoch keine Möglichkeit.
- Berna (10/5): - Ferman Port Hotel’de 13 kişi 2 gün konakladık, her şey mükemmeldi. Personel çok nazik ve inanılmaz güler yüzlüydü, hizmet gerçekten harikaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!
- Vimal (10/5): Come for the Turkish comfort, stay for the Turkish hospitality. - The staff are incredible, the food service is great and the hotel is conveniently located a stones throw away from a major transportation hub, gorgeous restaurants at Galataport and central to all major attractions like Galata Tower, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Nothing, it was a great stay.

- Adriano (8/5): We choose the hotel on a whim .. for our return to Istanbul after travelling to Ephesus . The staff were great and the r - Very close to everything.. perfect as you didn’t have to climb up and down the hills . Very close to the sea front . Very friendly staff The hotel just needs a little updating .. it seems very tired and left in the early 2000s .. the gym is in a very sad state . The sauna looks like a dungeon when you go downstairs. And the chairs in the breakfast area aren’t particularly clean .
- Berna (9/5): - Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
- Mareike (8/5): Empfehlenswert. - Lage, Sauberkeit und Personal perfekt. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und es ist schade, dass die rooftop Terrasse abends nicht bewirtet wird.
