• ANNA (8/5): Гарний хостел - Зупинка трамваю поряд з хостелом. Дівчат сгрупували та розмістили в одному номері. Завжди при вільному місці підселяли лише дівчат. Чистий туалет та душ. За 17 ночей перебування жодного разу не змінили постільну білизну. Жодного разу в кімнаті не пилесосили та не мили поли.

An electric kettle in the kitchen for boiling water quickly for tea etc would also have been helpful

• David (5/5): - Ich habe das Zimmer gebucht und ja ich habe ein Zimmer mit einer zweiten Fremden Person gebucht! Leider war diese Person schon einige Zeit da . Es war ein Geruch wie in einer Küche und das hätte man auch nicht mit lüften hinbekommen. Zu dem hatte die Person ein sehr strengen Geruch. Nach nachfragen ob ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnte (natürlich auch mit mehr kosten) Sagte man mir das man voll ist ! Ok dann habe ich mich entschieden weiter zu reisen und wo anders zu übernachten! Finde es schade daß das Hotel nicht auf meine Kritik ein gegangen ist wegen des auf dem Zimmer kochen! Da es auch eine Küche im Hostel gibt !

• Aline (1/5): Vorsicht, nicht wie auf den Bildern - Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett, der Kontakt über Booking auch. Der Check-In lief problemlos. Das ist die erste Unterkunft, die ich verlassen habe, ohne dort zu übernachten. Die Fotos stimmen nicht mit dem überein, was ich vorgefunden habe. Das Hostel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und ungemütlich. Das Zimmer war stickig, die Betten unfassbar unbequem und durchgelegen, alles hat schon beim Draufsetzen gequietscht. In der Beschreibung steht "schallisoliertes Zimmer". Das ist absolut nicht wahr. Ich habe jedes Wort aus beiden Nachbarzimmern verstanden, andauernd knallte irgendeine Tür im Gang oder jemand schrie. Ich wusste genau, wie viele Leute gerade vor der Zimmertür langlaufen. So gut isoliert kann das nicht sein. Schräg gegenüber von mir waren die Gemeinschaftsbäder, deren Türen alle paar Minuten so laut geknallt haben, dass die Tür gewackelt hat und ich aufgeschreckt bin. Ich hab mich alleine als Frau hier absolut nicht wohlgefühlt und ich bin da eigentlich nicht so genau. Außerdem ist die Buchung sehr irreführend: Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass ich ein eigenes Bad gebucht habe, weil bei dem Zimmerausstattung stand "Dusche, und WC". Gemeint war ein Gemeinschaftsbad für das gesamte Stockwerk. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Sonst bin ich nicht so genau, aber das war beeindruckend schlecht. Es tut mir leid für die netten Menschen, die dort arbeiten.

• Kowals12 (8/5): - Fajny Hostel z parkingiem na obrzeżach Berlina. Bardzo blisko lotnisko. Czułem się trochę jak na studiach w akademiku. Najważniejsze że udało się wykąpać i wyspać. Mieszkaliśmy na parterze od drugiej strony budynku, gdzie przez długi czas ktoś wychodził na papierosa, wracał do Hostelu. Przy otwartym oknie ciągle było słuchać rozmowy do późnych godzin.

• Patrick (1/5): Zeugausfall und Notunterkunft versagt auf voller Linie - Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht gegen 1 Uhr mit dem Bus an. Die Zimmerkarte lag draußen im Safe. Jedoch war sie trotz Bezahlung NICHT aktiv. Somit blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als mit Bus und Bahn zum Hbf zu fahren und die Nacht dort zu verbringen.

• Hans (4/5): Für 1 Nacht ist es auszuhalten, wenn man Entbehrungen gewohnt ist. - CheckIn und CheckOut war problemlos. Die Parksituation war unkompliziert und mit 2,50€ eigentlich günstig. Für ein Hostel war es erstaunlich ruhig. Die Zimmer brauchen definitiv mehr Kreativität. Kein Bild an der Wand, keine Farben ... man kommt sich vor, wie in einer etwas besseren Gefängniszelle. Die Steckdosen sind gut versteckt und der Fernseher ist ein Witz ... ! Matratzen sind fast so hart wie der Boden. Der Preis für das Frühstück (9€) ist überteuert und wenn man ein Heißgetränk aus dem Automaten haben möchte, muss man zuvor einen Becher für 2,50€ KAUFEN.

Wir haben dieses Hostel bewusst gebucht, da Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war und dafür haben wir eine Stunde Anfahrt in Kauf genommen. Beim Check-in wurden wir nicht – wie sonst üblich – über grundlegende Dinge wie WLAN informiert. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns von der Rezeptionistin mitgeteilt, dass es überhaupt kein Frühstück mehr gibt und man dieses nicht mehr inklusive buchen könne. Damit wurden wir einfach stehen gelassen. Im Hotel habe ich dann bei einem Rundgang doch einen Frühstücksraum gesehen. - Am nächsten Tag wurde dann etwas anderes gesagt: Frühstück sei grundsätzlich vorhanden, müsse aber extra bezahlt werden... und so standen wir dann entsprechend ohne Frühstück da, obwohl es eindeutig gebucht war. Ein Automat mit Süßigkeiten und stark überhöhten Preisen stellt selbstverständlich keinen Ersatz dar. Auch war es mir so nicht möglich, an ein wichtiges Heißgetränk zu kommen. Der Kaffeeautomat vor Ort war natürlich auch kaputt. Besonders unverständlich war für uns die Situation beim Auschecken: Nachdem wir wegen des fehlenden Frühstücks und der widersprüchlichen Aussagen an der Rezeption praktisch stehen gelassen wurden, wurden wir beim Gehen noch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei. Das wirkte in der Gesamtsituation eher wie Hohn. Gebuchte Leistungen werden nicht wie beschrieben bereitgestellt und Anfragen werden nicht vor Ort geklärt, aber beim Gehen gefragt werden, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ohne Worte!
